Honestly this place is so useless, order and paid in advance , didn’t get the order , didn’t care , refused to acknowledge any responsibility for their error …:literally just said puss off no refund nothing ….terrible service can’t comment on the food as I didn’t get any!! Can’t believe it’s any good though ….

Wanted to give 0 stars but was unable to… shame this establishment deserves - stars . Food took 2 hours to deliver, then half of it was missing What did arrive was disgusting. The pitta bread was stale and rock hard. The chicken tasted like it had been taken out of a bin weeks ago. Total waste of money the food went straight into the bin. Do not use

Absolutely disgusting, ordered chicken kebab and garlic sauce, the garlic sauce never arrived and the chicken was dry and tasted like it was at least a week old. Would never buy from here again

Ordered food and took 2 hours to arrive. Food was barely warm when arrived and had to re heat everything. Ordered with garlic mayo and didn't come. Barely any salad and rubbish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! called the manager and was very rude.

Honestly this is one of the most authentic kebab places I have ever been to, it’s a rarity to visit a kebab place with an original menu and really cool old fashioned interiors, most places have just become a LED, white plastic waste land with a poor menu. Not this place! I can stay as a designer is a really cool place to do a urban photoshoot or film a gritty drama. The food was really good too, one of the best kebabs ever and they have great choice. Best boss man ever! Anyone else who says otherwise is a waste man.

Mediocre food and staff was unhappy with me paying by card even though there is a sticker welcoming card payments. My 2-star rating is generous.

!!!!!!!!!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! £27 for a stone cold kebab that took 1.5 hours to come. Staff are awful in the shop, super rude and hung up the phone to me. Manager Barrish ‘doesn’t speak English’. Whilst on the phone to the kebab shop I heard in the background lots of shouting and swearing until the poor boy who answers the phone was ordered to shut the phone down. Cheesy chips and kebabs with two drinks for £27! Driver isn’t on their books either. Don’t waste your time or money. Thrown straight in the bin. Worst experience ever.

The long story short is that the food delivery took over 2 hours to get here, I called to chase and it was the restaurant vs Uber eats bake. The order was a little bit wrong, but I was ready to eat my own arm so haven’t called the restaurant.

I went to the this shop with a friend of my and ordered a simple donner kebab with ketchup. The staff seemed quiet but efficient and the food and experience was decent and positive. Fine for when you are hungry and don't want to go to a restaurant.

Food was 40 minutes late! Ordered chicken shish kebab with salad, ended up getting a hard pita with a small measly tin with a few bits of cold chicken in it!..had to make the kebab myself and did not come with salad. Chips were cold and soggy. Donner wrap was the worst I’ve ever had, the meat looked undercooked and anaemic as if it had been injected with water to stretch it out and the texture resembled that of a kitchen sponge. No taste Side salad also didn’t turn up.

The Horsham special is amazing as well as the chicken diner They deliver pretty quickly and are very polite

This is the worse kebab shop I have ever been too. £10 for a few pieces of fatty doner, we counted 24 re cooked crispy chips! Not even a pita bread either!! The main staff calling himself the manager - the tall (ish) guy with a huge attitude doesn’t know anything about customer care. He also over charged us & Stole an extra £2.50 from our bill too!! When asking him about the over charge he told us to Write a bad review whilst laughing! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I SUPPOSE WHEN THEY KNOW THEY ARE THE ONLY PLACE OPEN THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE FOOLS! This place is good to maybe feed your dog on a bad day!! Avoid at all cost!!

Foul and rotten Chicken shish. Rang to make a complaint and got told chicken was fresh, I asked for a refund and got told because I had opened the container i couldn't have a refund and they then hung up on me. With a 1 star food hygiene rating it is a MUST AVOID. Just Eat promised a refund but that was refused by Horsham Kebab! No surprise there, god awful service from Just Eat, you would expect them to take note and deal with complaints without lying to their customers. Just Eat and Horsham Kebab have lost a loyal customer.

Absolutely awful, first time but also definitely the last time ordering anything from here and worst kebab ever had. You had to put your own kebab together, it was cold, not very well cooked and tasted awful 🤮. Would never recommend this place to anyone, unless I really really did not like them.

