Holy Duck in Sunderland

Fui a la pila para una noche de trabajo. Decidí ir al Santo Pato por comida. Pedir era un proceso simple, decidí obtener las papas fritas cargadas de pato, tardaron unos 10 minutos en cocinarse. Estaban en general bastante sabroso el pato estaba un poco seco, pero las salsas ayudaron a la comida. El tamaño de la porción estaba bien y es un buen relleno cuando se bebe en la pila.

Visité Stack para algunos sacar comida y decidí ir con Holy Duck. Era bastante tranquilo, así que nos sirvieron muy bien y rápido y el tipo amablemente envolvió mi pedido para que pudiera llevarlo a la playa. Fui con las papas fritas cargadas de chile y un lado de rollos de primavera de pato, ambos eran muy buenos. Las patatas fritas estaban llenas de sabor y una gran porción! Los rollitos de primavera eran agradables y crujientes y venían con una exuberante salsa de ciruela pegajosa para mojar. En general una gran elección 😊

Visited today and ordered the crispy chicken firecracker fries I have had them before a few times and they have been good but I must say I’ve only had them on a weekend when The Stack has been busy ( but that’s no excuse) Went to collect as I was collecting hubbys from next vendor Obviously I wasn’t expected as she didn’t see me - she was picking the fries out with her fingers with no gloves on I was going to say something but decided to try and ignore so didn’t say anything Decent portion I do like my chips triple cooked but fries to a completely inedible crisp state maybe chips cooked six or seven times is not acceptable- totally inedible Crispy chicken a joke looked a decent amount but only 4 bits of chicken the rest was all ends of the crispy stuff Disgusting snd we won’t use them again much better vendors stack take notice this place is letting the Stack down Disgusting

Bad in every way , wrap cold, meat not crispy but plain and boring, may look ok but tastes crap , I said it was not crispy , my reply was I can try again!

Visited The Stack for the first time with my sister and decided to try some food from Holy Duck. I ordered the thai fries which were absolutely delicious, they were very accommodating not putting any onions on when requested, and my sister ordered chilli cheese fries which she loved. Ordered at what seemed to be a busy point and was told it was a 45 minute wait by the young girl but it was only around 15 minutes max, both her and the tall young man had great customer service and are a credit to The Stack. Myself and my sister will both be back to try some more of the menu :)
