After getting the order wrong we opened our meals to find dead fried flies we called them bk and they said they would bring my money back. After waiting hours I called back and he said ring bk in 1 hour the managers I'll (probably eaten his own food by accident) and before I could say anything they put the phone down on me so I rang bk and when they found out it was me they hung up again. Please don't order from this place they've just been fined £3000 for being dirty which I've just found out.

Was very disappointed with the delivery time, if you are going to be late, you have my number, you should let us know, not wait until we have to ring you multiple times before you get your act together, I've ordered from you lot before but I'm never ordering from here again

It was the worst food ever. I dipped my chip in the gravy and because it was so oily it literally slipped off my chip. The chicken was grey and the food was cold. Strongly advise not to go here. That food is only acceptable for dogs. If I could put a picture on here to show you how to disgusting it was I would.

Just want to start by saying that this is the worst subway in Manchester. If you work here, give your head a wobble. Countless times we’ve ordered from here, they’ve gotten our order wrong. I’ve worked in hospitality myself so I can understand that sometimes mistakes can happen however the staff here are careless and don’t deserve to even lay their hands on customers’ food. Don’t know how you can be fit to work when you don’t follow the order correctly. Recently received an order with ham in it when the person I was ordering for is allergic. Maybe hire people that know how to read next time. Wouldn’t have left such an honest review if it weren’t for the continuous mishaps made by this establishment. Sort yourself out x

198 Liverpool RoadFood was delicious. All the Caribbean flavours, without too much spice. Portions were small but sufficient. Works out approx £10 per head. Would definitely recommend.

AVOID!! Probably the UKs worst Mcdonalds and unfortunately it's my local one. The seating area is absolutely freezing, no heating. Very uncomfortable especially when you have to wait a long time for food. Staff are rude and obviously not interested. You don't even get a thank you. Whilst Mc Donalds used to be somewhere you could get food quickly, it frequently takes over 15 minutes for your food. Sometimes at this branch it's up to half an hour. According to staff drive thru and delivery customers take priority. The toilets are tiny and dirty. The 'refurbishment' made the seating area and the kitchen separate. This means the seating area cannot be seen from the kitchen and they don't have any staff in the seating area early mornings or late at night. I cannot think why you would want to make it completely separate? Last time I was in there I was hassled by a very aggressive beggar for money and food. The staff were absolutely oblivious to this as they are shut away in the partitioned kitchen, so I wouldn't recommend going in when it's quiet as felt very unsafe. Seems a bit pointless posting a review as if the management and franchisee seem as disinterested as the staff and I can't see any improvement coming from this. The many previous poor reviews are testament to this.
