Hong Kong City in Shropshire

Probably the worst Chinese food I ever had. We ordered pork fried rice, spare ribs in honey sauce and egg fried rice. We didn’t even eat half, the spare ribs were hard, the rice was tasteless and felt not very fresh. I am not from the area but when coming back, definitely not going there. Plus, you can just pay cash. Sorry for such a bad review, but we felt our £20 were wasted.

People there give very generous portions, and food quality is very good. I would recomend.

I ordered twice and both times the order was rejected. I'm super disappointed and won't be trying again.

Well this is the second takeaway (set meal 3) and we can honestly say it's the best! We live 20 miles away and so worth the travel! Thank you for another wonderful meal! J&D

The sweet and sour sauce is a bit thick, almost like glue, but the food is very good

Cash Only!! Why? Silly Question Food ready in 15 minutes then another 15 minutes to go find an ATM. Got home food cold.

Great Takeaway, Good Menu, order by phone to collect. Average wait time for food, reasonably priced, good portion size, only down side is the parking. No parking outside takeaway & No Parking notice in Pub Carpark next door, Limited parking opposite.

Don't get me wrong food is nice , I ordered crispy beef and gravy and chips my mate ordered egg fried rice and crispy beef, I asked for cashew nuts in mine they put them in his aswel and he has a nut allergy

We had the Malaysian style fried noodles...it was a most delicious decision.

Great food! Drove for a couple mins to have a great view too. Highly recommend trying this Chinese. Will be back

Ordered from here whilst on holiday in the next village. Really nice food and polite staff as well. Singapore and chicken chow mein were really tasty and so were the sweet and sour chicken balls. Will definately be calling in here when we are down this way again! 👌

Ordered from here a few times and it’s been great. Ordered today and it’s awful. Salt and pepper chicken wings 95% batter and no chicken (plus they are tiny). Shredded beef again mostly batter and very little beef, chewy like it’s been reheated. Singapore chow mein has a load of fatty lumps in it? Really bad. Won’t order from here again

First meal ordered here tonight . Good sized portions but meat was not good !! Very Chewy and Slimey . Rice dish was tasty and plenty of it. Spring rolls were Good but spare ribs very bland and fatty. Sweet and sour chicken ok but beef with Black bean sauce chewy and Slimey . Nice lady on the counter , very polite & Helpful.

Worst curry I've had for a long time! Hot and sour soup had about 20mm of fat floating on top! The chicken is like rubber! Never again!

The lad who answers the phone has a bad manner and if they are a bit busy they just simply don't answer.

Used to be really consistently good here. Ordered last week for the first time in a while and there was a long dark hair in my chicken ball, literally throughout the batter. It put me off the rest of my meal and sadly means I can never order from there again. No excuse for hairs in food nowadays with the invention of hair nets!!!

Ordered a meal to be delivered 4 HOUR'S later still no food rang to ask where food was a number of times just got lied to blamed it on the driver no excuse WORST service I've ever had from anywhere absolutely disgusting service

Ordered 2 portions of chicken fried rice an prawn crackers.. Must of been 5 bits of chicken in each container.. an no prawn crackers .. We were given fortune cookies!!! Used to be so good.. Two children disappointed with their tea..

Our local Chinese Takeaway. Food is usually on time (give or take a 5 minute wait) and bang on. Our usual is Beef Chow Mein, Egg Fried Rice and Prawn Toast. Satisfying every time. I would recommend!

Meals previously were good but the one last night was horrendous. All food tasted like burnt wok oil and beyond that there was no flavour. Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed, drove out of our way to go here as no delivery. Heard great things about it. When we rang to place our order, my partner said she wanted vegetable Singapore stir fry , vegetarian. Mentioned vegetables 3 times. When we got home it had prawns and beef in it. I rang to complain and the woman on the other line just said she didn't hear her. Food was ok, but just make sure you get what you've asked for. Overall disappointed
