Jollibee Reading in Reading

It’s really hard to find a restaurant in the UK that can make me fat. Fried chicken is one of the best. Be sure to order the spicy chicken joy.

Food is served hot and presentable

We enjoyed delicious jolly Hotdogs, chicken joy and spaghetti.

First time trying. Slow service and cold food. Probably won't go again. Also a bit overpriced. Would recommend walking further down the road to Mr T's although they don't do fried chicken.

A little bit crowded during lunch time so we couldn't find anywhere to sit. Staff is lovely and food is okay. Probably will visit again but takeaway or through delivery.

Love the loaded fries but beef burgers have way too much sauce

It was my first time having Jolibee the food was amazing and the customer service lady was very very friendly and interactive. Should definitely look into portions of the rice box. Not moneys worth but eod we enjoyed the food and hope I’ll not get sick.

A great fast food place. Something a bit different from other well known brands. Chicken, burgers, hot dogs and spaghetti. The fried chicken is exceptional.

Very delicious food and approachable staff

Some of the sinks are not working so it was a bit of a put off but otherwise all was okay.

I come here a lot and it’s usually really good. I got the sriracha loaded fries and a chicken burger. The chicken burger is so undercooked and it tastes raw, this is not okay. It wasn’t even busy so can’t blame it on a rush. so disappointing compare the chicken burger to the tenders in the loaded fries…

I really enjoy eating at this place!! The only thing that saddened me is that they started adding mustard to the sriracha sauce, I still eat it but it would be better without the mustard! But besides that the place is amazing and has delicious food. I 10/10 recommend!

Love it it's smaller to KFC but not boycott

Phenomenal place. Criminally underrated and I have no idea why, because the place is nice and quiet, the chicken is juicy and spicy and the fries are crispy and beautifully salted.

Really delicious jolly spaghetti. I love it so much, growing up in the Philippines it is kind of tradition to have spaghetti in every occasion. I miss it so much. The service is super. Really kind and smiley people. Always feels like home.

Me and my partner visited this joint recently and ordered spicy chicken and a burger. The chicken in the burger was undercooked and the spicy chicken was very very dry. Felt like chewing on rubber. Jollibee used to be great but not anymore!

Just dined in..food quality very poor. Chicken was overcooked and hard. Popeyes in reading would be a better choice for quality of taste and value. Wouldn't eat here again. Very disappointed

I can’t believe this place has 5stars! The chicken is so hard/ over cooked! The price is diabolical! Do not waste your time or money on this place, instead visit Manzanoz down the road

One of my happy places. My fave fried chicken joint! I wish they have 2-piece chicken with palabok though, just like back in the Philippines. But anyway, I keep coming back to this place whenever I am in Reading. Sometimes, even travel to Reading just to eat here. Chicken is crispy and delicious!

First time trying Jollibee on reading high street and was blown away will how nice it was really amazing quality food the service was brilliant and super quick and a lovely place to sit down and enjoy your food. Hands down better than KFC and pop eyes on the high street

Most favourite personally: chicken sandwich, spicy chicken, spaghetti and loaded fries. The crispy chicken here is much better than other ‘fast food brands’

I really love Jollibee since I was working in Abu Dhabi. I love the Jollibee be here also but need to make a big improvement about the rice. My rice was a bit dry on the edges, it supposed being keep in the hot box too long and should be refresh. Beside it, the taste of the spicy chicken and the gravy always a top notch. The service also really good, so friendly.

I have always travelled to this place in the evening , as parking in the town centre by car is restricted , Around 8pm is fine . There are signs so don't worry . Right the food, this is perhaps the best fried chicken I have tasted in the UK . The Two versions are spicy and non spicy . Of course I went for the spicy, the chicken itself is very crispy and tasty, for those who have travelled to Saudi and have tried all baik, this is similar with the spices inside the chicken itself . The chicken burger was equally the best I have tried , you have to try it to believe it . I have been twice to the reading branch and twice I was pleased with the food . For dessert we had one of the available pies and a small ice cream, again awesome . I wish we had one of these joints closer to home . Well-done to the Reading team , awesome and friendly bunch of people .

Myself and my daughter went and ate in Jollibee last night, after a long wait food was incomplete I asked the crew where is the chicken and she asked me you want original? I said yes original so she gave it to me then when I ate the chicken and it was spicy, I went back to the crew and told them I had spicy chicken and they gave me original chicken, I mentioned to one of the crew hopefully my IBS will not flared up because I am not allowed to eat spicy and she apologise. Before I ate the 1pc or original chicken my abdominal starting to cramps I continue eating as I was starving. After I ate I went to the loo and my IBS flared up. Now I didn't manage to go to work because of that.

Great variety of food, served in many styles like loaded fries, Chicken tastes identical to KFC. Fries are better than McDonald's by a mile. Totally reccomend this to others! Jollibee definitely made me jolly with this review! 😁

Food was exceptional and very affordable. We like the varieties of menu and the chicken was spot on. Service was on the point as well. Place was clean, service was fast but the place gets a bit noisy, but purely due to the no of people coming in to enjoy the food.
