Good out of town location. Easy links by both rail and bus into Manchester. Room was smallish but had everything we needed. Some missing items (door handle and door security lock) but otherwise comfortable. Check in was easy and staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was OK, but for the price I've had better. Free and ample parking a plus. No lift to 2nd floor and narrow stairway so if climbing is difficult ask for 1st floor room at least

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received. I made a reservation for the 26/10/24. Through the Booking app I requested a cancellation and refund because a member of my family had already booked a hotel. Through the app, AFTER requesting a cancellation, I was told that the booking was non refundable and the cancellation was processed, before I even confirmed whether or not I wanted to proceed with a non-refundable cancellation. Obviously I did not want to proceed with a non-refundable cancellation. I was unaware of the non refundable policy and would not have proceeded with the cancellation if I was aware of this. I then rang the hotel to tell them I would not like to cancel and I would like to proceed with my stay. The member of the booking team I spoke with was extremely cold and lacked an ounce of empathy at my current situation. Instead of offering any kind of solution or trying to make a compromise, the person just repeated that I should have read the terms and conditions before cancelling, over and over again, like an automated chatbot. Quite frankly I feel like I’ve been robbed. Your cancelation policy is unclear and unfair policy. If you had an ounce of empathy for your customers you could have found a way to reinstate my booking, rearrange it or try to come to some sort of compromise, but I never received any of that. I have stayed at Innkeeper’s Collection Hotels in the past and I doubt after this horrible experience I will ever be staying again.

Amazing food room was spotless service was brilliant and friendly would definitely recommend to all we stopped with our 5 year twins couldn't fault anything will definitely be back

Hotel room was lovely and most staff seemed nice however the cleaners were banging around and making so much noise in the morning. Woke us up and due to me having insomnia I have prescribed sleeping medication yet I was still woken up and it wasn’t even 9am

Hotel was very clean, lovely decor, fresh and well kept. Staff were very friendly and accommodating as we had to change a room for my elderly father who couldn't manage the steep stairs up to the second floor so they found a room on the first floor. bathrooms were immaculate and new.

Excellent staff, service, food and value for money. Bed was adequate and plenty of parking. Can only speak negatively about real minor things like modernising the door locking system and bed slightly longer. However was a very good stay. Very pleased with it and can't really complain.

The room was small but clean and tea making facilities were good - I like a mug - the narrow two flights of stairs might have been a problem for some visitors but apart from that very comfortable

The room was very nice clean. Ask staff were really helpful. The drinks were reasonably priced and the breakfast was lovely. One thing you could improve on was the smell of cooking meat on the floor of our room between the top of the stairs and our room. You could not smell it on our room though.

All the staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was very nice & clean.We also had a meal in the restaurant. Our server Willam was very good. He asked us how we liked our steak cooked, them recommended the best cut to have. It was a very nice experience all round. Thank you

Had a take away from jasmine house for our Christmas day. Placed the order the day before and food was ready for the time that we requested. Food was superb. All of it was gluten free. Staff are lovely and friendly. Definately recommend. 5 *****

Staff have all been brilliant....but... breakfast is not buffet you order and wait...unless you want cereal...coffee machine broken....they offer a deal from 1700 till 1900 on drinks.....but the restaurant doesn't open till 1800 so how does that work.....you have to ask for room to be cleaned...not mentioned upon arrival....the bar snacks if you call it that does nothing.....ready salted crisps....nothing for children or sweets very little choice on child bottle drinks ..... Premier inn pull your finger out go look at a holiday in and learn how a hotel should work....no room service no phone in room .... A shame as the staff are fantastic...
