Fantastic family pub. Amazingly friendly landlord and landlady! Go with two children age 6 and 9, never made to feel unwelcome even with the children.

Went along to the Honeysuckle with a friend for a games afternoon, had a lovely couple of hours with a group of lovely ladies , really lovely warm welcome from Julie and Ryan who were happy for us to order coffee , they serve lovely filled bread rolls and overall it was a really fun afternoon, will definitely go back.

My local pub it’s the best couldn’t fault the place always welcoming and very friendly bar staff and owners always up for a good night would highly recommend

Fab dog friendly pub.julie + ryan are brill.lovely decking area outside with a 4 x tv's plenty of seating area + grass for the kids. Bingo on a weds + singers quite regularly. A*

We had a 9 year old pamper party in the back room of this public house. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Toilets clean. Would use this for a party for my own child.

Everytime I come here I get pleasantly battered and have a good time with everyone here locals or students. The only pub I can come to where after a 28 day bender they’re happy to see me instead of being concerned that I might have a drinking problem. Love the girls. And their daughter

I've been in twice. It was queit both times. Not many beers to choose from but still plenty of choice. I can honestly say I really like this pub and will be using it again in future.

Proper cosy welcoming nicely decorated local pub serving the community. Good guest beers in perfect condition. These people know their cellar. Good beer matched by cheerful friendly customers talking to each other instead of their phones. A nice buzz all round. A nice games area. Ample wooden decked covered area outside with TV. The garden area needs a bit of TLC (when the weather permits!) but very pleasant to sit outside. The large hedge hosts a wonderful variety of birdlife. I lost my wallet there one evening - a customer handed it in- got it back next day!!. Not many locals left of this quality.

This is a cracking little boozer. Great ales and great atmosphere. They do love there sport in here especially rugby, football and golf. Mark and Gill are lovely hosts, Stuart and Jess very capable bar staff.

Nice back street boozer with good beers from the Marstons range, friendly regulars, found a great seat to watch Match of the Day on a Saturday evening

Only really come here to play darts on Thursdays but it's always a nice experience, friendly people and service, nice and chilled and the beer is brilliant.

Great pub. Andy and his staff, Stu and Adele, look after their customers and beer. Excellent place to unwind and relax with friends. A place you've got to visit! ☺🍺
