O ambiente é muito agradável, os preços são justos e o atendimento muito bom. Diversas opções atrativas: experimentei uma salada muito saborosa e um hamburguer no prato realmente muito bem servido.

No puedo creer la mala calidad de recepción de televisión en este hotel. Uno pensaría que estábamos en la parte más remota del Reino Unido en lugar del oeste de Londres. Absolutamente espantoso.

Onterecht dat we er vrijwel alleen zaten. Aardige bediening. Kleine maar originele kaart. Veel dingen die je samen kunt delen.Lekker! Redelijke prijzen, alleen de wijn is aan de dure kant.

A pesar de que siempre había al menos 2 camareros en el bar, ninguno de los dos acudía a las mesas para pedir pedidos a menos que ya lo hubiera pedido en el bar. La comida estaba bien pero cara. Las bebidas eran MUCHO! Pero los camareros se tomaron su tiempo para preparar bebidas mixtas. El Fish and Chips (15 libras) era bueno, la pizza era normal, la ensalada de quinua era simplemente lechuga con algo de quinua encima y casi ningún aderezo. No hay cerveza de barril. Espere más de 11 libras por bebida mezclada y alrededor de 6 libras por una botella de cerveza.

Had the rib eye off the a la carte menu. Cooked to perfection. Great wine. Service was spot on, cheerful, friendly, excellent!!

Good food and drinks although a little price. Go for the giant pornstar martini and watch out for service charge. Staff and everything else was good though. And Dj from 10-1am is a good shout

Order lunch with friends they got my order completely wrong! I ordered veggi Mac and cheese they brought bacon one. I ordered soup it never arrived

Compré a mi madre aquí para el té de la tarde, ¡la pasamos muy bien! Un comedor básico pero limpio que era muy tranquilo. Toda la comida estaba buena, con una muy buena selección de diferentes sabores y muchas golosinas. También conseguimos los mini cócteles para compartir, aunque no todos eran para nuestro gusto personal, algunos eran realmente deliciosos, una pareja un poco fuerte, pero una muy buena idea para probar todos los cócteles. ¡Realmente disfrutamos de esta experiencia de té de la tarde!

This is right next to reception and is also the breakfast room and bar it is expensive and although the location is good its not a nice location and the cost is not worth it

Un hotel realmente peculiar, pequeña e íntima, pero con un gran bullicio, me encanta la mezcla de música! Gran ubicación, justo al lado del centro comercial Westfield y fácil de ir yo al centro de Londres desde la estación de Bush shepard o igualmente a través de Heathrow y Hammersmith. Fuertemente spa, masajes super!

all people uncaring about service - cleanliness terrible - dirty from windows to floor bedding dirty you may as well sleep on the streets

Yo estaba deseando que el té de la tarde peculiar, pero lo que nos dieron fue tan decepcionante! Lo único bueno es el té en sí y el servicio amable. Lo demás es enormemente caro para lo que ofrece, el gusto es mediocre, y el tema de la música parece completamente al azar y no en armonía con el entorno. Uno de nuestro grupo era sin gluten y a pesar de reserva más de un mes de anticipación, lo que llegó fue ridículo - 4 sandwiches y 1 porción minúscula, diminuta de tarta. Al decírselo a la camarera que no paga el precio total lo que teníamos delante de nosotros, se mostró de acuerdo en que podíamos pedir más rondas de bocadillos, pero para ser sincero de bajos estándares que no era mucho el punto. No lo recomendaría, especialmente no si necesitas sin gluten!

Bueno, qué puedo decir. Este tiene que ser el peor lugar para la tarde que he visitado. Los bocadillos eran rancios y habla el director me di cuenta de que esto no iba a ser cambiado o se ordenan. Esperamos 20 minutos para una taza de té caliente y luego también cuando nos dimos cuenta de las croquetas estaban duros todavía no comprobar cómo iban las cosas de la camarera decidimos pedir la cuenta. Había más o menos todo un té de la tarde a la izquierda. No estoy esperando el servicio, pero Dios mío he ritz visto mejor comida y servicio en mi cafetería local!

