Do not order from here food always burnt never comes in full always something missing this is my chicken wings I payed 6 for

Awful portion sizes for the price. 5 pieces of lamb in lamb kebab, scoop of salad and stale bread that cracked apart immediately. £9 for that is awful. Plus extra if you want fries

Food was great ! Big portions and options for vegetarian ! I highly recommend.

I would love to give zero but it's not available. The food here is disgusting and the chicken was not done me and my kids got food poisoning. Beware people

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always delicious, fresh and hot. Kitchen is open plan and always appears to be clean. This is my go-to local takeaway and I couldn’t be happier.

Tragedy. We ordered doner kebab. We only got dry meat, of the worst quality, with cartilage inside. Dry naan, no sauce or salads. Everything ended up in the trash

Terrible food, no souce or vegetables inside kebab

"Kebab meat WELL DONE...please!!" Gets home and then has to re-grill all the kebab meat myself because that rather tenuous link between counter staff and grill-chef just couldn't handle the strain of getting a simple request right within a totally EMPTY restaurant with just one customer to satisfy. Must do better guys!!

Just Kabab in Waterloo, Liverpool. Today I ordered just ordered chips which is a simple order and just told him that I want crispy. When I received my order the chips weren’t crispier. I told the shop keeper to make it crispier the guy told that he cant make it and said he is the boss for more than 10 joints and was very rude. I was very humble and always call them in person and appreciate the food if the food tastes good. He was very rude like he’s the one who invented chips. He speaks like he’s the authority. #customerisking. Please know this and give what the customer wants. If you cant give that you cant be here even if you have 10 shops. You can even be the king of the world but food is food.That doesn’t matter. Worst. #worst customer service ever.

2-3 meat kebabs are boss, but the wrap they come with are a bit naff. Would be 5* on a nice, thick naan

Tried to charge me 56 quid for two drinks because they thought I was too drunk to notice.

Just been in here for a few pizzas. Great service, great value and bloody lovely Pizzas. Guys threw in a cheesy garlic bread as a suprise when we came back to collect. Cheers guys

i have no words. actually i have several. i am bubbling!! most shocking scran i've ever put me lips around. minging bite or chicken and absolutely no saus😞😞 all is now in the bin, couldn't stomach it one bit. absolute joke, avoid like the plague people😤😤 would never give this place the time of day again. staff was unresponsive when delivering, asked for cheese, salt and vinegar on fries and didant get any, also paid for lettuce in wrap, surprise surprise... dint get any. chips and wrap were also absolutely frabs and portions were low.

Just been in there it Brill couple of guys couldn't do more for you will definitely be going back give it a try I can't fault it

Dry cold meat, what should have been a flat bread was an over grilled wrap. Only good bit was the chips were hot. Never again

ONE OF THE WORST DELIVERIES EVER. I rang for an update and got fobbed off saying it’ll be there in 10 minutes. Still waiting over an hour later. Man was rude and ended the call and was abusive On the phone. DO NOT GO HERE. Never again will I make the same mistake. Delivery driver was apologetic but it was all freezing.

Ordered at 16:45... its now 18:32 & im still waiting.. as they delivered to wrong address.. 😭😭 Wonder what time it will arrive??? 18:38 awful! No salad with kabab! Dry as! Shocking

Just got delivery for 1st and last time. Cold half cooked fries, stale wrap and small pieces of meat as a filling in a kebab. Chicken burgers very low quality looked like something from farm foods. Avoid like the plague...

Absolutely awful. Raw chips, raw watery pizza base and stale wrap. Tiny portions of what was edible. Will not be ordering again

Worst kebab I have ever had!! So had a doner wrap, no souce, no salad init. My chips had a hair inside. Everything was so dry it was difficult to eat, when I should have been enjoying it. Took a picture of hairy chips but can not see an option how to add here. Someone needs a beard snood there.

Made we wait 40 minutes for my order. Don't bother coming.

Very fast delivery, excellent food. The meat in my kebab was cooked perfectly, not salty or greasy. Might cost a little bit more than other places but it was worth every penny. Would highly recommend 👌

Ordered kebab wraps which came with no sauces and no salad at all! Dry, cold and not tasty at all. The wing were meant to be bbq but came same as kebabs - just in its own without any Sauce. Definitely avoid this place. Chips containers were burnt so not really ok to eat...

