How disappointing the way the staff made us feel ok there was me and my wife with 3 children but as soon as we walked in the look on there faces said it all no children welcome uncomfortable throughout meal if looks could kill then me and my family would no longer be here so beware this poor s not a family restaurant

One star is given for tasty food. Everything else about this once wonderful and inviting restaurant receives a negative review. The table cloth was absolutely filthy. We were told quite abruptly that taking in your own alcohol was no longer allowed, but the restaurant does not sell alcohol? Our group waited an absolute age to receive our food, and when it arrived, portion sizes were smaller than previous visits and more noticeable was the smaller meat content in the portions. I'm extremely disappointed with the restaurant and after being a satisfied consumer for some time, we won't be returning and we'll take our previously valued custom elsewhere.

I love this place. The food they serve is worth having it, taste great. Staff is so professional and price is very reasonable.

For years, I've struggled to find a decent Indian Takeaway in the Ilford/Romford area as standards aren't that great nor prices reasonable in addition to reading reviews online. However, this gamble on this Indian Takeaway was one worth taking! The quality of the food is exceptional, and it's undoubtedly one of, if not the best Indian takeaways I've experienced! Delivery was bang on time, the food was piping hot as if it had just come out the pan as it was well packaged and contained. If this is the takeaway experience then I would not doubt that the dine-in experience will top it off as it's top quality and this will become my new regular until otherwise!

This has always been our favourite place for an Indian. yeah..they make mistakes because they're human but they always try to rectify it when mentioned to them. they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure they get it right. we went for Christmas day dinner and they went out of their way to make sure my family had an excellent time and a great meal. they do not sell alcohol but we were told to bring our own..which obviously brought the bill right down. the cost of the meal was exactly the same as any other day in the year. there were 6 adults and a hungry 7 year old. it came to £141...for Christmas dinner !!! im doing this every year, im just hoping they're open for Christmas 2024 because they can rely on our custom. thank you guys. this was the best Christmas dinner ever (i hate roast dinners) for the record, we always make a point of trying other places to see which is best. there are other places nearby that do meal deals and cheaper stuff. but the flavours this restaurant serves has not been bettered elsewhere (apart from one place in north yorkshire a couple of years ago but its a bit far for a local)

Been here a long while ago, so thought we would try again as last time was a hit. Not really that busy so found seating straight away Got a couple poppadoms, 2 curries, special fried rice, peshwari naan and a starter. Food was really flavoursome, good portion and didn't disappoint. Service was excellent, would definitely come here again when I get a craving for curries!

I've had take away from this restaurant multiple times, and I've never actually dined in. The service has consistently been polite and accurate. The food arrives in a well-packaged box, which effectively keeps it hot and prevents any spills, Delivery is always prompt, taking less than 50 minutes. The quality of the food is exceptional, and it's undoubtedly one of the best Indian takeaways I've experienced. To feed four people, we typically spend around £50 as we prefer sharing dishes. While you might find cheaper options elsewhere, you won't get the exceptional quality this place offers. It's my go-to choice for a delightful Indian take away experience.

Food here is always great, and much more authentic than a lot of other places. Always super helpful either with takeaway or eat in. They are quick and very friendly staff. (don't listen to the other reviews from people who can't enjoy good food without a beer!?!)

Its such a shame that this place has fallen in standard of food and customer service. We ordered as usual via Ubereats and after waiting an hour we were told the driver was on his way. A further 40 minutes the driver arrives and offers a whimsical apology . The food has been so good in days gone by ,but I suspect they have a new chef and its dreadful stuff. The food lacks flavour or any sense of authenticity. The owners need a total rethink or let someone else do it . We will not be calling this place any longer.

Was always our go to Indian, but no more, food very bland, and no alcohol, don't waste your money

Ordered for 8pm turned up at 7 refused delivery they came back 8.15 with microwaved food absolutely terrible never go back the could not care would not give it 1 star

The food here is good but not mind blowing, its exactly what you would expect from an Indian restaurant, but the quality suits a more takeaway experience rather than dine in.

We ordered in first time from here and the food was ok, it was extremely bland with no seasoning.

Leider wie so oft beim Inder bestehen die Portionen vor allem aus Reis und Soße und ganz wenig Fleisch, wenn man Glück hat dann findet man 4 Stücke in der Soße, das ist lächerlich. Mein Lammgericht sollte Lammfilet sein, aufgrund der Konsistenz und der Härte der Stücke war das kein Filet. Schade, das ist für über 15€ leider unbefriedigend.

This has been my favourite curry house for over 8 years. But I'm now looking else where. It's considerably gone down hill with new management. Food quality has taken a nose dive (quality of chicken an example). Service is extremely slow and unattentive. The no alcohol policy is the final nail in the coffin.

Probably the best nan bread I have ever tasted - light and fluffy....great service and food was so good.

