Joe & The Juice in Kensington and Chelsea

Este joe y el jugo fue positivamente el peor café en el que he estado este mes. El personal siempre estaba en sus teléfonos y obviamente no tenía experiencia en el servicio al cliente.

Vivo a la vuelta de la esquina de este Joe and the Juice a donde siempre tiendo a ir mientras hay un montón de opciones de lugares competidores dentro de 5 - 30 segundos a pie. Sigo volviendo ya que son los únicos que ofrecen un café con leche "grande". Normalmente voy de 3 a 4 veces por semana. En general, el personal es amable y relativamente rápido, pero de vez en cuando son lentos, ya que son súper fríos charlando entre sí sin darse cuenta de mí (u otros clientes) esperando en el mostrador o tardando una eternidad en cumplir con mi pedido (que siempre me irritó, pero lo aguanté porque la gran opción que ofrecen). Hoy ha vuelto a pasar. Un cliente frente a mí, 5 miembros del personal y yo tuvimos que esperar 9 minutos para un simple café con leche. ¿Por qué? El personal estaba pasando un buen rato relajándose y charlando entre sí mientras el otro cliente y yo estábamos esperando y esperando. ¡Este es un terrible servicio al cliente dirigido por un montón de niños pequeños que no saben lo que significa el servicio al cliente! Con efecto inmediato iré a Love my Human, Le Deli Robuchon, Fabrique Bakery, Acai Berry o GAIL's, un montón de elección y pediré dos cafés con leche entonces. Adiós Joe y el jugo, nos vemos NUNCA más. ¡Ahora pueden charlar hasta la ETERNIDAD!

I ordered a sandwich and a coffee, They were very busy with lots of takeaway orders and customers standing waiting for orders, I got my coffee within 5 minutes, but waited for 25 further minutes for my sandwich. I went to the counter 3 times asking for my sandwich, and they told me to wait as they were so busy. I asked them to please lower the music as it was deafening and very hard to hear them calling for customers when food was ready (I was sitting at a table a few metres away from the counter and it was impossible to hear anything), and the guy said to me "we can't lower the music, the machines we work with are too loud and we the staff like listening to the music as well", wow that's customer service at its best ha ha. After almost 30 minutes wait since I first entered the café, I finally got my sandwich, only to be told off by the staff for not having picked up the sandwich from the counter when they called my name, as the sandwich had been sitting on the counter for 5 minutes (I never heard them calling my name as the music was literally deafening). I asked them to please warm it up, they sent it back to the guys preparing the sandwiches, who did not bother to heat it up, they changed the wrapping and gave it back to me. I ate my cold sandwich and left with no intention of ever going back I'm afraid.

I like the vibe of the cafe but its very overpriced and they put old brown banana in my drink which really put me off.

Been a few times, music is loud. Feels more like a nightclub with bad speakers. Slow staff, average juices. Never again.

Every time I have the displeasure of coming here I’m annoyed at the price I pay to be ignored by the slow staff. I come here because it’s the closest place to my work to get something healthy. The music volume makes it feel like I’m in a nightclub. Which is fine if that didn’t affect the staff working. Instead it seems to make them muck about like they don’t have a queue of customers to serve. I also work in retail/customer service and would not behave like this in my job. Please train your staff or at least hire management that will help them to work effectively

I wish this place didn’t feel they have to make so much noise . I live in a flat nearby and that beat goes right through my flat ... when I went in to ask if they would turn it down I felt like staff were condescending and rude . It made no difference . You have to shout to be heard when you’re in there . Maybe when customers can sit in there again they will have to turn it down . I won’t be going to a joe and the juice coz of the way they treat other people .