Tuvimos el 'té de la tarde en el salón después de ver genial K las fotos de la comida. Después de sentado nos dijeron que tendríamos el té de la tarde festiva", que a finales de enero fue un poco decepcionante. Sin embargo, estábamos hambrientos, así que estábamos ansiosos de disfrutar de la comida, a pesar de que dijeron que tardarían al menos 20 minutos para que llegara. Nos dieron el té té-Rex, la firma, que era una mezcla de hierbas y la izquierda por más de 20 minutos. No comprobé que nos gustó este té y nos volveríamos como cualquier otro té. Cuando la comida llegó la camarera me explicó lo que todas las plantas eran, al punto en que nos dimos cuenta de las correderas burger fueron la razón el té de la tarde llevó 20 minutos al menos para llegar. No nos ofrecieron ningún más té y tuvimos que pedir nuestra opción preferida de té. No nos mostraron la selección de tés como otros clientes estaban. Sin embargo, escondido y disfrutamos el té de la tarde, pero no miembro del personal venía a ver si queríamos más té o cualquier otra cosa.

This place as I called it my 202 bedroom house,staff all so nice,Martin general manager really nice,Floyd great like everyone it's cool you get big bands staying there,the Resturant is fantastic,I had a lot of fun over 10months,a little extrem,but I also went to Dubai for a week and spent 3 months so I always do things silly.

cannot fault anything with the K West hotel. Great location, brilliant breakfast, ideal location. top marks

Lugar muy agradable donde despues de las 5/6 de la tarde se puede tomar tragos, buena música y pasar un rato agradable.

Siamo rientrati da una giornata in giro per Londra e dopo aver macinato diversi km a piedi abbiamo pensato di rilassarci un po' e di concederci un aperitivo... Ottima scelta direi! Cocktail fantastici!! Provatelo!

Hotel review done separately.Food (Pictures incl.)Amazing presentation and very palatable!I ordered the SMOKED PAPRIKA SQUID starter and the BUTTERMILK CHICKEN BREAST BURGER. Both exquisite!The CLASSIC BACON CHEESEBURGER was also ordered (well done) which came out very pink! had to send it back! food took a while to come! - probably my only fault on this restaurant!

waited over one hour for food to arrive and then the afternoon tea was average. waitress did not know what was in the teas so advised we just try it and see.....very little advice on what we were eating or drinking

We were staying at the hotel for the night and liked the sound of the afternoon tea.We were able to be seated early which was good as we couldn't check into our room till later.The cup and saucers was quite cool looking.We had the Easter special afternoon tea which included a deep fried Kreme egg burger and daim bar hot dog.As well as the sandwiches they also had a beef slider and a halloumi slider which was a nice difference to normal afternoon teas.The only downside was the service wasn't very attentive, although they were polite.We also had breakfast here the next morning, I had the full English which was nice but my wife had pancakes which she didn't like.

Great stay!Best hotel food in London. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Valet a lovely Ghanaian man was very warm and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Whilst staying in the hotel, decided to meet friends in the lounge. Brilliant idea!The staff were attentive, the cocktails boozy and the bar snacks delicious. And all for a reasonable price!!Cheers

Fairly simple menu but all the food is excellent, service is good, and there is a decent wine list. Bar area is downstairs.

The hotel is a 20 second walk from our home and we took a friend today for lunch. All three of us enjoyed an outstanding Wagyu burger, quite one of the best ever had in London.Couples in dressing gowns who had booked weekends for the spa looked contented. All was quite impressive and laid back:That is until a man arrived first with a Henry Hoover and literally cleaned around our table and others, suction and noise levels set to maximum. He then returned with a giant mop and repeated the same. He seemed quite oblivious to the fact he was sucking the atmosphere and decorum out of a laid back Sunday lunch.It was extraordinary - like eating at a grubby KFC or MacDonalds where staff stand around with dust pans and brushes waiting for you to tip your tray contents into a bin after you've finished. How a class hotel could allow such practice is just bizarre. Even the other staff were appalled but it just continued despite our suggesting eating and hoovering simultaneously were a bit incompatible.The lunch itself was superb. Except all joy from the occasion was sucked out of it by Henry the Hoover and then the mopping around our feet. Get a grip! The K Hotel is great, but it had a cringe making dose of Manuel from Fawlty Towers today.

Had a fabulous time - as part of a pamper spa package at K West Hotel. We had lunch with a group of 7 ladies in the Hen Do. Couldn't be anymore accomodating. Food very yummy. We then spent the evening booging away and sipping gorgeous cocktails till 2am on the Saturday evening. Is fairly small bar but lively little hotel bar with good mix of people. Only downside I would say is unfortunately found bar staff in the evening quite rude and didn't like the service charge automatically added to every drink ordered at the bar - what service are we paying for!? I ordered and collected my drinks - no table service so Slightly naughty I feel. But other than that would go again to hotel and the bar.

