Elegido como cerca del hotel Radisson Blu, no reservó, pero fue lo suficientemente temprano a mitad de semana para conseguir un asiento (estuvo ocupado toda la noche, así que quizás tuvimos suerte con conseguir una mesa). Comida mixta de mariscos para compartir, luego los dos compartimos el pez espada y la parrilla mixta - comida sabrosa y no a mal precio dado que fuimos por los platos más grandes.

The food was super good ( i had a sirloin steak) and my companions food were also super. The people were funny and very nice.

We were visiting the O2 so staying in a hotel nearby. Found this restaurant via Google. Pre booked for an early dinner before heading to the show. It was a Tuesday at 4.30 so early evening. Not surprised that there were only two other tables eating. We had a warm welcome from all staff. Fabulous menu. My son had pizza, my husband chose seafood pasta and I had red pepper ravioli. All meals were superb. Massive pizza!! Good portion sizes. Really tasty, couldn’t be faulted. Really enjoyable meal prior to our evening out and even thought it was quiet there was still a lovely atmosphere. Would definitely go back if staying in thst area again.

Food ok, but we were pressured to pay service charge by the server although it was already included in the bill. We didn't know as they never gave us menu and we just ordered the day's recommendations.

Vinimos al restaurante para ser recibidos por un camarero mayor llamado Jimmy y el joven gerente llamado Rrezon, ya que nos atendieron muy bien. Disfrutamos de nuestra comida, ya que tuvimos una comida de tres platos con una buena botella de Amarone recomendado por Jimmy. Al final de nuestra comida como nos dieron la cuenta, nos ofrecieron una inyección de Limoncello en la casa de Rrezon. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo y sin duda recomendamos a otros a volver y cenar aquí.

La comida era tan buena que vinimos de nuevo 2 noches corriendo. El servicio y la comida eran excelentes y lo recomendaría a cualquiera que venga a esta parte de Londres.

Absolutely amazing food. I come here every week or so and every thing I’ve had is amazing. Pizza is some of the best I’ve had, same with the pasta, steak and panna cota. I recommend everything, if your thinking of trying definitely do!

such a beautiful restaurant- was not very busy when at 7pm but the atmosphere was amazing! the food was incredible, our food was bought out to us within 5 minutes of ordering. the staff were friendly and helpful. as someone from outside of london, the prices felt very high but it was definitely worth the spend. highly recommend

Normalmente no escribo malas críticas, pero siento que como un problema de salud debo hacerlo en esta ocasión. He utilizado este restaurante un par de veces y cuando el camarero mayor Jim está allí todo funciona bien y hasta estándar limpio ect. Pero las últimas veces he notado que los estándares han bajado y Jim no estaba allí. Había un tipo alto y bien construido sirviendo detrás de la barra y en otra ocasión recientemente también otro joven detrás de la barra, ninguno de estos tipos tiene idea de cómo servir bebidas o, lo que es más importante, cómo limpiar vasos! Creo que pueden ser hermanos. Los vasos después de su uso no se ponen en un lavavajillas, sino que se ejecutan bajo un grifo con lo que parece estar frío! ¡Agua y luego seca con la toalla más sucia que he visto! ¿Teñido y de aspecto marrón tal vez usado en la cocina en el horno de pizza? También vi a uno de estos hombres bar limpiar alrededor del cuello del vaso después de lavar bajo el grifo con un paño de cocina de aspecto sucio que estaba tirado en la tabla de drenaje húmeda! También el barman estornudó dos veces en sus manos y yo miraba a ver si él había ido y se había lavado las manos, ¡no lo hizo! Los paños de té sucios y los paños de vajilla especialmente son los mayores portagérmenes en las cocinas. Tienen gérmenes y bacterias. También el barman bien construido estaba después de usar el paño de té casi marrón manchado caminando por ahí con arrojado sobre su hombro. ¡Comportamiento absolutamente repugnante! Estos dos tipos definitivamente no han tenido ningún entrenamiento de higiene. Salí después de presenciar esto. Los vasos deben limpiarse adecuadamente, preferiblemente en un lavado corto caliente en un lavavajillas y no limpiarse con paños sucios. ¿Quién sabe qué gérmenes quedan en los vasos después de que alguien bebe de ellos? y peor aún luego secarse con lo que parecía un paño sucio de la cocina de pizzas. ¡Me temo que ya no volverás!

Al no contener la respiración cuando aterricé en el Ibis Hotel, no hacían comidas nocturnas y parecía que no había restaurantes cerca. El asistente de recepción me señaló Il Bianco ¡Aterrizó en el paraíso de los amantes de la comida! Un risotto de marisco para morir y los profiteroles más que perfectos. Ahora estoy deseando mi próxima visita a Canary Wharf en Londres.

Extremely good portions and freshly prepared authentic Italian cuisine. Friendly young staff and quick service especially during Monday evening. My best local Italian.

