Imranz in Stoke-on-Trent

Poor poor place we ordered online and when the food come my wife had one bite of pizza and it was stone cold I rang them up straight away and they said that they were not happy that I rang up saying it was cold when they are the ones who took over an hour to deliver the food and started moaning they have made my daughter ill as the chicken wasn’t even cooked properly and it was red

I ordered 3 pizza's 1 large chips they sent small chips and pizzas was soggy and I ordered at at 4:10 and dint receive my order till 5.25 I phoned up at 5:02 and they said will be 15min i phoned back at 5:20 and then they blamed the Internet for order not came threw i will not be ordering from this place again it upset my stomach

Ordered a Imranz special grill, when it came I bit into the chicken and it was raw. Rang imranz they said they were closing but will give a discount next time, after arguing and explaining that the raw chicken will have contaminated the rest of the food making it unfit to eat they finally agreed to send more food. By time it came we had gone past eating so only eat a bit, despite this my husband has woke up feeling very unwell with a very upset tummy. This food IS NOT fit for purpose

Had food thought was ok how wrong I was this time. Long story short bf threw up and I ended up in hospital as was bad. Went back here and they were not bothered one little bit. Least could do was apologise and they didn't say nothing. I have ordered plenty of times from here never had a problem until this but they really need to pay attention to the food as something happened. So won't be ordering again.

Currys are salty, tried Chicken and Lamb, no need for all that salt, if they adjusted that then I would give a better rating but won't be getting another as can't guarantee they will change this.

Friendly staff, food was nice especially the asian style pizza with the cheese crust was delicious.

Honestly the best peri chicken ever...

Ordered food from here but when the delivery driver turned up he gave me half my money back and explained they didn’t have what I ordered at 21:00 when delivered. Yes I got my money back on what I ordered but what’s the point off me giving my number to them if they are not going to contact you if they don’t have the order you have asked for. A phone call would of been the best option and asked if we could change our order not just turn up with half your order pathetic. Won’t order again from this place again.

Food was such great value for money, chicken was lovely , we got burger chicken doner and chips for just £6! Will defo come again.

Not been there since they got my order wrong, and when I rang up to tell them, they said they were to busy to deliver what's missing, so you'll have to pop in and fetch it, very rude..

Had the Curry meal deal for 2 1st time ordering here came 15 mins late. Was then lukewarm and both currys extremely oily. My jalfrezi had NO peppers chilli's or onions bit had an EGG plonked on the top?? Never seen that one before saying that was reasonable, egg rice was only 3/4 full! And hardish, wife's veg balti was only 1/2 full and looked basically like frozen veg was used! Not good at all. Onion bhaji's was basically one chopped into 2! Poppadoms tasted old and soft-ish. Overall a very poor experience and we will not be returning 😔

This place is mint is taste like heaven in your mouth amazing this place I would recommend going this spot in Stoke-on-Trent.

I've been going imranz since I was a teen and always loved it here never had any issues! food delivery guy is so lovely everytime he comes food is great escpically the prawn and peri chicken rice!! always have a chicken kebab from here or curry and it is always lovely. go here most Saturdays!

Usually order from here every week for a treat but slowly seen the quality of food reduced with increased price ( but wouldn’t mind if good quality) tonight’s order was the worst iv ever had so will not be using any longer

1 of the best kebabs I have had.. I ordered the chicken kebab and added Donna meat.. it was cooked to perfection. Loads of salad and sauce.. very happy and will definitely order again.. well done

- Update Something has changed, there are rude staff and they keep missing parts of the order or getting it wrong. They gave old cold chips to me as well and said they were fresh. - Old Great food from here. I'm glad that we went in. The person on customer service was great and seemed to be really nice. The food was fresh not like most of the the other takeaways. This is what will keep me going once in a while. If you are after a quick meal after work, and live in the area. Go Imranz. They do close at 11 so it could be your mid drink meal. Amazing place. I recommend this place to all in the area and out of the area.

Food always fresh and reasonable priced with decent portions

Chicken has never even seen a grill, chicken isn’t even marinated it’s just hot sauce spilled over the chicken and and spills over the chips and chips are soggy. Bloody horrible, go chilli jacks that place knows how to cook chicken.

Order wrong and they would not rectify the order, said they sent off the old menu, when we ordered off the new website menu. This place has gone down the last few months. Would like to check what paid for but I haven't the old menu. Had to start cooking anyway.

Not very happy as ordered food on the website it said 20% off ur order but never received the discount charged full price and also for delivery extra £1 wen I'm only a few minutes away. Food was good but not impressed with the service

Ordered tonight because i fancied a taleaway after work, they took the money from my account but delivered no food. Wouldnt have from here based on this. Thing is its just up the road from me aswell!

Used to go here all the time...went tonight and was awful.....burnt onion rings....cold chips very dry steak and nan bread. Such a shame. Maybe just a one off but will stick to what I know I'm future.

Ordered from these for years. Very disappointed the last 3-4 orders. Making mistakes..and also food over cooked. and missing items off orders then sitting around waiting for them to be re-delivered... this evening we ordered two prawn cocktails and there was two prawns in both of them. When i rang up to complain a unhelpful lad said thats how it should be. Won't be using a again!
