I am Döner - Harrogate in Harrogate

For the amount of money they charge, the food shouldn't be cold and wrap was a bit dry and hard. Took one and a half hour to deliver. Over a week ago my order was accepted, then said preparing and then cancelled. Not happy really

My order was cold and it was an hour late!! I want a refund.

Not delivered, no contact, app not updating the delivery time, really disappointing experience. Not yet refunded

Cold food- all of it! missing items, portions weren’t even half of what they should be. Items missing from the streetcart fries. Very poor customer service via Just Eat when requesting a full refund, as food was not edible.

Asked for no feta cheese don’t answer phone unable to eat meal

poor quality from the shop, AGAIN ordered a LARGE meal and got a regular flatbread and half portion of sweet potato fries which I've paid extra for. ORDER ONLY WITH COLLECTION AND CHECK YOUR ORDER.

Took over an hour and a half to arrive and wasn’t even lukewarm. Didn’t satisfy, should have ordered elsewhere. Won’t order from here again.

Based on the first estimated time of 19:30 I finally got my food at 20:35. Order accepted by the restaurant within minutes. Rubbish

Order was wrong - ordered a large and a regular was delivered. Complained and was told because each restaurant has different orders Just Eat can’t offer a refund (or partial - I still ate the food (which is great) I just overpaid for the order as a result)). Not impressed with the process of ordering even as a 3rd party this should be better. I am confident I am Doner would see it & agree it didn’t meet what I paid for. I will order I am Doner again but not through Just Eat.

ordered extras in my kebab that weren't given, food we received was dry and not worth the money. this is the 2nd time this has happened. we won't be trying again

I watched the drive deliver to at least 2 other addresses. My food was cold when it arrived I tried to complain and only got a small refund

Was bad tonight. We were missing one of our kebabs and the bread was cold and tough for the one we did get. It also looked about half the size as normal and was quite cold. You're usually our go-to on a weekend. Please sort this out.

my usual doner place is shut on Mondays so thought I'd try here. ordered a doner salad with extra chicken and extra doner. was half the size of the other place and the salad was so boring. everything was tasteless. most definitely won't be ordering from here again.

Terrible food, stone cold, no means of contact regarding the order which was took well over a hour to arrive.

I still have not received my food over 2 hours after order, it was supposed to be delivered 25 to 40 minutes after order. I cannot contact them or cancel my order.

Took 2 hours to be delivered and the 5pc chicken was missing along with the dips. I would like a full refund on this order.

Good clean food, fresh flatbread was really good.

Not as good as normal. Very very greasy special doner, flatbread soaked in grease.

Doner meat was like rubber today and my large order arrived as a medium. Ben and Jerrys ice cream must have been tipped on its side at some point, melted and refrozen as half of it had overflowed down exterior of tub and inside was a mess and inedible. Not happy at all. My wifes doner was the same. Bad food for the money.

The chips were freezing cold the donner meat was dry and hard there was very little chicken and hardly any tomato and onions there was too much sauce which made it not very nice to eat very poor for the cost . although nothing is ever done with these reviews maybe someone will read it and avoid this shop

We placed an order just before 18:45 and were told our order was initially due by 19:10-19:30. This kept changing every few minutes by about 10 minutes until our order was due by 20:15 when it roughly arrived. The updates on the app about why our order was delayed weren't very descriptive and when we tried to call the restaurant to see what was going on, the number connected us to a poor random lady who had apparently been getting a lot of calls similar to ours lately.

I ordered a flat bread with donner meat and NO vegetables but they still put vegetables in it . I also got a side of fries which you did not make and I also bought 2 cans of coke which you also forgot

worst milkshake I've ever had was like warm frothy milk not a single bit of ice cream in them and couldn't tast any flavour in them either! all 3 kids left them they was that bad

Food is amazing but please: manager, give more support to your staff! Food is great so demand is high! You need more people serving, especially when you’ve got demand from drop-in and Deliveroo.

I actually made this order on Sunday evening. It was delivered 24 hours late!

Order took over 2 hrs to arrive. The order was wrong; mayo not wanted, extra doner meat is just the same as normal. The standard order only had carrot and cabbage, no tomato, veg or feta. Halloumi was dry. Used to really like I Am Doner but it has gone down hill.

