A nice hotel with very kind personnel. Far from any underground station, there are some good bus connections, in general I walked more than usual to leave or reach the hotel. A plus is the availability of two little supermarkets

We had a lovely stay as a couple and were made to feel at home. The location is easy to get to all the tourist sites of the city and with several food and leisure establishments around. The treatment by all the hotel staff has been excellent as well as the service. Totally recommendable.

I have stayed in plenty of hotels in London and this is one of my favourites. Similar in flavor to the Ace hotels, they are done out in an original funky style with some nice touches in the room. I would have expected to pay double for a room like this! The room was very quiet and the bed is comfy with loads of pillows The room was spotless with a proper coffee machine and nice tea selection. The shower and bathroom were gorgeous. I didn't have breakfast or use room service, checking in was a tad slow with all the stuff to sign but only a minor glitch. The bar looked very nice, the whole place looks nice just go..!

Really nice service and staff. Arrived early and could check in early. Room clean. Very funky decor and nice change to some other bland and boring hotel options! Ideally located, Exmouth Market is only 1km walk away with very nice food and drink options. Tube stations not far away. Buffet breakfast was varied and good quality. Appreciated the note with free chocolates, keyring and magnet in the room! I would say the room could be improved by: - providing better quality pillows. All of ours were VERY lumpy and uncomfortable. - the shower base is stained and really needs a deep clean.

We stayed at this hotel and it was a truly unforgettable experience. Since our arrival we felt pampered by the staff, always attentive and available to our every need. Thalita welcomed us, making us feel at home. Breakfast was undoubtedly the highlight: a true experience with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality products, suitable for all tastes. The location of the hotel was perfect: located in a quiet area, but at the same time strategic for visiting the main attractions of the city. Furthermore, the presence of excellent restaurants nearby made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended for those seeking comfort, tranquility and high level service! SEE YOU SOON!!

My recent stay at nhow London was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed by its quirky and vibrant interior design, which perfectly blends modern art with playful London-inspired decor. The rooms were immaculate, with a comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, and unique touches that made the experience feel personal. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

I have mixed opinions about this hotel. I stayed here last year, Jan 2024, and I didn't have any bad experiences. I even recommended this hotel to my colleagues who come here often. But this time it feels like a different hotel. From day one, the carpet in my room was dirty with stains, and there was a spider. They changed my room with an apology, packed and went to a different room. The heater in that room wouldn't work, and they were helpful, they sent the maintenance many times. And every time I would wait a couple of hours then call to tell them it isn't working. At the end, it started working but got stuck at 27-28° so they changed my room again. Then whenever I call for service, sometimes they'll be helpful, sometimes they'll be difficult. Like there is no standard for the service. I believe they're under staffed because sometimes they take a long time, 10+ minutes, to pick up. Last straw was I called to order from their resturant, I was just asking if the rissoto comes with chicken or it could be added since the menu says "Vegan option available" not "Vegan" This guy says "let me ask" and I hear him say that I'm being difficult and asking impossible questions, like sir? Why so rude? I was speaking low cause I'm sick, and when he said speak up, I was doing my best to be clear and then I hear you say that? I feel like many people here are doing a good job, and that's why I'm not giving them a lower rating. But I'm not sure I can come here next year.

An unusual place in London, breakfast included, really a quality meal knowing that we French are finicky, but there's nothing to complain about, top quality product service! To take the experience further, we tested the restaurant one evening and I would like to say what patience the waiter Ridoy, who knows how to speak French, was patient and kind, in addition the restaurant was very good and in the English price standard, thank you for this exceptional long weekend, we will come back! Very good family stay, the rooms are perfect, the staff welcoming and helpful. The proximity of the hotel to a bus stop allows easy and quick access to tourist places. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Dinner, also a great proposition, special mention to Ridoy who served us, for his kindness and thoughtfulness.

Amazing experience 😊 very kind and professional staff, the room was beautiful, the bed was huge and super comfy. Everything is very close, the nearest tube and train station in Old street, which is 8-10 min walk away. Highly recommended to anyone 🥰

Very good and comfortable hotel! Both at the reception and the service at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. We ate here twice in the evening and everything was bombastic thanks to the boys on this shift (the Ridoy and the "half Greek" barman) The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars from our side!!

What a fantastic find this hotel was ! We really enjoyed outlr stay here and for sure will be booking next time we are in the city for a couple of days. The staff are all absolutely lovely people and make you feel at home. 10 minutes walk from the nearest tubr station and very quiet and peaceful location. Would absolutely recommend this over a premier inn or similar establishments.

Pretty good overall. Food was good, though small portions. Drinks pretty expensive, especially spirits/shots. Perhaps trying a little too hard to be quirky... but it makes a change from a Premier Inn I suppose!

Rooms are spacious and quiet. Personally, I hated the mock-punk rooms, and the corridors belong in The Shining. Downstairs the theme works better. Breakfast was superb, lots of everything, lovely staff. Most reception staff seemed untrained and frosty and I had to ask and ask for any information. On check out day it was better. Overall I liked the hotel though.

Quirky and fun, this hotel is not your typical London accommodation. It is colourful, special and imaginative, so be prepared for something different. On top of that, the room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and completely soundproof, for a relaxing stay in the heart of London. Oh and the bed was huge and super comfortable.

I stay here a lot for work. It’s convenient but there are other options nearby. Why do I stay here? - I get a good night’s sleep. It’s quiet, the beds are clean and comfortable. - The gym is small but well equipped with a very good bike. - Finally, is the hospitality. The staff remember my name and give me five star service. Especially the chap who I see at breakfast, Cole. Thank you Cole!