After a very long day, and a particularly terrible week, I chanced upon this wonderful little Italian place for dinner with my husband. I wanted it to be special for him and boy! Did the lovely gentlemen weave magic! The wine was served promptly and the beer for my husband was in good cheer. The steak my husband had, was done just the way he wanted it (despite being one of the last orders of the day), and my Penne Pomodoro was sooo satisfying. Thank you gentlemen for a wonderful evening!

Dinner at an Italian....was a lovely meal . Good price. Quiet at 6.30pm and just across the road from where we had been staying. Very nice.

Rude and uninterested staff, meh quality of food with cheap ingredients. The only reason they survive is being local to buildings nearby. Otherwise this restaurant has no reason to be. Sorry

I had dinner at Il Bianco last night and it as a good experience. The restaurant is pleasant, with good light, big windows and a high ceiling. There is a wide choice - I went for a spicy chicken pasta with a glass or merlot, and the food was well cooked, tasty and very copious. The wine was fruity and full bodied, with the sun of Italy. The service could be improved (a smile would be welcome) but with my 10 words of Italian the welcome improved. I would go back, as both the fish and meat dishes were tempting.

The pizza is very delicious and comes quite quickly. The tiramisu is good, but not for my taste. The choice of wines is great. Some of the waiters are not super reactive and could be more amiable.

Stick to the pizzas! My pasta was very bland and came scattered with several very slightly cooked, whole cherry tomatoes. The sauce was billed as ‘creamy tomato sauce’, but was thin and watery. The chicken was cubed and tasted very processed. My friend’s pizza was huge and really lovely! We booked for 7pm on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was empty! Should’ve taken that as a warning! There were more staff than customers all evening and the manager was very rude - especially to his own staff!! Most customers were takeaway and delivery pizzas. I can now see why!…

Nice little restaurant in a fairly commercial area. Food portions are big, the starter is a meal in itself but the quality was a 7/10 for me. Staff were efficient but without emotion, very much like a business transaction rather then a dining experience.

Visited Il Bianco recently with two of my friends! Slightly on the expensive end, but totally worth it. 🫰🏻 Would suggest the Spaghetti, Garlic, Baby clams cooked in white wine sauce!

The waiter with a white beard greeted us, offered us a table like someone in a hurry, introduced the dishes he wrote on the whiteboard, called the special menu, in English with an Italian accent, but he also wrote down the ones that were not ready, interestingly, a short boy with a stubble behind the bar, probably the room. The waiter repeatedly hit something because the coffee machine tank was not empty, he was going to break a crate, then he was secretly eating something behind the bar and grinning a lot. The other, aggressive, white-bearded waiter, who was in a hurry, went from side to side in the tiny restaurant as if he had a wife whose birth he was waiting for. came. The field is not the place to spend more than once. The white-bearded waiter, who was aggressive towards the gentlemen, was very polite to the blonde lady who came to the wrong dish. He advised the woman that pizza can be eaten everywhere, choose another dish.

DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and disappointing experience at Bianco. Despite a reservation, we received a call just 20 minutes before our booking, this was on Valentines day btw- informing us that only a set menu was available – a detail not mentioned during the OpenTable booking. The guy with specs placed the blame on us, insisting we should have called ahead. The push for a £30 spend per head felt unwarranted, given the circumstances. When requesting to speak to a manager, we were informed none was present, leaving us dissatisfied with the lack of resolution. Throughout the interaction, the response from the staff was consistently unhelpful, often resorting to a simple "I DON'T KNOW." Such handling of the situation left us thoroughly disappointed with our dining experience. Disappointed with the overall experience at Bianco, we decided to leave. Their lack of professionalism and unhelpful attitude overshadowed any positive aspects. This experience, combined with the issues mentioned earlier, leaves us hesitant to recommend this establishment to others.

Terrible service two old guys that just ignore you and think uber eats orders are more important than dealing with a living customer that’s standing in front off you. Avoid this establishment.

We dined here on holidays since the hotel was really close by. The food was amazing, plentiful and delicious. Service was nice and prompt. However the location has some challenges and it almost looked like the restaurant was closed due to the lighting conditions and this is not very inviting.

The food is amazing but the waiters are VERY RUDE. They are on your head all the time and they expect us to order as soon as they handover the menu card to us. They will make faces and oh dude try and ask them for suggestions.. they say IDK. Specially the old guy with specs. And do not dare to ask for the 3rd drizzle of cheese because it’s a crime. Overall I love the food- hats off to the chef and the guy on the bar but they really need to change their waiters.

As soon as we sat down there was already an issue going on with another table. Then one of the waiters (bald and glasses) went over to the barman and started gossiping saying that they can’t speak english and “it’s stupid.”. He then came to take our drinks order where we then said if we could order food too but he was very adamant to not take our food order. As i was speaking to him he did not appreciate personal space as he was reaching across our table without even asking and spitting as he spoke. This is 10 minutes into sitting down. The atmosphere was horrible and clearly they can’t handle being busy. We then tried to order a cocktail and he told us that we couldn’t order one because he wasn’t sure if the barman could make it (any of the cocktails). So then we just decided to get tap water and said we’re still browsing and he said if we’re not going to order food we need to leave. so we left :). we visited 10 years ago and had a bad experience but thought we would try again. Bad idea. They haven’t changed or developed their customer service, manners, decorum or professionalism. Can’t say much about the food but the atmosphere was enough to lose an appetite.

