an exemplary Caffè Nero along with the one in Stratford station (next to Central line), one of the best in London. Coffee is consistently good at this branch. Served by lovely ladies today, friendly and polite

After I ordered a cup of coffee and asked the staff for a cup of free water, they refused my request. I am sure that it is Starbucks policy to provide free water to customers after ordering. Really awful staff and service.

Completely ignored my parter and I while we waited patiently at the front for at least 10 minutes. Two employees were just minding their own business and didn’t not even talk to us the whole time.