The Sea bass was excellent and presented very nicely and at £15.50 well priced. Puddings were gorgeous.....just have one.

Liked the whole experience: the staff, the treatment, the facilities, the food and location. It is not too far to walk from the station.

I chose this establishment for its proximity to downtown London. Underground railways are everywhere and having one steps from your hotel is priceless. The hotel was absolutely perfect! The room size, the bathrooms ( use extreme caution when stepping out of shower/tub it's a bit of a drop ), the amenities, etc were all spot on as other reviewers mentioned. The staff; these folks were ALL super helpful and more then willing to help anyone who needed their assistance. I wouldn't hesitate to make a reservation here you won't regret your experience with the staff or hotel amenities.

We wanted a cream tea but something a bit different & we found the Rock star tea you get two cock tails your food & a jug of alcoholic tea for £34 per person it's a something different and was an enjoyable experience would recommend

I took my boyfriend here for his 30th birthday thinking we we're going to be pampered but sadly the spa treatments we're performed by people that looked like they just left school. No skilled Involved was a waste of a lot of money, not sure that it's the best but it's defi itely the most expensive.The bar was a lovely area Good music and good atmosphere.Restaurant I would give a miss, they have 3 waiters and they also do the room service so we we're waiting to be served for half hour then another half hour for food, was short staffed in my opinion.Rooms we're nice and clean though and bed was huge.

For me, it was only ok. But I only had bar food.. Not a proper mealI had "nachos" and there wasn't that much toppings so basically a plate of plain corn chips. And the service wasn't too great that night... I was really the only person in there and no one checked on me after my good arrived, so I couldn't even ask for anything else.

Having been told this is a great bar for cocktails we decided to give it a try. Cocktails were actually good (despite the funny way one of those was stirred: first attempt with a straw and second and final with a short plastic stick instead of a normal bar mixing spoon - or any spoon would have looked better, really). Service left a bit to be desired... With an empty bar on sunday night, cocktails priced at £10.50 - £11.00 and a service charge added to the bill, you would expect the two bartenders to smile a bit more and at least say goodbye when guests are leaving, considering also that we both stared (for a good minute) at the one of them who was behind the bar to say "bye" to him. We actually said it. No look back, no answer. Also... bill was given straight away after serving the drinks... I mean, it's alright, it's a bar... But maybe a sentence like "would you like to pay now or you prefer to open a tab?" rather than "it's x pound" would sound better. I really disliked the stripey curtain that separates the bar from corridor... It kind of clashes with the big bold "we want to be stilish" wall writing close to the reception... though I must admit I am not a very fashionable person, so my opinion on that it is probably nonsense for other people.

Very good cocktails! after trying the glam rock cocktails we went in the bar and enjoyed some more tasty cocktails the team were great, charming and friendly!

Seating very close together, difficult to manouver between chairs, watch for the service charge! Everytime you visit the bar it is charged but it is discretionary

After an initial mix up we had our meal upstairs in Kanteen which was lovely ....if you book ask for a table against back wall as rest are not as nice but still ok. If we were to go again would just have food downstairs in lounge as it has more chilled atmosphere . Eat late at 9 and stay for the DJ in the lounge, first class music and great cocktails.

The food was delicious, we ate our way through the menue, tried everything from the breakfast (lovely) to the desserts and nothing was disapointing!

Very modern and close to shops and transportation! Spa is great! Excellent for all types of travelers.

I had the continental breakfast. All that was available when I arrived were pastries and sweet things. I'm very greatful to the staff member who made me a hot chocolate.

Buon Hotel 4 stelle situato a Shepherd's Bush, a 7 fermate dal centro di Londra, a due passi dalla fermata della metropolitana e dal più grande centro commerciale di Londra e ad appena 15 minuti a piedi da White City, offre un buon ristorante ed un'area benessere ben attrezzata. Posso consigliarvi di non fare colazione in albergo poichè con metà della cifra spesa si può fare colazione in uno dei moltissimi Bar della zona. Ottimo per chi non vuole spendere molto e cerca una buona e comoda sistemazione.
