Roast dinners are great. You can order take out and they are well wrapped up and in a bag to go. Good quality meat, veg and potatoes, gravy generous portions. Used to visit when they were in Old Hanwell, continue to visit at their new place in Northfields.

Foods great we've not had a bad meal there yet "love the place" Staff are really friendly and the cafe is spotless. They also allow well behaved dogs.

This Cafe is a hidden 💎 Gem I will often drive across London on my daily journey to eat here as you are always sure of a decent meal from fine stakes to wild salmon not to mention the home made apple crumble

This cafe is a traditional Irish Cafe, but welcomes all, it serves a fantastic breakfast and dinner items. Owned and run with fresh ingredients and traditional Irish food, a real gem in Northfields and a shame that it moved from Hanwell due to the place being renovated. We often visit this with big family groups and it’s very friendly and welcoming.

For a good bit of grub you can’t go wrong with the Horseshoe !

It is now 12 months since I located this gem of a cafe. What impressed me most, at the outset, was the absence of any unpleasant spillage on the sauce bottles. How many cafes do you visit and see the sauce bottles with more sauce on the outside than inside the bottles. Not here. After customers vacate a table, everything is immediately cleared away. The staff are efficient and helpful. As for the food............... amazing. Served on HOT plates and nicely presented. Big choice, big portions and they have even more choices than on the display board. Just ask. From an early big breakfast with freshly baked Irish soda bread to late evening meal of roast or steak or anything you wish, this is the place to visit. There is a great atmosphere and once you get to know the regular customers, the 'craic' is brilliant. How lucky i am insofar as I live within walking distance. Over the year, I have brought several friends and all have left with complete satisfaction. I see some have already left positive feedback. Thank you everyone at HORSESHOE.

I tried this because a lot of people thought it was good. It's appearance, with smart decor, makes it look good from the outside. However, you go to a cafe to eat, don't you? The size of its portions are small, and the quality of its ingredients are poor. This made me feel that it's quite expensive for what it is. You'd be better off (in taste and price) eating at Bronek's, which is only a 3-minute walk away going north.

Just waited over 40minutes for an English breakfast to see numerous other customers walk out as there wait was also very lengthy Breakfast is usually ok but I didn’t like to see the lady reheat the bacon and sausage in the microwave

I go here often at lunch time as its nearby to work. The meals are very good, always fresh and they always have roast dinners of every choice which is great. They are a bit on the pricey side but they are good. You do not have to spend a huge amount if you do not want to

I am sorry to make this review but for £9 this was a very disappointing meal. I wasn’t aware the pie was with mash and even more disappointing was 80% of the pie was mash with very little fish. The chips and veg were good but I wouldn’t have chosen chips if I knew of all the potato in the pie. I expected far more for £9 and don’t think I am being unreasonable. Please put more fish in the pie.

I had breakfast there and it was the best breakfast I have ever had in my life! On top of that it was a great price. Blow 5 stars I would give it 10!

This place never disappoints;Fresh ingredients, large portion of classic Irish and English dishes. Home from home vibe. This space is bigger than the original site and they've done it up lovely. Kitsch decor. Friendly staff and delicious food. A real local gem.They have Irish salted butter on the tables ready to use and a wide range of Irish soft drinks:club, cidona and Red lemonade. For what it was, value, portions, quality, everything hot was hot. Hot food served on hot plates. It's not gourmet but if you left empty then there is sonething seriously wrong with you. See before you enter, although the place is spotless. Excellent value.

The best hearty cafe in west london. If your craving a good breakfast or a tantalising roast dinner, the horseshoe is the place to go to. Big portion sizes and reasonably priced but the best part is the quality and care taken by the chefs on each dish. They do a better lasagna than most Italian resteraunt. Hats off to Martin👍

A v clean traditional cafe with excellent food at reasonable prices.

What you hope a great Sunday Roast will taste like.. is right here on Northfield Avenue at the Horseshoe Cafe! From every bite you can tell that Martin the owner and Chef there puts skill and pride in every item on the menu. An excellent choice for a nice cup of tea and an evening meal too.

This was the famous cafe in Hanwell that relocated to Northfields. A good selection of traditional Irish and English roasts are available with generous helpings at a reasonable price. The cafe also has a breakfast menu. The cafe is particularly popular at the weekends.

This is a new opened local cafe. They serve the usual English Breakfast and roast dinners. The breakfasts priced at a pound an item. The roast are very good quality. Proper carved roast and freshly made vegetable, not the tinned veg and cheap thin cuts of meat you get elsewhere.