Agree with other comments. New management with smaller, blander portions. Also no alcohol policy not advertised. Nearly 4 quid for rola cola ?!! Empty on a Saturday night ! Toilet area has mould. I will never order from them again, it's Friday and I've already had a stressful week all I wanted to do was wind down with a take away and relax, not to be in a situation where I'm arguing about food, I could have easily cooked my own meal and enjoy it!

Food is really good, would be a bonus to have a beer, however the food makes up for it.

The food is very nice, but the portions are too small. They need to increase their portions as in comparison to other indian restaurants, its small.

Went there last night for my birthday celebration. Not been in there since before Covid. Was really looking forward to a lovely meal and a drink with my family. Found out that they do not serve alchahol any more. Had to leave as I do like a nice cold lager with my Indian. Order popadoms from you guys last night, could easily tell they were fried with old oil due to the revolting stench coming from popadoms. Definitely won’t be ordering again.

There was no excuse for the ridiculously slow service that we received. There was only five of us in our party, and one other couple in the restaurant who were finishing up.the order was easy set menus for 4 and tandoori paneer for me. After a ridiculously long wait the food came out and mine was wrong, they brought me tandoori chicken instead of paneer. Everybody else had finished there dinners but the time my paneer arrived. The get the one star because the food was ok

Good range of Indian dishes on menu. I found the food tasty. Small restaurant probably seat jnder 40 people. Prices cheaper than most other Indian restaurants.

The food was very nice could not fault it , but because of covid they no longer serve alcohol and the tables were only half dressed the other tables were pushed aside , it made the dinning area feel cluttered and untidy

Takeaway for 7. First visit since we moved away 4 years ago. Same staff. Same great food, and even helped carry it to the car. Plenty of choice alongside all the usuals. Chicken Tamarinde today's highlight.

Not sure what happened. Place used to be great on a weekly basis for the last couple years however the last 4 orders have been a shambles. 4 times in a row there were missing items from the order. They did always go back and get them, however it sometimes took over an hour and we had to chase by phone. Food was always quite nice when it did arrive though.

Great staff, lovely food, value for money, very customer friendly. Been coming here for years. The only restaurant to text during covid wishing customers we'll and kind words moving forward. I thank you all Korma Joe

One of very few Indian restaurants left in Chadwell Heath and I think the only one with an alcohol licence, so it doesn't really do it justice to say it's the best. But it is, and was our one of preference when others were open. Great food, good service, friendly staff.

Our favourite restaurant in Chadwell Heath. And we've tried a fair few. Food is well cooked, prices are resonable, delivery time quick. We've never been disappointed. We had our in laws for dinner last night and they enjoyed it just as much.

Sat in on a Sunday evening, the food was brilliant, service was good and the price was very reasonable, defiently recommend to dine in!

NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I ordered from Uber eats and they completely gave me someone else’s order. If you call them for help it never goes through. As the order was wrong they failed to comply with the ‘Data Protection Act’ as the receipts they provide have the customer address and details on it. I spent £20 through Uber eats on this order and still haven’t got my money back or even a simple sorry.

Been here three times now and not been disappointed. I just had sheek kebab, chips, madras sauce & nann on this occasion but it was all very tasty & the service was prompt (but the place was empty). As usual two thirds of our bill was for wine/liqueurs but it was all very enjoyable.

I've been here several times with friends and we have always been happy with the food.

Used to be awesome when Jay owned it. New owners have let it go down hill. Very dirty, dirty table cloths, flies everywhere. Food not as nice either.

Food very poor, paneer tasted of nothing, bhaji was dry, hard, not drained of oil properly, very floury, didn't finish it. The chicken curry dish was okay but very oily. The naan with meat inside was okay.

This is by far the worse curry I have ever ordered in my entire life. The Nan and chips was stone cold, the Bargie bag had grease dripping out of it, the Madras had more oil in the pot then sauce, the Chicken dish was sobbed in oil, the rice tasted ok, once finished the plate was orange from the oil and was hard to clean from the grease. The Images I hav shared don’t lie! The images this restaurant promote, are most certainly not there’s! After calling for a refund, the man on the end of the phone was nothing but rude and they never come to pick the food back up or give me my money back.

Not a good menu, but the staff are always polite and helpful, on the two occasions I went.

We are regulars here and usually rave about the food but tonight we got a takeaway and have left most of it. Really oily curries with little flavour, soggy chewy prawns, oily undercooked paratha. Not even sure how to describe my starter, it’s supposed to be fish in a crispy batter but I actually thought it was Bombay aloo when I opened the container - made wrong, soggy and greasy. Even the star dish on the menu and usually our favourite the chicken 65 was tasteless and oily - maybe they have a new chef if so please don’t keep him/her! We will give it one more try as has previously been great but one more order like this and we’ll be finding another favourite place, sorry!

