Great bakers to visit for cakes, bread, savouries and sandwiches. Friendly service too. Highly recommended for visiting.

Great service, had coffee and chocolate cake sitting in the window. Such welcoming staff who made a fuss of the dog. We bought bread and pasties to take out - fabulous quality. Thank you.

Great choice. Lovely cold and hot food including bread, desserts and savoury pies, croissants etc. Cheese straws and croissants were great. My other half loved his bacon roll. We brought some cherry crumbles back to Portsmouth and they travelled well and were so tasty we talked about doing the 10 hour round trip again to get some more 🤤

Lovely bakery with lots of choice. Take away hot sandwiches were lovely. They even gave our dog a free sausage! Would come back to Boroughbridge for this place alone. Absolute gem, great prices and friendly staff. Cash or card.

DELICIOUS! Steak pies are second to none and the blackberry and apple crumbles made in heaven! I have found no better bread that the GI loaves ever - and I am a bread maniac! Super friendly and efficient staff - just what you would expect from a hardworking family run bakery. Totally EXCELLENT!

A lovely family run bakery where the staff are friendly, attentive and will cater to your every request. The selection of fresh bread, pies, cakes and biscuits is incredible (try the chocolate chip shortbread). Well worth a visit!

After visiting with my family I have never seen a nicer bakery that sold a huge choice of freshly baked items, friendly helpful staff. I would recommend and will be coming back.

Every time I visit Boroughbridge I stop by Havenhands for my tasty lunch, all the staff are super friendly and the food is incredible, would recommend asking for a Viennese finger or a Sally special. Very professional, happy staff always. The famous sausage rolls go down well with me and my little brother! My favourite animal is snakes, would love to see some snake biscuits!

Best pies in town! Come here very Saturday for my stotties, an exquisite selection of sweets and savouries, polite and friendly staff.

In all my 50 yrs on this planet I have never known a bakers that doesn't sell fruit scones, however Havenhands have now remedied that with appaling customer service to boot.

Lunch wouldn't be the same without theses guys! Staff are fantastic and the food is the best in town!

Love this bakery. Some of the most delicious pasties I've ever had. Worth pulling off the a1 for a visit.

The chicken, bacon and leek pies are superb. I always try to call in when I'm in the area, and even asked my wife to stop off and get some when she was driving past on the A1. That's how good they are.

There's lots of competition close by, but this little bakeries home made pies take some beating! delicious cakes and pastries too, yum yummm!

There is a huge assortment of cakes, pasties and breads on offer here and we regularly purchase treats. We also got a personalised birthday cake from here and was probably the nicest cake we had ever tasted. Amazing all round.

As we live next door to havenhands we are awoken with the wonderful smells on a daily basis, it seems they bake bread every other day and cakes on the alternate days by the mouthwatering smells that come out of there, great staff and nice food,

We use Havenhands in our cafe , The bread is fantastic , as are the cakes , pasties and tray bakes .They have a massive selection on offer and cater for lots of different occasions, would highly recommend !

Stopped off at Havenhands when we arrived in Boroughbridge. Had one of their Breakfast Buns - my goodness it was so filling and had everything you could want for breakfast in a bun!
