Fresh. Friendly. Delicious. My son & I were in town for an event & we stumbled upon this lovely coffee spot. (Reminds us of quality coffee in Los Angeles). We kept retuning every morning & afternoon. Cole & Beverly were very kind & know what they’re doing (excellent pours). The layout / design of the place is almost as quality as the coffee. If you have sweet tooth, they have handmade milkshakes & a variety of cakes. Highly recommend stop at Hope Coffee. Be prepared to return again & again.

As always - Perfect Coffee, Perfect Service and Perfect Cakes. This coffee shop is well and truely established as one of the best spots in town with - Bev and Cole are always super smiling and welcoming regardless of how busy they are, you will always get excellent service. I am abit of a coffee snob and the coffee here does not disappoint - all made fresh to order with a varied selection of cakes and treats. Hope Coffee is now a weekly ritual for my coffee fix!

Great coffee shop, fabulous cakes and catered for vegetarian and vegan customers, dogs are welcome too. The owner was really friendly and welcoming and told us places to visit during our stay in the area. A real gem in Stanford Le Hope

Absolutely love this little gem of a coffee shop, have been coming since it opened. Bev and Cole always go above and beyond for their customers even making me a fancy sugar free low fat coffee and always have lovely cakes on offer and such lovely people they are a great team. I cannot recommend this cofffee shop enough.

We had an amazing New Year’s Eve at The Bell Inn in Horndon! From the moment we arrived, the warm, welcoming atmosphere of this traditional country pub set the tone for a fantastic evening. With its crackling open fires, charming historic feel, and friendly staff, it was the perfect place to celebrate. The food was absolutely delicious, with a well-thought-out menu showcasing high-quality ingredients and expert cooking. The service was attentive and friendly, making the night even more special. The entertainment was brilliant, creating a lively yet relaxed atmosphere – the perfect balance for a New Year’s celebration. But The Bell Inn isn’t just great for special occasions – their legendary Sunday lunches and themed events are hugely popular too, and for good reason! Whether you’re stopping by for a casual meal or a big celebration, this place always delivers on great food, great service, and a truly authentic pub experience. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!

20 St. John's WayWe look after the owners dog here at Essex Vets. The owners provided us with pie and mash as a treat .. it was STUNNING .. we shared throughout the building and now everyone is planning to take a trip from South Woodham Ferrers to Corringham .. it's going to be worth it! THANK YOU so much for bringing us a sample, 100% recommend! All the team at Essex Vets