I have been coming here on and off over 20 years not a regular but as there is no kebab shop near where I live it’s well worth the drive .our family favourite is the doner kebab with all the salad and chips really is a feast and so tasty and the Horsham special is amazing so much but perfect for two

Had three orders from here. Staff are friendly but portion control is tight. Asked for large salad and recieved “extra” consisting of one slice of cucumber one slice of tomatoe and one additional pickled pepper / poor for the price

Less than bog standard lamb donner takeaway. Nothing special, with waterlogged salad, and hardly warm cardboard texture pitta bread. A plus is they do make their own chili sauce. The plus reviews on here are probably from those with only the limited Horsham experience. Coming from London we are spoiled for choice, and this outlet wouldn't stand a chance there. If you've got a bit more time to spare take a trip 2.5 miles south to Southwater... the very popular takeaway there on the Worthing Road has quite a decent and tasty offer. 'Horsham Kebab' really doesn't cut it for those who know their kebabs.

I love the best and its staff. They work so hard and the food is great. The chicken puts KFC to shame and the kebabs are to die for. Ultra fresh salad and ingredients. As a night taxi driver in the area this is my preferred place and is always recommended to my customers who are not familiar with the area who need a late night meal. Its more than a takeaway to me they have become my friends.

Have used this kebab shop for years and was horrified at my experience last night. Prices have been vastly increased yet food quality decreased. The staff appear to have changed and the command of English has gone down so it’s hard trying to tailor an order. Their attitude was appalling and made me very uncomfortable while I was stood waiting. Will not be using again!

I was really supervised to read the reviews, and had to check that they were of the same place that we have been using for a good few years. We regularly use Horsham Kebab, and have found a consistent level of great service and fantastic kebabs. Service is friendly and fast, and the kebabs that we have are always fresh and tasty. Granted, we go in early, but we have never had a problem. Keep it up!

I have been going to this kebab shop for years,even in my last review I gave them 5 stars. I’ve always been looked after as a loyal customer - with a friendly welcome and the food cooked and prepared just how I like it.Admittedly I haven’t been in for maybe 6-8 weeks,yet today I pop in to find out the doner kebab has gone up 40% in price! Gobsmacked, I think it’s safe to say this is my last visit - what a joke! We all understand prices go up but 40% are you kidding! A large doner was £5.50 and a small £4.50Yet now they are £7.80 and £6.30!!!

Staff who dont understand english , undercooked chicken , chips cooked twice so hard as rock. Just plain an simple awful this place needs to be investigated on food standard!!

We've been using this place for years, but the last few months it's been going down hill. The last 3 orders we have placed have been totally wrong. The food is not the quality it use to be. The salad is limp and less than fresh and portions are getting smaller. When your delivery finally turns up it's been flung round so many corners in the car that its dripping with all the juices from the meat. We finally made the change to a new kebab shop (Pizzapluss) and wow what a difference fresh crisp salad and arrived hot. Sorry Horsham Kebab we won't be returning!

Been going here for over 5 years now always been good food. Today service and food disgusting got home the pitta bread was like biscuit could not eat ordered 3 chicken kebabs only got 2. Have always been given garlic mayo and this time tried to charge me an extra £5 so i refused. Will never go back again.

I have always enjoyed a kebab from here be it a doner, shish or kofte. the food is always fresh and the portions are ample.

Went for a kebab and chips. The meat looked awful. The salad and sauce were absolutley horrible. Avoid.

Ordered food, was told I had been given my full order when I hadn't. Confirmed I didn't have chips, was given about 15 chips to complete my £8.50 order. Poor

Ordered from here on Tuesday and both me and my stepdad have both been violently ill and unable too do anything, think this place needs another food hygiene review. Don’t risk it!!

Today I ordered my food, the pushed back my order 30 minutes. I then get a message saying its ready. I'm in a rush, but walk all the way there (20 minutes) just for on my arrival them to say 'oh' and pull a frozen doner stick out the freezer and be told 'sorry doner will take a while to defrost, want a burger?'

I waited over two hours for delivery! First and last ever order! Food was not hot & covered in yoghurt despite request to have in pot so couldn’t reheat!

