JADE PALACE Chinese And Thai Takeaway in Dudley

Pad thai is awful, advertised as a Thai & Chinese takeaway. Never have I had such a bad pad thai, basically chicken with thick noodles and whole peanuts thrown in!! No flavour , when contacted to complain their response was “ thats our pad thai” nothing we can do no refund or exchange available. Dont use if youwant Thai food!!!!!

EDIT TO THE BELOW: My wife ended up with food poisoning. Avoid at all costs. How this place has any good reviews is beyond me. Ordered a special fried rice box with meat, king prawns, and vegetables. The meat was bad, there were only two tiny prawns, the rice was somehow awful and the rest of the box was vegetables, all of which was tasteless. My wife had a similar dish and it was also terrible. I couldn't even finish my main, if it weren't for the prawn toast I also ordered I'd have ended up with nothing. Avoid.

Good food always tasty and quick!

The Thai dishes are rubbish just a gloopy sauce for the green curry clearly from a jar and the pad Thai was made with tagliatelle!

Always order from here with no problems but really didn't appreciate driver leaving food on top of bin and walking away.

It was OK. Not particularly flavoursome. Was served very quickly and food very hot. I don't think I will bother again as it was meh.

The food is pretty standard, nothing exceptional (why is it so hard to get Crispy Chilli Beef that is actually crispy??) Sadly, their prices seem to go up on a weekly basis. For those prices, I could dine out in style, but too expensive for a basic Chinese food takeaway.

Worst company ever we ordered food worth £30 and they couldn’t even be bothered to actually cook the food the company is a joke I also rang twice and they told me they were cooking the food and it would be delivered in 15 mins not going to use them again anyone who considers using this company read the reviews before ordering absolute joke

First time using jade palace and was not really impressed food was fatty and not much for the price. The food was cold when arrived. Not impressed at all and won't be going there again.

There food is always delicious and so fulfilling,, I love the spicy chips & the 3in1 (curry sauce chips and egg fried rice) they are my favourite, the chicken chao main is also nice.

We use Jade Palace every Saturday (sometimes collection but mainly delivery) and receive great service and quality food without fail. We did try other takeaways in the area but nothing quite as good as these guys!

Ordered a Kung Po and it had chilli in it but it was more like a sweet chilli sauce rather than spicy, which is what Kung Po is supposed to be, hot and spicy. My partner had a King Prawn chop suey which can only be described as bland. Won't be coming back.

Bland curry and chicken seems processed in the little squares. Kung po usually battered not just thrown in a sauce with peppers. Don't know what everyone is raving on about on the I'm from Kingswinford page but plenty other chineses much better than this.

The food tastes bland. It used to be quite nice, maybe some of it is, but I've yet to find any, that's just my opinion.

Ordered food an hour and 15 minutes ago and was told 50 minutes! Call and ask where out food is to be told they have not started it and they have no drivers this evening so can we collect! Terrible service!
