House of Fraser in Broadland

This was my 3rd visit for a brow wax and tint and I must say the service was once again excellent by Chloe. It was not hurried and there was no pressure to purchase add on products (although I did), just good honest advice. I would thoroughly recommend this service. A lovely relaxing experience.

I visited House of Fraser today noticing there were many clothes rails set out with sale tickets depicting a certain percentage off. Selecting my purchase on such a rail (25% reduction) I took my purchase to the check out to discover that reduction had not been applied. The whole rail, even though it displayed 25% reduction, was not in the sale. I asked to speak to the manager who advised that not all items were in the sale, in fact throughout the store, even though many many reduction tickets can be seen, it only applies to 10% of stock. This surely is very deceiving to the customer. I wonder how many cuatomers made purchases today thinking they were receiving a discount? You have gone down in my estimations House of Fraser!

Ordered beetroot and pepper quiche with salad and chips. Could not find any beetroot nor pepper in the quiche. Quiche appeared to be heated in a microwave and was soggy. Oven chips were not nice. Side salad with balsamic dressing was ok. It was an ok filler because we were hungry but rather expensive for what we actually got. I gave 3 stars rather than 2 because the staff were lovely and helpful.
