JOE & THE JUICE in Kensington and Chelsea

Obtuve un huevo de Joe y el jugo en 110 Buckingham Palace Road y el pan tenía moho visible en él. Volví a la tienda con el producto y me dijeron que tenía que solicitar un reembolso en la aplicación, ya que así era como pagaba. No he tenido respuesta a mi solicitud en la aplicación y ahora me veré obligado a solicitar un reembolso a través de mi banco. Absolutamente repugnantes estándares de higiene alimentaria al tener productos con moho y no ver el moho al preparar el producto y un pésimo servicio al cliente para obligarme a esperar días a una respuesta en la aplicación para obtener un reembolso por esto. NO VAYAS A JOE Y EL JUGO

Me encanta este lugar, fresco ambiente danés, diseño fresco y grandes sándwiches, fotos de jengibre son buenos y la milla verde es genial!

Gran menú - acaba de comer tan solo una avena plana blanca y un “infierno de un nervio”! Fabuloso, menú si quieres una comida ligera con clase y opciones más saludables

Delicious chicken sandwich and lovely juice. But unfriendly staff, I don’t think I’d want to go back. A shame as they serve nice stuff.

It’s a cute spot. Nothing too special. It was quite busy when we arrived. We had tea, coffee and cookies. It was worth it!

With 4 staff behind the bar, and me being the only customer- all staff were hesitant to meet me in the eye, visibly annoyed I interrupted their conversation to serve me, could barely muster any strength to actually speak with me, the finally proceeded to give me the worst acai bowl I've had in years. at a whopping £8.50 a bowl- the overall experience was a total rip off. I've been to many Joe & the Juices but the Chelsea branch was a triple thumbs down. Yes, i'm willing to throw in an extra thumb to emphasize my disappointment.

Good for quick meal ,friendly people, fresh foods ... has many outlets in london.. i wish they open an outlet at newcastle

Service here is just consistently awful - when the rude staff can finally be bothered to serve you, you then wait ages to get your order. They do you a real favour to serve you. I go back because I like the taste of their coffee… but it’s actually beyond a joke now. I waited 15 mins to get my latte this time! Wow. Avoid - I will be - so much other local choice.

Seems like they really have a type when hiring their staff - all rude, unfriendly and unhelpful! Stood there for about 10 minutes while the staff milled about trying not to make eye contact until finally someone came over to the till. Not obvious at all when your order is ready, they just put it all in a pile on the bar top and expect you to just sense one might be yours. I asked if the food plopped on the side was ready and if it was mine, and the girl walked away from me to go and collect her juice to slurp, she then came back over with a smirk and said “what was that?” And when I asked again she replied “hmm could be”. I came because I had been told their sandwiches were fantastic, the sandwich was fine, and I perhaps would come have back for another one day however due to the horrendous service, there is no way I will be!

I bought over £250 worth wallet items in august on 3/9 I saw them missing and received not explaining from J&J customer care team to date about how this is possible and why I was downgraded to new user!

Incredibly rude staff who have a “I couldn’t care less” attitude, filthy floor and furnishings, used drinks containers on most of the outdoor tables (not collected by staff), very loud music playing inside the shop, completely tasteless cappuccino (had they forgotten to put coffee in ?). There you go .., what’s to like !?!

It seems the previous reviews are absolutely correct with regards to rude staff and dirty interiors - shame the management have not resolved these issues. Unfortunately I read these reviews after my visit. I visited the King’s Road branch in the early afternoon of the Bank Holiday Friday. It was my first (and last) visit to a Joe & the Juice. The young woman at the counter did not speak or smile - she just stared at me! I asked for my order hesitantly, thinking ‘are they closed’ or maybe she doesn’t speak English? She pointed at the machine to indicate where I should pay and never once broke her bored deadpan expression. As I waited for my order to be prepared 2 young men came in - and the servers attitude immediately changed! Suddenly she was laughing, giggling and leaning over the counter animatedly to engage with these customers - ok so she does speak English I thought. As the wait was long for my sandwich whilst some heavy flirting went on I used the toilets. Oh dear God. Awful awful awful - the stench was disgusting as soon as I opened the door - you get the picture - no need to elaborate, didn’t do much for my appetite that’s for sure. So I stood and waited and waited for my sandwich. Another server started to make my order but then her boyfriend/male friend arrived so she was then required to chat and rub up against him for a while. All the while the music of choice for a daytime juice bar is loudly playing explicit lyrics including sexual/racist language. Eventually my sandwich arrived - underwhelmed (and under filled) and over priced. I sat down - and yes, of course the tables were dirty and sticky. A predictable end to a series of unfortunate events! All of this without a single thank you or smile - the worst lunch ever.com

Graceless staff who don’t know basic manners like “thank you”, incredibly over priced fruit drinks that are pleasant without being worth the price. Told to wait ten minutes for a drink i. an empty store. Yet another massively underwhelming experience and another disappointing experience

The staff here are rude. The tables outside are filthy and look like a tip. Whoever manages this place should be removed with immediate effect. I don’t know who they are but they are ruining this place and I will never go there again.

Visited 809 Fulham road at 8.55 am. Surly staff said store was closed and refused to serve. Appalling service. Won’t be back

Not really nice service ,had to repeat my name twice and also my order,while she was distracted drinking her drink .

I used to go there frequently during lockdown when it was not allowed to stay indoors with a drink, so I never realized until the kings road branch reopened fully after lockdown, just how dirty their outdoor seating area is. The staff basically never clears up the tables or the floor, so all the dirty plastic cups left there by customers just stays on the tables, often blown around by the wind, making the whole place disgusting. I witnessed many times people complaining about it, and I also witnessed once members of staff complaining between themselves about a customer who asked them to tidy up the tables outside. I have not resolved not to go there any more.

My Favourite Place For Beverage To Smoothies Excellent Customer Service Specially By This Lovely Lady Called Flo A Regular And Returning Customer

Staff made several mistakes without my order, over charged me then wrote down an email for their customer service department for me was to chase up my refund. Very lack lustre attitude and staff need retraining. Do not visit this branch
