Do what you say and be nice about it! No cream! The coffee lids are stuck together, you have to touch all to get one. This place is a disaster!

Nice place to sit for a bit if you’re here for a tour. It’s a full cafe with cakes and scones and the like. £3 for a flat white. Enjoy!

Was really heartened to find vegan cake! And not just a token vegan cake, it was one of the best and most enjoyable pieces of chocolate cake I’ve ever bought in a cafe! (And I eat a lot of vegan cake!!) Also saw an option of a vegan pasty on their snack menu. Two slices of cake, a pot of tea, and a can of coke came to £11, which I think is pretty reasonable in the heart of London! Was a cute place to sit and eat it as well.

I found it quite chaotic and the prices were not clear in advance. The lunch deal with sandwiches was not indicated under sandwiches. Otherwise I would have taken that. Very good choice. And the shortbread is delicious! Please note: sit after the security check. Access only with a ticket for a tour or visit to the parliament building

A cafe without anything out of the ordinary, except for the location, the Parliament Palace, in a hall with interesting architecture. The offer is not very rich, but it is OK for a rehydration break or for a small snack.

Just think of it as a resting place after visiting the Parliament Building, so don’t have high expectations. At this time, it would be nice to sit down and take a sip of hot drinks and add some food. All the prices are not outrageous because of the special location, the coffee is not terrible (although the barista did not give me latte art), and the cakes are a bit plain but not terrible (like an old Beijing jam box). It's a place worth stopping for.

Very nice for what it is: a cafe in the basement of a government building. £5.70 for Jubilee Tea: a nice scone with clotted cream, strawberry jam, and a small pot of tea (with milk on the side, where it belongs!). Pleasant and helpful staff. If it weren't for the airport-style security to get inside the Palace of Westminster I would be a frequent patron.

I like British food such as scones and Victoria cake because they are delicious and cheap.

Nice café - good value food, not too noisy, clean and tables not too crowded. Initial welcome wasn't encouraging and I can't believe that in 2023 a busy modern coffee shop doesn't have SKIMMED MILK? Even my local garden centre does! No alternative was offered only semi-skimmed. Whilst doing the tour of Parliament, I had been looking fwd to a cappuccino or latté but had to make do with a weak and luke warm pot of boring tea. The only thing that made my visit better was as I use a walking stick, a member of staff kindly offered to bring my tray over.

Very much enjoyed the quiet atmosphere on this summer day trip, with a quite hot mocha and a disappointedly dry coffee cake.

The place is clean. It is pricey and the service is slow. If you need to sit down and have a drink it is useful

£1.32 for a can of diet coke. That is appauling. What is really bad is it was advertised on their display as 96p, which is steep enough however when I queried this at the checkout when they wanted to charge me £1.32 per can (we got 2), he went to the display and removed that price tag! Didn't even want to know about honouring their price advertised! Tables clean. Would have got some food but felt ripped off so didn't.

Jubilee Cafe at The Houses of Parliament. To the left of the main buildings queue to see the VIEWING gallery for the House of Commons. Do not be put off at the gate. We had to wait for just 10 minutes, then we had airport like security. The cafe is a relief after the wait and a climb to the gallery. Teas , various coffees, sandwiches, great cake and the vaults remind you of the history around you.

This cafe is located on the right hand side of Westminster Hall, the main area you reach once inside the House of Parliament after you passed the security. It is also the area where the gift shop is located and near it the toilets with gorgeous Gothic details - you are spoilt as you will not see this anywhere in the world. Outside in the Westminster Hall, you can announce the Tour guide desk you arrived for your tour set for the designated time and then you can pop in the cafe and have a bite to eat as they have quite a variety of drinks, ice creams, sandwiches, biscuits etc as my pictures show. You can then sit at one of the numerous tables where tourists and also some young people working here seem to sit. The gift shop has some great items, however the most expensive I came across from all the Parliaments around the world I have visited - check my photos and see how cute they are.

You have to get through security at the House to be able to get to the cafe, which is off Westminster Hall, it has some history about it, not a big range of goods, but if you want tea and cake, or coffee and sandwiches then they have it

Great service by the two ladies who served me; especially Klaudia who helped process discount on food using her card as the app on my phone wasn’t processing my voucher!

Clean, well run, staff seem looked after and friendly aswell as rapid on service. Great location as always and everything you'd expect from a Pret. At around 2pm there was limited food stock on hot meals however.

Usually good, but lately they forget to cook the beef. Raw meat disgusts me. For £10.90 I would like cooked meat.