Looking at the positive reviews was sorely disappointed with this restaurant Staff were abrupt from arrival to when paying the bill, food literally thrown in front of you This could have been over looked had the food been good however unfortunately it was as bad as the service, oven baked mushrooms starter was a couple of pan fried button mushrooms swimming in garlic oil - steak was 50% fat and accompanying vegetables raw A place to avoid plenty of better restaurants close by

Went there for dinner one night and loved the pizza so much we got it for take away a few nights later. Very fresh and tasty and reasonably priced.

Terrible service absolutely horrendous. The older waiter not sure if he owns the place is extremely rude and horrid. We finish our meal and then the cheque is throw at us no explanation on why so I ask, “you trying to get rid of us”, only to be told “no, we need to cash up”, it’s only 10 pm people are still in the restaurant eating. Never have dessert here I swear it’s from a packet and not fresh. Apart from the rude service, the food is not great! They cannot call this Italian food. I go to Italy at least three times a year and what they are serving is not Italian food. I need to try their pizza and see if they are good but honestly don’t think I’ll come back to this place. Just absolutely terrible service. I should have read the reviews and trusted the reviews.

We ate as a table of 4 on a Saturday evening, around 8pm. Ordered 4 pizzas, 2 sides of fries and drinks. The Pizza Nduja was a delight to consume and baked to a nice crisp but still doughey. Fries were also delicious. Vibe was chilled.

Very unwelcoming staff it was almost intimidating, although the pizza I had got was decent the staff had ruined it.

Considering my party of 5 was only one of 2 group the service wasn't great. When I asked for drinks it seemed like an effort to the waiter. The customer service needs work!!. We had 2 pasta dishes and was not offered Parmasan. Will not be going back any time soon.

Worst pizza ever. I ordered 3 pizzas, All no taste and the tomato sauce was definitely something wrong with it! The pictures I uploaded should be a Margherita with mozzarella di bufala but was the worst pizza I ever had! Very expensive £16 per pizza I was expecting something really nice but instead I get this and we all felt sick all night!

I got the vegaterian pasta which was under cooked little to none taste or flavour it was supposed to come with Parmesan cheese but after 5 mins of eating we had to ask the waiter who was very rude from start to finish for Parmesan cheese he replied abruptly “IT IS COMING” The other waiters were just standing around bored right next to us looking while we were eating and making us feel uncomfortable. The main waiter was very rude and noticed this with everyone that walked in the door people walked in to order for take away and walked back out in disgust because of the rudeness of the waiter I definitely would not go back or recommended this Reataruant really overpriced also

We were staying at the Ibis nearby looking for somewhere to eat before the Abba Voyage concert and thought we'd try Il Bianco. Fantastic place, great service and food at a very reasonable price for London. Me and my friend were both talking about how good our meals were the next day. Would definitely return if in the area and recommend to anyone

Excellent restaurant. We have been coming for 13 years and it’s always been consistently great. Good quality food, very generous portions and staff who have been there all the way through. Can’t recommend enough.

Food and service was incredible. Proper authentic Italian food and good portions. Price was cheaper than at home so amazing for London prices especially tower hamlets payed less than £50 for the two of us. Found it as it was just a minute from our hotel, but will definitely be coming back

The pizza used to taste nice, fairly large and decently priced. -- Now the pizza has become a lot more expensive while being a whole lot smaller at the same time. Even the box is smaller to make it less obvious. -- The latest pizza was very thin, small in a smaller box, oval not round, very wide crust that resembles flatbreat, only a tiny amount of toppings. Doesn't taste the same anymore either. A lot more bland than in the past. -- We've been observing this trend for a while. By weight, this is basically half of what it used to be, literally. Last time we will be their customer.

It was an okay experience. I've had much better customer service with both cheap and expensive restaurants. This is definitely not my favorite experience I've had in London. Firstly, we (my cousins and I) were properly greeted which I appreciate, our coats were taken by whom I assume is the manager, good first impression, but we were put in the corner under the loud speakers and away from the waiters. We were fasting so we wanted something to snack on until the food came, we thought we would get complimentary bread whether that was with butter or olive oil and vinegar but we got nothing even though my cousin when making the reservation wrote in the notes to specifically get breadat a certain time for prayer. Was not accomodated. We waited 10-15 minutes to get plain bread, it was toasted but that was it. Also, because of where we were sat no waiters were remembering us or paying attention to us. We would call when we need something, no one would answer, or the bartender would answer and he wouldn't know what to do, it feels like he doesn't know how to do his job. The food took ages to come out, I got tired of waiting so I stopped counting. I ordered the Gnocchi which I enjoyed, both my cousins ordered the spicy penne chicken pasta and one of theirs was dry/ overcooked but we were all too exhausted and hungry from fasting so she ignored it and ate, they didn't enjoy it either. All in all, I would not recommend. 2/10
