I will not be ordering from here again. It was over priced badly put together food. I order a King Prawn wrap for £8 i got 1 piece of soggy cucumber, 1 piece of tomatoe and a pathetic portion of tiny prawns. Don't advertise as king prawns!!! There was waaaaay more wrap than filling, i felt like i got ripped the hell off. Seriously KFC do better more filling wraps. When i called about it the guy on the phone promised me a call back from the manager, he never called me, when i called back an hour or so later they hung up on me. GREAT way to get rid of customers guys!

was a terible experience the server was exctremely rude and the suposide drive through was non exsistent bad startt to the holidays 4 hour road trip wsith our a smoothie has ruined my holiday completely the kids are deivstated :(

36-40 High StSorry to say but apart from the guy that corrected my order after they got both mine and my friends wrong. Upstairs was closed by 7pm meaning there was around 6 seats at its busiest. This venue is clearly only interested in deliveries and not on the customer's that come in. I physically watched then send out 6 different orders whilst mine sat on the side getting cold. Chips were luke warm and if I was rushing off to the cinema I would have sent it all back. Order a change to a double cheeseburger which they got wrong, lucky I checked as it was completely wrong. I was strongly advice trying somewhere else as this store is not good for the passing customers. Having said that the staff member that helped when I took the burger back was brilliant.
