Food is second to none, highly recommend

We always use Hong Kong as it’s at the end of the road, but have been disappointed the last couple of times. Tonight’s chow mein had no sauce and not much taste and the crispy noodles were literally deep fried egg noodles. Nothing on them. Salt and pepper chicken was still really good tho. Very disappointed.

Food is usually really good and have been going here for years. However last night I got some really good tasting food and now have horrible food poisoning.

Had a Chinese here last week must be new chef as was on immodium for two days ,won't be back after years of good meals at reasonable prices.Please look round the back alley you would not buy food from here ever again. I WAS TOLD HOW BAD IT WAS AND I SEEN IT FOR MYSELF. LOOK BEFORE YOU BUY

Best Chinese around. Food is phenomenal especially the Shanghai chow mein. I moved away from Washington but nothing compares to this one so I travel back to get my Chinese food from here.

Ordered a collection for the first time and it was incredible. All the dishes tasted amazing. The salt and pepper chips are the best I have had in a long time. Our new favourite.

I ordered a fried rice, chicken chow mein, and salt and pepper chips and it was the best chinese takeaway i've had in a long time, the food was not only flavourful and mouth-watering but the service was better than i had asked for and the staff made me feel at home. Will definitely be coming back again sometime soon.

Shredded chicken in chilli and salt with curry sauce. 10/10. Great food.

Everytime I order from here there is a problem. Last time they gave our meal to our neighbour instead of delivering to us, this time there were 2 hairs in it and it wasn't mine, I had a towel on my head!!!

Stone cold, disgusting. Chewy chicken and soggy.

First time buying, ordered chicken chow mein was hardly no chicken and was tasteless, was quick service but was not nice at all, never again 😞

Pretty good take away have never had anything from the Hong Kong that has not been good ! By far the best spare ribs in this neck of the woods ! Highly recommended ! You won't be disappointed !

2 house special curries with fried rice absolutely gorgeous would never order from anywhere else

Quick and quite nice. Menu is a bit limited but really descent food. Regular chef must be on holiday, sweet n sour was too sweet and the quarter chicken n chips didn't have any peas!

this is the best Chinese takeaway i've ever had everything is so fresh and even the fried rice. the sweet and sour prawn is the best Ive ever tasted so crispy and fresh and sauce is immaculate. never had one thing wrong with this. highly recommend and will never go to a different Chinese. keep up the good work!

King prawn fried rice was just that - a few king prawns mixed in with a side dish of fried rice - £7!!! Absolutely not a meal; supermarkets do better! Phoned to see if they had misinterpreted the order. But I was told that this is what it was. No apologies, and keen to get off the phone. We've been ordering here for over 30 years. Sadly, decided to try something else for a change. Never again - not just because of appalling (extortionate) food, but also total lack of customer service! Update- owner phoned to explain that King Prawn FR was exactly what we received - and that it was cheaper than other take aways... Perhaps so. I think I'll stick to my own cooking. Rating upgraded for feedback acknowledged.

In my own experience it's been very good . Good choice of food very pleasant staff and waiting time minimal.recomended.

Used to get my takeaway from here loads but they do what most inevitably do, charge more, give less and change the quality. Haven't been back since and have no intention of returning.

Service shocking can't even get a phone order right, food bland gone right down hill. Won't be ordering again.

Very poor service and experience, I ordered food without veg as I am illergic to onion. I was the last customer of the night. It was full of veg !! I called back but they had closed, the next day I complained to be told I was not in lastnight despite having the call log and picture evidence simply because the food was thrown out the previous night and I could not return it ! I didn’t expect this, not only the poor service and the dismissive attitude but to be called a liar for my troubles. I was very polite during my complaint and gave the apparent manager ample opportunity to correct their error to be told simply no! Avoid at all costs it just simply isn’t worth it

Worst service Since sliced bread! Everything was cold Missing a chow mien Noddles were like rubber Chicken was soaky and cold I was a regular customer now after been spoke to like scum AVOID!

We used to go here all the time it was delicious. (Even though the service was terrible) we did complian once and got told where to go. Could deal with the crap service if the food was good but Tonight wasn't good. Chips were raw - totally hard. The rice was ok. Curry was a block - lumpy and cold. We will never return again.

Had chicken chow meine and it was bland and not much chicken onion or beansprouts not very tasty at all. This is the 2nd time lately I've been disappointed

Best Chinese in Washington by miles

Special Satay, chips, portion of curry and speciAl fried rice. Total = £13.50 Collected. Was ready in 7 minutes. Food was piping hot. The satay was very spicy and could have done with more seasoning. Chips were lovely, chunky and well cooked. Special fried rice was meaty but again, very bland ): the curry sauce was good - thick, tasty, boiling hot. Didn't receive any free sides even though order was over £10, such as prawn crackers which most Chinese takeaways will throw in with order. Must say that we're disappointed. Try Ping On - in the village. Much, much tastier 👍