Lovely vegetable kofta and lamb Kauai. Friendly personable staff. Had great takeaways from here for a couple of years and after not being in the area for 18 months, it was lovely to visit for delicious food. Seek it out.

We regularly order takeaway from here but today decided to eat in. What a great decision, the food was even better. We didn’t order anything that wasn’t really tasty and well cooked. We tried the chicken 65 and machli ajwaini for starters. Then tandoori king prawns, lamb madras and Bombay aloo for mains. Garlic naan and stuffed paratha to top it off and a sneaky Irish coffee. Couldn’t find fault. Food wasn’t oily at all and the spice was just right, nice heat but flavoursome instead of just hot. Service was friendly and efficient. All great value for money, almost don’t want anyone else to know about it. We will certainly be back! Very happy diners.

We used to order from the fusion for years then a few months ago the food arrived cold and the order was wrong. We stopped using them for a while, then last night we ordered from them again. For £8.95, I had 2 tiny pieces of overcooked salmon. I phoned and they sent more but I had eaten the sides while waiting. My husband's king prawn jalfrezi also £8.95 had 3 prawns that still had the tails on. Also none of the food was very nice. I'm very disappointed as the food used to be very good. Would not recommend at all!

This restaurant is ideally placed for a visit after a few pints in the 'Eva Hart'. The service & food are both very good, I sampled their seekh kebab, chicken madras & plain rice & tandoori chicken, all very tasty. The house merlot complimented the meal very well which was rounded off with a brandy. Not very local from where I am but definitely one of the better indian restaurants locally, will use again.

Ordered food as thought i would give this place a second chance. What a mistake they got my order wrong and gave me half of what i ordered and a wring dish. Had i a allergy of prawns i wouldn't be writing this today. Anyway was felt let down again. The food was tasteless too. Used just eat to order and left disappointed.

Ordered food via Just-Eat. Well my order was all over the place. Food items were missing, got something i didnt order and didn't get something i actually ordered. Called the place amd was told i got the correct order.......well i knew at this point its the last time i will be getting food from here. Anyway food was awfull just to add to the big dissapointment.

I love this place. I went with a group of friends to celebrate various Birthdays. The food is great. The waiters are helpful without being intrusive. Very close to Chadwell Heath train station.

I have been coming here since it first opened and is a gem of a restaurant. It has an intimate dining lounge so you do need to book a table at weekend or if you're a large group. I also use these guys if I am ordering a takeaway and the food is always delivered as requested, hot and great taste.

Ordered the set meal for 2, you get loads for your money,everything was really nice apart from the lamb dish,this was very chewy and hard to swallow,nice flavour but not nice meat. Service was fast and friendly Nice relaxed atmosphere, definitely going again.

Ordered a takeaway from here based on good reviews on the justeat website...ordered 2 chicken dishes. The chicken was either old or over cooked or both. It hard and chewy instead of being soft and tender. Both dishes were also lacking flavour. This was my first and last order at this place. Only positive thing I can say is the guys at the restaurant were very polite.

We ordered take away as a birthday treat. The food turned up on time and was still very hot. It was very tasty a great mix of spices without too much heat, excellent portion sizes as well. We had chosen a variety of dishes all were excellent. We even received a free bottle of soft drink.

Went there with my wife and daughters, immediately the staff members made us feel soo welcome. When ordering the food the waiting staff were very proffessional in helping us decide which dish to choose. The portions were surprisingly large, larger then any other local Indian restaurants. Admittedly they were really really with delivery and take away service for which the staff members couldn't apologise enough. Even gave my daughter's free ice creams and poppdoms. Il be visiting again and again and highly recommend this nice place.

Not impressed with Fusion, i rang the restaraunt around 5oclock this evening to find out what time they were opening, as there website stated that opening times could be different to times stated. when i arrived at 6.30 with family joining me 5-10 minutes later, i was surprised to see workman still fitting a new shop front. when i spoke to the staff member about my booking for 6.30 he told me i could have a take-away instead or return half an hour later. there was no way anybody could have sat in there tonight for a meal when it looked like a building site. so not impressed by there management of situation. I've had to give 1 star otherwise i would not be able to post my comment, don't deserve any stars

I went last night. The aromas hit you as you enter the restaurant. The staff are so friendly and polite. The poppadoms were lovely not at all greasy.The food was amazing .Totally recommend it.

WE HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT. Words literally can not explain how much we enjoyed this takeaway. There were five of us eating, and the noises coming from the room could have sounded extremely dodgy to anyone listening!!! haha. We could not find one fault.... The meat was perfect, tender, and VERY VERY GOOD QUALITY!!! the sauces were perfect, not to greasy like you find in a lot of places, the onion bajee was soft and crispy and so so delicious, I could go on....
