Has one vegan option so asked for it and they were out of stock. Absolutely pathetic.

Friendly staff, pretty comfy, and decent background music. Oh, and the food was alright, too. I recommend if you want proper food but pushed on time. 👌🏽

Very relaxing environment. And the staff were so kind and helpful. There was a slight mix up with my order and they got me a replacement straight away with no fuss at all. Dylan and Mehrez were excellent and very attentive.

It was amazing experience and Dylan he made my jacket potatoes the way I like it. It was just perfect. He very friendly and welcoming.

Dylan was an absolute ray of sunshine! He made our visit so great, his customer service skills must be applauded! The cup of coffee was out of this world, and only made better by his vibrant smile.

One never expects much from airport fare and this lives up to your expectations. At least it wasn't busy.

Waited for more than 5 minutes to place an order even though there were 4 staff in there at the time. Food is alright, not impressive. Staff is not that friendly and some of the tables are dirty. Can’t expect much from an airport cafe though, but it doesn’t worth a 4.7 rating.

We ordered the barbicoa beef and pulled pork. The cabbage and carrot salad was dry and old, starting to go bad. The meat was tasteless and scarce with some bland rice to compliment it. Appreciate they were busy but no excuse for awful tasting, overpriced food at £9 a small pot. Wish I'd taken some photos.

Came here in the early morning hours and were delighted to be served. The baguettes were nice and hot and the coffee seemed of great quality too. The staff is very warm (for that time of the morning) definitely recommend this one.

After the less than welcome received at the Prince of Wales, then Carluccios at T4 I walked out both after a few minutes. Thereafter, I ventured into Joe's. Jake who I believe was a stand in Manager was everything the other two were not. I said I was looking for a cheese sandwich/ baguette. Jake then advised me his entire selection of Sandwiches that left me in no doubt, that this guy cares for his customers. Then I said I want Tea. What kind of Tea Earl Grey, Green, Breakfast etc etc. This is the service a discerning customer looks for. He served me well. A group of 4 then appeared and were served equally well. A comment overheard was wow food is here before we even got back to our seat. Jake has a future because he knows how to add that personel touch. Thank you Jake and Staff.

After a bad 5am check-in/security experience, Jake’s friendly, upbeat service and personality made our morning much better!

Excellent service from Jagjeet. Had the Blueberry Pot, it was very filling. My husband had the sausage and bacon baguette. It was huge! Very good portion sizes.

Rude service, bad products. Ordered a decaf flat white to drink there. Very rudely i was told the dishwasher was broken and they could only give me in a paper cup. I said ok. Then when receiving the coffee I double checked if it was decaf. It wasn’t and they wouldn’t change it. So i couldn’t drink it and also didn’t get my money back.

Friendly staff. Chilli con carne made with real pieces of meat and not mice. Great flavour.

Great experience, Arica and Jake were very helpful in recommending menu choices and provided excellent customer service! One of the better spots in terminal 4.

Flat white was not great and only half a cup. Almond croissant was OK. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. Was super quiet as away from main shops.

Not bad pulled meat bowl with rice and some veges. Looks a bit old school themed, but not busy as in main terminal 4 area. Mains sockets to charge your phones. Prices quite high but "normal" for airport
