Best place for authentic hydrabadi biryani...!!

Horrible service, kept waiting forever and people after us walked in and seated themselves. Waited a long time and they dont care.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. My order took over 2 hours to be delivered, which is well beyond an acceptable wait time. When I tried calling the restaurant to get an update, I received no response at all, and when I finally reached someone, the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue.

Best home food away from home. Everything from street food like cut mirchi, egg bajji to main stream desi starters like chilli chicken, veg. Manchuria and our own Hyderabadi biryani reminds me of what we are missing in teesside so far🤗😋. Try this one if you want food full of flavours of Indian and especially Hyderabadi food.

Very poor, unreliable and unprofessional service. Food menu can change every hour and even after 30 minutes after ordering food. Sorry…is their word for everything. From late food to no food to changing order to saying not available what you ordered after 20 minutes. Truly time wasters.. Date of review 29/10/24

They had take order for noodles but after 30 mins of waiting they said the order food is out of stock...this happens every time really the service and food is very bad

Wrost restaurant we tried three times Incedent 1 stomach upset litrelly loose motions Incident 2 they changed our table while eating and to second table Last and final last stage we asked for chutney & samber we asked for literry 45mins no response. Totallly disgusting i will never recommend this restaurant to visit

Had a worst experience. The biryani, which I was really looking forward to, turned out to be soggy. As for the starters(Chilli chicken and chicken 65), they were bland and poorly prepared. Very much disappointed .

Overall, it's not a bad place. They have a good variety of items on the menu, but most of them are not available when you ask them. It was my first visit and happened to me, so I'm just highlighting it for other people. Ordered special biryani, and it was good to be aware that it would be very spicy and be careful if you couldn't eat spices. I can eat spices, but it seemed a bit spicier to me as well. Parking free after 6 in streets around it.

Disappointing Experience at the “Tiffin Buffet” I recently visited your restaurant for the “Tiffin Buffet,” and I must say the experience was extremely disappointing. First, if you are unable to handle the service or deliver on what is promised, please reconsider offering this on your menu. It took over 45 minutes for the food to be served, which is unacceptable for a buffet setup. The service was painfully slow, and by the time the food arrived, my hands were dry, and I had completely lost my appetite. Moreover, your menu mentioned items like puri and upma, which were never served. Instead, we were only given idly, dosa, vada, and bonda. If this is what you consider a “tiffin buffet,” it’s misleading and far from what I expected. When someone makes the effort to visit your restaurant, it’s because we trust you and your food quality. But this experience was a letdown, and it felt like you were not maintaining the standards that we expect from you. Please, take this as constructive feedback and try to improve the service. It’s hard to run a restaurant, and I understand that, but customers will only return if you maintain consistency and high standards.

Nobody answered the call and Google says it’s open. We came until here and disappointed.

The order took us waiting 1 hour and then cancelled it as there is no chef. Very disappointed with the service. Although biryani tasted good.

Sat there for approximately 50 mins after placing a take-away order. It was only when I finally asked what is taking so long that the guy behind the counter told us that they have now run out of noodles so we will need to amend our order, which will obviously mean additional waiting time. This was highly unprofessional. If I hadn’t asked, who knows how long we’d have just been sitting there. We used to be regular customers at this place but I doubt we will be returning now. Extremely disappointed to have been treated this way.

I came recently to UK and I was sceptical to eat out as I am very picky about food. I came to dine in here after hearing alot about the food and visited again multiple times because I really liked it. I tried chicken fried rice, Chicken 65 and Chicken Biryani. All of them are really tasty and Chicken Biryani is a big hit. Also to specially mention, the people in the kitchen are really good. Especially a guy called Sunny was present when I went and he is very good at his service. He is very attentive and very calm and gave a really good experience even with the customer service.

Local slightly basic restaurant and takeaway, flavourful mutton biryani (if a little under supplied with actual mutton) and the spiciest garlic naan ever… it comes with a (as advertised) chilli paste. The water requested never arrived and the service was friendly but a little amateurish overall. Also some tables were uncleared and dirty when I arrived although no sign of other diners. £14 inc can of coke

Specially egg nuddiles very delicious and also serving was good

I’ve specifically asked for low spicy and low oily noodles for my child when I ordered the takeaway , they confirmed it’s made with low oil and less spicy. When I tested the food before giving to my child, it was very spicy. If we had chosen to eat at the Restaurant, we would have sent back the food!! Also the special Briyani and 65 Briyani were so dry, it literally had rice with some chicken pieces. We have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and the taste and quality used to be great. But you guys failed us this time!! I drove from peterlee to buy the food and it’s an utter disappointment!!

Authentic Hyderabadi biryani, One of the best I tasted in the UK. Chef is well trained and you can taste authenticity in every grain of rice. Tried both lamb and chicken biryani. If you want to taste authentic biryani please visit these guys , you won't be disappointed.

I have ordered food they took 2 hrs to prepare, i have waited half an hour to 45 minutes get my order. And when ever i ask for delivery they will say after one hour we will deliver but after an hour when we called them and again they will say after one hour again it has been done for me 3-4 times. When i ask any dish they will say it is not available today. I don’t know why they keep those dish in menu that are not available even in the what’s app group they this dish's are available but when i call them they will say not available every time.

