I've ordered recently the take away. The order was cancelled half way through without any explanation nor apologies. Will never order again from them!

25 Dec 2023 we ordered food via Uber eats. We were cargedfor the food we never received. Couldn’ t reach them via the phone. So £ 6 for nothing! Very dissapointed! Jelena, guest from Holiday Inn Express

Firstly, I did attend nearly a year ago but I’ve never reviewed before, so wanted to start with this place for a reason. I don’t know if it has changed - but we had the best meal here. They ask you how you like your burger cooked - and the rare burgers did not disappoint. Ordered some cheesy fries - did not expect the full cheesy fondue pot that was given! Insanely tasty. The pot was sizzling and cheese stayed melted throughout whole meal, the fries arrived in separate pot, so you dip the fries in the melted cheese and it was sooooo good!!! Have never had cheesy fries arrive that style before (and I always worry whether the cheese would actually be melted. No worries here as is served as bubbling fondue). We also enjoyed mozzarella sticks - again melted, not rubbery. And onion rings, we may have ordered cheesy onion rings if that was on the menu. Fantastic onion rings - it was red onion inside. I think we enjoyed milkshakes as well, but I remember loving everything. Me and my boyfriend were so impressed with the burgers, but the cheesy fries were a standout. Other people have mentioned it has a great vegan menu as well, and we were both drooling over all 3 menus here, so we would love to come back. Unfortunately do not live in London so difficult to arrange another visit! No offence to the look of the shop, but from the outside it looks like your usual burger bar, but the experience was so much more gourmet than we expected. We were staying in a nearby hotel to attend Winter Wonderland the next day, so ventured out for dinner and we fancied *burgers* and this was one of the nearest burger places I found on my phone maps and I could see it already had great reviews so that is how we decided to come here. I hope this place is still as good as my memory, and if I find myself near Earl’s Court again I will definitely be making a visit!!! Thank you