Just had the need for some chicken shish and it’s the only place to go that delivers on service, taste and with a smile

I was elected to be rugby mum on Monday and had 2 hours to kill whilst waiting to collect the muddy teenagers. I stopped at Horsham kebab and was greeted by a friendly face, the combination kebab that was presented to me was a little different to my local establishments offer as it was served in a fish n chip shop paper wrap. 2 seconds later I worked out the best way to consume the meal, it was fresh tasty and well presented. A particular surprise was the chilli sauce, it was freshly prepared and just right... Not to hot and not boring.

28th November ordered 2 shish Kebabs waited 1 and half hours with intermittent assurances it was on its way.

Had a donner kebab. The meat looked like it had been there for days. The salad and sauce were absolutley horrible. Avoid.

I did recieve my kebabs promptly but the kebab meat and pitas were soggy and cold. The mayo also tasted horrible.

My daughter and I ordered a takeaway tonight. It was great value, it came on time and tasted great..

We were passing through Horsham after a day out and thought we'd pop in for something to eat... should not have bothered the kebab was dripping in fat where it had been sitting in a pot, the mayonnaise tasted like it had been watered down vile! Total waste of money all went straight in the bin opposite.

Not impressed always went here then got a quarter pounder with salad and saw a bug crawl out will never go back

Hit and miss really... You can get a great Kebab here, but at times it can be really really bad. Recently had a Doner Kebab which was made up of tiny pieces of tasteless Dona meat, which was dry and had clearly been sitting in the pot for some time... It was that bad that I will not be back. Shame because I have had a very good kebab here before.

I went there yesterday with my seven yr old daughter the man behind the counter informed my daughter and myself that all the meat was halal and no stunning was used prior to any of the animals having there throats slit.With that we left.

Chicken & lamb kebabs have a great flavour and it is a pretty health takeaway. If you order via Just Eat and spend over £8 the deliver service is free (you do pay 50p if you want to pay by card on the website). The one time we had the chips they were pretty horrible but if you want a decent kebab they are the place toured from

Seriously. If you're drunk as a skunk this is the place for you! Cheap. Cheerful. Decent food. Not the place you'd bring a date.

Favourite kebab shop in town. Chicken nuggets perfect after a heavy night. Burgers very tasty and at cheap prices. Chips never soggy and the chilli sauce is nice and hot.

The large chicken and shish kebabs are excellent. Very juicy with a lovely fresh salad and a pitta that needs a minute in hhe toaster

We have used this many times with generally good results. Despite ordering in the shop last night they still managed to supply the wrong food - not noticed until we got home. Rang them and their only solution was that I should travel back to collect a replacement; I expected them yo bring it to us. To cap it off there were only 12 chips with the burger. Poor service and food not great.They were incapable of managing the large number of orders received with subsequent awful Customer Service.

Always really good, very good food and specially "chili sauce" so hot and nice.Always hot food and the delivery is very fast!!!

We have been using Horsham Kebab for many years but am getting really fed up with the poor attitude from a lady there who takes the orders. I feel sure she must be losing them lots of business with her attitude problem ! However the food is tasty.

We placed an order, explained what we wanted 3 times, and yet again we were short. when we called to explain they said that it was not ordered!!! GRRR, so if ordering from here just say send up what you feel......

Always have fresh produce, staff usually friendly but you Will need cash and there's not a flashpoint close.

We are regulars at Horsham Kebab and I have to say their food is constantly excellent. The Kofte and Chicken kebabs are particularly good. We are not junk food eaters, so having a relatively healthy quality takeaway in Horsham is a real bonus. I have no experience of their delivery service as we live outside of Horsham.

Until recently this was the place to get kebabs in horsham. This is no longer the case. Third time in a row the incorrect kebabs have been delivered. The quality of the meat has also deteriorated - very grisly and bland. Will not be using again.

This was definatly the best kebab shop in town and the men who work there are not pervy like those in Best Kebab.

I've been going to Horsham kebab for more years than I care to remember. Cracking food, safe donner and fast service. Could do with some red cabbage on offer but it's the kebab shop of choice in the town, and there are a few.