**Please Improve** We had breakfast there only because we saw good “online” reviews. The shop opens at 10 am; we went at 10:15 am, and the food wasn’t ready. We waited for at least 20 minutes before our orders were taken. Not only did they serve the food late, but they also got our order wrong. About the food: The dosa didn’t taste like how a dosa should. We were served with spicy chutney and peanut chutney. When we asked for sambhar, they said it would take a while. After 15 minutes, the sambhar arrived. I have attached a picture of it. Show it to any Indian, and none of them will be able to guess that it is sambhar. It was unpalatable. Poor execution, poor service, and the place could be much cleaner. PS there are back to back positive reviews few hours apart, which are clearly misleading and probably made to compensate for the honest poor reviews.

**Absolutely Terrible Experience** It was an absolute disaster. It was the worst food I've ever had the displeasure of tasting. Most of the items on the menu are not available. The Paneer tikka Biryani was a joke—only four pieces of paneer, and it was clear they had just put it on top of chicken biryani rice. We found small chicken pieces in a supposed vegetarian dish is unacceptable. The Chicken 65 was disgusting, and the Chicken Noodles had no flavor. Customer service was a complete nightmare. The plates were filthy, and they didn't have enough cutlery. We were forced to eat noodles and starters with spoons because they ran out of forks. They didn’t even bother to provide water. The staff clearly have no idea what customer service means and should be trained before being allowed to work. The only halfway decent thing was the Egg Fried Rice. The Chicken Dum Biryani was barely okay, and the Lamb Biryani was just plain bad, the lamb is not cooked properly. In summary, it is a place to avoid at all costs. The food is atrocious, and the service is even worse. The food quality and service need significant improvement.

Authentic Biriyani. So addictive. Less than £10 for 1 Biriyani. 1 Biriyani is enough portion for a Couple to share. I feel like I am eating Biriyani from an Authentic Hydrabadi Restaurant when I am at this place. I believe they use all Authentic Indian Masalas'. I travel every weekend 45 minutes just my treat after busy week. Every penny worth the Food. Compliment to the chef. I have recommended this place to all my family and colleagues at work. If you try once you don't want to have Biriyani anywhere else. I normally choose Chicken 65 Biriyani - the flavour is so addictive.

Food Quality and taste was Soo good. Service is too slow because of some new staff. We wait for 35mints just for the biryani, but when biryani arrives that was super cool (in temperature) so they microwave it again. Then they gave us 2 cold drink can as complimentary to accommodate too much wait.

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered a chicken biryani takeaway, but there was no rice in it. The box was filled with 8 pieces of chicken and no rice at all. Is this really how you serve chicken biryani to a customer? Very disappointing and unacceptable

Biryani ✅ Fried Rice✅ Now, let me talk about ❌Vegetable Manchuria❌- worst, it was completely dry and raw sort of a taste. The Manchuria itself was dry and the inner portion was extremely dry and not at all suitable to it. As it was uncooked, it was the worst Manchuria ever so far is all I could tell. It has caused severer stomach pain and diarrhoea the next morning. I hope there is some change in the cooking pattern of the Manchuria here after. Waste of money on this item. Not recommended at all.

I had ordered butter chicken it was more of coconut flavour in it and chicken dum briyani was of more salt in taste nd odd masala's. Even if we dine in they take service charge not worth disappointed service by you. butter chk masala 6.50£ Hyderabadi dum briyani 8.50£ Not worth waste of money

I have been there 3 times now , never disappointed. Their service and quality, quantity of food is outstanding.only this restaurant serves the best Indian biriyani so far. Especially should appreciate Swetha, the way she receives customers and make sure they served in correct time. I would like to visit more often.

I always used to think I will eat this and that once I will go back home but this place serves great food with great taste. One of the most cheapest and delicious Indian restaurant ever.I love their chicken fried rice and their dosas additionally the food is very affordable as well.They have a breakfast buffet as well that less than £10 if I’m not wrong so worth every penny!Only downfall is the hygiene of the restaurant, we wanted to drink tap water but the glasses that were given to use had stains all over it so we could not bring ourselves to drink the water from the dirty cups.

Had chicken 65 biriyani and we got plain rice with some small chicken pieces.its not worth for 8.99.we had the same earlier and was nice but it's not good now and they are charging 50pence service charge per person for dine in. Was nice and worth earlier but now it's not up to the mark.

We had briyani which was the worst ever , it was soggy and lumpy , asked staffs said reason like changed rice brand , I dont understand why they gave plain rice for chicken 65 briyani in delivery , so hereafter never gonna get delivery from this restaurant .

Served few items in buffet., still charged full amount. We ordered Idly first, served stone cold.. We ordered Dosa next, kept us waiting for 15 minutes. Our hands went dried and need to stare at staff for response., No water is served until we finish our dining., We ordered vada next., vadas are out of shape, uncooked inside and roasted outside. Staff said chutneys finished and served us diluted chutneys., No samber served., No puri served., No bonda served., But still charged £10.50 per person for buffet., We visited a week ago in same timing., we had different experience then., I couldn’t even believe a rapid change in service., I would prefer not to visit again if this doesn’t change. I would suggest you to increase price on buffet if you are not making enough profit onit., It is unfair serving customers with half food out of full menu.. Also staff is unresponsive and delayed in terms of service.