Food order was completely wrong and lack of timely contact options with both just eat and I am Doner meant we had to order from another restaurant. Ruined our evening and won’t be going back to this restaurant.

Not good. So stingy on the meat. Lacking flavour. Small portions.

Ordered a house wrap and 2 house salads. Wrap had 1 falafel and 1 piece of halloumi and the salads only had doner and the tinniest amount of chicken - no halloumi, no falafel. Really disappointing and not what we paid for.

Both house special salad bowls were missing halloumi and falafel, had very little chicken in and were generally disappointing.

Good music. Loud music. Had a big nostalgic atmosphere. Chef was cheffin it up. Good munch.

The kebab was amazing, good size, hot sauce and lots of meat! Downside was the chips, they came to us freezing cold, we’ve had them luke warm before but these were really bad.

Scandalous pricing for a tub of iceberg lettuce, shredded carrot and a bit of cabbage with chicken and donor crumbs on top. Not a chance those calorie counts were realistic, paying 1.50 for a can of pop for it to not be delivered. Will go back to fasting for sustenance.

Kebab had no tomato, feta, chilli sauce or crispy fried veg as stated. On top of this the kebab meat was all dried out. Rang up to complained but was already closed so must have been a rush job to get out of work.

When food arrived eventually after delivery time changed about 5 times it was lukewarm and wrong my partner ordered a special hose salad with chicken doner halloumi and falafel!! No chicken a tiny ridiculous piece of halloumi and looked like it had already been sat out half the night my kebab was lukewarm and unimpressive to say the least!! Total bill for this effort was nearly £30!!! What a joke this used to be a very good kebab shop but something has gone wrong avoid it at all costs spend half

The wraps were cold when they arrived but the chips were really nice and hot. The driver took less than 10mins from the restaurant to get here so the wraps didn't go cold on the drive. They seemed to have changed some of the ingredients like the garlic mayo and the doner meat. They now taste more like something you'd get from a normal kebab shop for £5. It's been like this the last couple of times. Really disappointing as this used to be my favourite food place in Harrogate. I hope they sort it.

Hate to say it, but has gone downhill, quality felt poor, bread undercooked and bit of a sloppy mess. Also paid extra £3 for hallume cheese and got one very small piece in the whole thing lol will be the last

Happy with the food and speed. Portion sizes seem to have got a bit smaller but all in all still a good meal

There's nothing I can say that was wrong with this kebab. If you review with your eyes, maybe you won't agree with my opinion. Personally, this is the best kebab I've ever had. Delicate flavours, lots of taste and perfect portions size (had a large kebab) Will definitely order again!

Doner portion was terrible for £5!! Half a box and grease in the bottom of it! Poor effort

Paid £3.99 extra for extra doner for my Berlin doner and what was given to me was smaller with less content than a standard doner. Unfortunately this is common and has happened many times at iamdoner, Harrogate

The portion sizes are way smaller now and not worth the price. The food did not come with all the ingredients listed.

Chicken kebab was pretty cold & very soggy. Christmas street cart fries turned up as Doner street cart fries with a can of coke we didn’t order. When we rang I Am Doner, they said Just Eat had made an error & the Xmas stuff shouldn’t have been available as they’re not doing it anymore. The can of coke was apparently an apology, but there’s £2 difference between the Xmas/Doner street cart fries anyway. Her replacement meal was cold & dry

We usually love it here but massively disappointed tonight! The food was clearly ready at least 45 mins before delivery! If there’s no drivers at least update your customers! From order to it being delivered it was 1h 15mins!

This took 2 hours and 16 minutes to get her. And of course it's cold as the receipt shows the driver collected at 8.16pm and it was delivered at 9.07, 50 minutes later. This is completely unacceptable. I would like a refund.

Orders wrong! items missing-no chicken, no fries, no halloumi, the kebab meat was burnt and dry. The food cold and was not edible. Looks like it was the last dregs left before they closed.

Ordered a rice box and there was no pickles, no roast veg, no garlic mayo. Very dry and bland.