Beautiful original hotel. Spacious rooms, single bed a bit too hard. Friendly service. Nice that you get cookies/candy at the lobby. Location is not great. At least a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro.

A hotel that, if you look beyond the decoration, is perfect, and the staff is charming, Cole, Pamela, have been not only efficient but also extremely friendly.

Our stay was so great! Ali was very helpful at the front desk, and Cole, Pamela, Jelani, and Ray made the rest of the stay special (a birthday celebration and first time in London). Meals and drinks were always fun and cheerful.

Stayed here with 7 of my family for a girls holiday, and this hotel far exceeded our expectations. We knew it would be functional and convenient but on top of that it was warm and friendly, the breakfast was amazing and catered for our differing dietary requirements, and the sky bar was unexpectedly gorgeous with a really buzzy atmosphere and beautiful cocktails. It was so close to the the train and met station so getting anywhere took literally 20 minutes. I couldn't recommend this place enough.

For anyone who loves London, this place is a London lovers paradise. The quirky design features London memorabilia and props throughout, creating a charming and immersive experience that’s both unique and captivating. So many photo opportunities I absolutely loved every detail. The location is also incredibly convenient. Angel tube station is within a 10-minute walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the 55 bus from Tottenham Court Road after a shopping trip down Oxford street takes you directly to Old Street, which is only a 9-minute walk from the hotel. The room itself was wonderful—clean, tidy, and very well-maintained. The quirky decor from the reception lobby and bar area continued inside the rooms. The design of the bedroom doors was unlike anything I’ve seen in other hotels (looked like a proper front door to a house), adding a special touch that made the experience feel even more distinctive. The homely atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and it really made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt looked after. They couldn’t do enough for you, which added a personal touch to the entire experience. Cole was an absolute gem over breakfast, he had an amazing energy which could instantly lifted the mood and was singing and dancing at points around the buffet area. Pedro was on hand to assist and was so incredibly kind to my friend celebrating her birthday. He gave her a gift over breakfast as a token London takeaway which was really unexpected. This hotel is “groovy baby” Cool decor in the lobby and rooms. Very colourful and stylish. Never stayed at a hotel this funky and hip. Cole is the man. Very accommodating and friendly. He’s always in a great mood and willing to get you anything you need.

The hotel is overall very good. The rooms are big enough and well equipped, the reception staff was responsive and helpful. Breakfast is very good and Cole is always there to put a smile on your face. Pros: - good location - interesting design - comfortable rooms with everything you need Cons: - maybe some more toiletries would help but of course it’s not mandatory I only had breakfast at the hotel, which was very good. I cannot comment on lunch or dinner since I didn’t try.

Ridoy and Pamela were absolutely amazing at the bottomless brunch! We came here a few weeks ago for my friend and I reunion. Pamela made our day she was so friendly, fun, kind and could do enough for us! We had a fab fab time, the food was fabulous and the drinks were flowing!! DJ was playing great tunes! nhow London is my most favorite hotel in London. The location is nice (in the near you’ll find Kings cross station) and you have buses at central street, where you can access few major points. The design of the hotel is really unique (all nhow hotels have a specific motto) and I love this lifestyle there. The rooms have everything what you need for a relaxing stay: a very comfortable bed, space in the room, a tea/coffee station, very delicious breakfast, free WiFi. Reception staff is always very friendly & helpful. But my highlight is the breakfast staff. Cole is really friendly, has always a positive mood and a fantastic service attitude. He is very attentive and works fast. Nothing beats great service and delicious food to start the day. I can highly recommend a stay at nhow London and I’ll come back again + again. See you soon.

great price/performance - stylish and fairly new hotel rooms, rooms very nice with attention to detail and practically furnished. Hotel service very friendly and accommodating, breakfast not cheap but tasty and lots of choice. In the evening a perfect Negroni at the bar. Location adjacent to Bricklane, about 15 minutes walk to the underground.

Absolutely loved this Hotel, the staff was Amazing! Love Cole and Ray at the bar. Truly one of the best stays I’ve had. If you are comfortable walking or with the public transportation it is in the perfect location tons to do. We were visiting from the states so we did have a little journey to see the sites.Big Ben, Buckingham palace, etc. But overall a great stay!!!

This was such a cool hotel. Sometimes the front desk staff was short staffed but the restaurant team were amazing. Cole, in particular, treated us like royalty and went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant experience.

The design of the space is quirky and colourful, and we absolutely loved it. The room was super comfortable, very good size room with great amenities. Absolutely loved the kettle that was shaped like a tea pot! Location wise it is a bit out of the way from the city however it’s walking distance to the tub making it very convenient.

Upon our arrival the receptionist Ali was very kind and helpful! We ate at the restaurant, and the staff were very welcoming, especially Jelani and Ray. The breakfast was good, lot of choices, the waiter Cole was kind also! The hotel is bit far from the center but you have a bus station nearby! It would be nice if the hotel offered the transportation tickets! Good experience in general

Had a fabulous staycation at NHow. The rooms are lovely and the bed is soooooo comfortable. The restaurant serves delicious food too. I definitely recommend the fish and chips. Ray was very welcoming and helpful. We were also served by Ridoy and he was an absolute star! Would love to stay here again!

I didn’t get everybody’s name, but I can say Chiragh was particularly engaging. Perfect location and cool iconic and artsy hotel decor!

Probably the greatest service I’ve ever received, if Pedro and Tomas opened a cardboard box I would stay there. Book a weekend just to have a natter with them, and their team is absolutely awesome.
