I had a great experience here! The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, polite, and attentive. The atmosphere was also spot on; the place was clean, well-maintained, and the air conditioning made it really comfortable. The food itself was delicious, especially the meat, which was nicely marinated and full of flavor. The only downside was the amount of food coloring used, which left stains on my fingers. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to eat, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Went here with the family for an early dinner and was very pleasantly surprised. Served by Akash and Rehan, they did everything we wanted to keep a five and three year old happy! Food was actually really nice, both the karahi’s (lamb and chicken) are phenomenal! We didn’t like the masala chips (randomly they were a little sweet!) and without any complaints they not only took them away but also took them off the bill. Great service, will def be back.

Went there with almost 20+ people and was seated in 10 or few minutes, tried their bbq platter, chicken karahi, Chicken jalfrezi, butter chicken and kabuli pulao…all of them were amazing and tasty, staff was very friendly and cooperative, however it was a bit congested as seating was very close

Had an amazing dining experience at haweli resturant ! The authentic Pakistani food was absolutely delicious, especially the kabli pulao and the mixed grill. The highlight was the exceptional service by the waiter, Deepali, she was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Haweli for incredible food and top-notch hospitality. Will definitely return!

Excellent service by Yaseen. He is an informative and polite staff member. Excellent food. The lamb chop are beautiful. Jam packed with flavour. A must order. The nihari is also very good. The gravy was thick as it should be. An extra kick to the spice will have elevated it even more. Overall great experience with family. Attentive staff and great food.

Yaseen was very pleasant and friendly and had excellent customer service. However the mocktails and martinis were not good and needs improvement to match the expensive prices that they charge for them.

Great food and environment. Only thing is the lychee martini was disappointing. Yaseen was great help.

Went for halwa puri for breakfast. Seats need cleaning, they’re actually disgusting. Otherwise halwa puri is definitely nice (Al-Kareem is better). Staff is courteous.

Food was lovely can't fault the food but the waitresses who was catering our tables were rushing to get out the mains whilst we was still eating starters with barely any space on the table. This really annoyed me and I had to get them to stop. Upon realising my frustration they started clearing away the starters. Never been to a restaurant where they do this especially when I've spent near £500 for the evening. Lost a star for this. Train your staff better

Good portions, tasty and a good price

After returning here almost 3 years later I decided to retry the food at the request of my family only to find the service to be disappointing, the starters arrived and the gol gappe were stale and had no crisp texture, after informing the staff I was told this is how they are and not stale. They said they can be taken off the order, the food arrived and they had placed one of the dishes on someone else’s table 🙄. The attitude of the staff was so unacceptable, it felt like they were being forced to do the job. The service was appalling and although the food was edible, I was highly disappointed, I would recommend that staff are retrained, they should also try and refrain from talking in Urdu whilst working in a Pakistani restaurant and having personal complaints about other staff members.
