Lots of parking? The hotel looked very well presented, we were there for a christmas meal. The only down side, was the food wasn't particularly great. The vegetables must have been shown the water. The meat was lovely. I didn't stay, so I can't comment on any rooms or treatments at the hotel.

Excellent evening spa experience. We came here for our wedding anniversary and had great time. We had back ritual and Meg and Beth were both excellent. The dinner was also amazing. I really want to say well done for the option of night spa experience,as it is a great opportunity to celebrate in style even though if you are working during the day. We will back again.

Highly recommended oasis. Rooms are lovely and large, combining old mansion style house with contemporary. Staff in charge go out of their way to sort any issues out and dealt with quickly. The breakfasts are lovely but the dinner in the Lakes restaurant can be touch and go. The Spa is amazing, you can spend hours there easily although the chlorine is too concentrated and my eyes were blood shot after a while in the pool and jacuzzi.

We stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary on 6th July. The staff were so friendly and professional. Our room was beautifully decorated and so peaceful. We had dinner in the lakes restaurant on the Saturday evening and the food and service was amazing. We were treated so special as it was our anniversary. The food was perfect like a top chef would make! Breakfast is a choice of a gorgeous English breakfast or salmon with scrambled eggs or a continental breakfast. Delicious! I tried both options of hot breakfasts on the two mornings we stayed there. The spa is lovely and I had a really relaxing hot stones massage and my husband a fully body massage. The only complaint I would have is that the chlorine in the pool/hot tub was stinging my eyes so I couldn't stay in it for too long. Thank you so much to the staff for their extended hospitality. Would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely come again!

What a brilliant time we had here on Saturday to surprise. From the moment we spoke to the amazing Events team (in particular Jo) we knew our surprise was going to be fabulous. The event space, staff and food were amazing and we had so much fun and cannot wait to go back. The room was decorated spectacularly and it was one of the nicest venues we have worked with - thank you so so much for being so amazing and thinking of absolutely everything - what a team!

Medium-small rooms with carpet (single, economy). Continental breakfast. Quiet location less than 2km from the center and a few km from the Sittingbourne industrial area.

UPDATE - My original review is below however later I thought it actually unfair to judge a restaurant based on one poor assistant (I would hope not the manager) and that actually we never know what is going on in someones personal life to make them act in this way - this lady may actually usually be a lovely person and we caught her on a bad day. However when I came to edit my review I saw the reply from the manager whose only response was to quote our Queen 🙈 This changed my view slightly especially given I know what happened and this is disappointing but I understand the approach to dismiss the comments as exaggerated and I'm sure I would react the same. But I hope my comments have still been taken on board by the restaurant and other customers will have a better experience as reserved signs or instructions on a board to ask for a table would avoid any upset for customers and I'm sure less stress for staff 😊 No one wants to feel they are in the headmasters office. We popped in for a drink and food on a visit to Minster. On walking in there was no signs saying what to do and being a pub we sat down and asked a lady who worked there with a pony tail how we order. She then very rudely told us off that we couldn't just walk in and take other peoples tables, that we should have booked and that we 'cant just behave like that.' Rather shocked we then apologised and asked if there was a free table (there were many empty and no reserve signs anywhere) to which she started looking at her piece of paper rolling her eyes and sighing that this was clearly a lot of trouble for her. At that point we politely told her we felt she had a bad attitude and would eat elsewhere. Incredibly disappointing and put a sour note on what was already a difficult day. It costs nothing to be kind - something that obviously hasn't been picked up on by this pub. We won't return and would advise others to give your money to somewhere who appreciates the custom and speaks to people with a little more kindness and respect.

Mr shoelace says. Not your typical kebab takeaway. This is an absolutely delicious and fabulous restaurant where food is delicious and absolutely amazing. Big portions of food. Come with an empty stomach

Needed to be fed and rang on the off chance that they could feed us fairly late in evening. No problem, told to pop round ASAP. Friendly welcome on arrival. Excellent meal with 1/2 litre of wine in jug. Just about right. Sad news , they are closing in the new year and staff going back to the "Greek" in Maidstone. We are not islanders and only two places would dare the eat on the island, here and a little micro pub in Queenbourgh. :) Crying shame but classic case of use it lose it.