Amount of chicken in the combination kebab is very tiny ...the portions used to be good but now it seems there is too much flatbread for the amount of meat ...will not be returning here again...used to be our favourite kebab house

I order from here a couple of days ago and food was fine, ordered today and after 1 hour 20 mins food arrives and was stone cold. Late delivery is not a problem as there busy but cold food is not acceptable. If a delivery place offers delivery then you expect hot food. So I called up and after trying for 40 minutes to get through I got to speak to a young girl who was very rude to say the least and after explaining the issue with cold food and being told its not there fault I couldn't cope with the attitude and after requesting to speak to manager I had the call terminated after being told no one was there to speak to, there is not a manager etc. I called back and after debating again with the girl I got to speak to someone else and got an apology which would of been nice from the start, this whole ordeal with this girl has put me off ordering again. Phone service = abysmal Food = cold Order = parts missing Time = late Order again =NEVER

I went into the kebab store cause I was hungry and feeling like kebab but my experience with kebabs in general has been ruined !!! It had very off mayonase and smelt awful the mayo was watery and tasted foul the kebab meat had no taste and was bland it has left and nasty feeling in my belly and my friends my belly is cramped and sore after eating that meal. I think it's time to change the mayonnaise

Over charged and toppings of pizza placed central rather than all over. Base was soggy too. However i liked how the kebab was all seperate

Just.. DONT BOTHER GOING (more like it). Quality of meat was nothing special. Portions tiny (7.95 for 2 x meat and was tiny!!!!) Came with a pitta bread which was dry and bland. Sauces were disgusting. Salad was vile. Buck your ideas up cause you'll go out of business if that's what you're willing to rip people off with

Friendly staff, tasty kebab,good portions. Nothing to complain about.

Staff are nice but for me a kebab is about having a big sweaty thing to eat. This juts seems very healthy and dry. When bread is packaged seperatly like this the fats off the meat wont soak into it and make it easier to eat as the bread is softened and more tasty

After waiting an hour chicken kebab meat was over cooked an the chicken wings were undercooked naan had gone hard an freezing driver did apologise but for the price an quality won’t be ordering again

Just ok, nothing to write home about. Could be bigger portions and nicer taste.

Expensive but top quality. All comes seperate so you can make the kabab how you want it.

My partner and I hadn't eaten from here in a while (2years) so decided to go with a different mixed kebab each. They tasted just like we remembered but then My partner became very ill and had food poisoning for 2 days which lead to gastroenteritis, which is caused by uncooked or contaminated food, he has had to have a tablet every day for the last month to get over it. I will never eat here again avoid avoid avoid

Used to be good. Less meat now! Much smaller and the was bread cold. I collected 2 kebabs and they forget to add the salads and sauces. Rang about it and they reluctantly said they would deliver. It's almost 2 hours and they haven't arrived. Won't go again!

Food was fine but we ordered kebabs and were given a plastic container for the meat, the salad, the sauces and the bread individually wrapped in a paper bag. This was per kebab. The three of us ended up having 11 hard plastic containers between us that had a 30 second life time and travelled 4 meters in their usable life... And we then had to build our own kebabs too. No need for it at all......

Naan bread came out of a packet and attempting to eat it was probably like chewing plywood. The kebab meat tasted like it had more salt than lamb and the staff need to take a course in customer service. As per the last review, if this is the best in Liverpool then the rest must be dire! Worst £9 I've ever spent

Always been a great kebab from these guys, but after my last order not really looking like chicken and subsequently having food poisoning, it's a no go zone now! Shame

Long wait for home delivery (not told when we rang to place the order) 1 out of the 3 meals was incorrect food was barely warm. Not what we have had in the past from this place and want be having it again. So disappointing.

Best kebab house in Liverpool by far.

With all components packaged separately, you have to assemble the kebab at home, but this makes for a deliciously fresh-tasting, non-soggy kebab experience. I've only sampled the donner so far, but I fully intend to try the other meats such as the various marinated lamb choices. Also worth a munch is the burger. Mine was a cheese burger and actually had taste - very unlike other cardboard-like patties I've had the misfortune to eat. Quite simply, Just Kebab is Just the Best kebab shop in my locale
