Lovely place to eat if you are craving Korean bbq and food. Food was tasty, didn't need to wait too long, all you can eat at reasonable price. I mostly had the bbq chicken and pork which was lean and tasty. Got my full dose of protein for the day 💪

Sayeed the front door staff was very racist and up himself, he was not welcoming at all to us and served people who we were ahead of, then told us we were late due to the color of my friends skin then when he was called up on it he back tracked very typical racist move, would not recommend.

Really liked the food ! It’s a fun experience to be able to cook your own meat how you like it I loved the savoury pancakes The dessert options were terrible - but I guess it’s more for meat eaters

Truly a restaurant I want to visit again! They offer a wide variety of meats, and the buffet options are perfectly prepared, providing a great selection and an elevated dining experience. The fresh vegetables and diverse side dishes made the meal even more satisfying. The staff’s friendly service was exceptional, too. It was a delightful experience to enjoy such a fulfilling meal in a pleasant atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We went to eat here yesterday around 830pm and had our friends come earlier than us (around 730pm). Without knowing there was an hour and a half time limit per session, we arrived an hour late after our friends and we weren't able to eat the meats given the empty trays of ribs and beef when we got there. This assistant manager named Sayeed went to the table to approach and inform us that the group has already maxed out on our stay and he said if we don't finish the food on the plate IN 5-10 MINUTES, he will charge us with the excess food charge. He also said WE HAD TO LEAVE. The food was just freshly cooked and we have not even been there for 30 minutes. There were no more new customers coming in but he was really so stern on the rules that given the overstay, we cannot eat there anymore. I cannot understand WHY HE HAD TO SAY THAT. Why rush the customer into eating that quickly knowing that NO ONE IS EVEN ENTERING THE RESTO ANYMORE GIVEN THAT THEY'RE ABOUT TO CLOSE? He was very inconsiderate and focused on the rules but there was another table who were even earlier than us yet they weren't asked to rush eating. A little compassion can go a long way. If you treat your customers like they are in a game show to rush eating just because they have already reached the time limit (even if we just arrived 25 mins before he came to tell us that), you will definitely not have customers. We were even willing to pay for the overstay fee if that meant not being rushed. Instead, he kept pushing the issue. That was the FIRST AND ONLY time I have experienced a rude encounter in a k-bbq restaurant as I have always frequented buffets myself. We spoke to him properly and we were so polite to ask if we can extend and if we can just finish whatever was left and then we will leave but he kept forcing the issue. Terrible experience and never coming back to this place at all! Such a waste as the food was decent but very poor customer service!

I can eat plenty of meat and delicious Korean food. I go often. Shrimp tempura, tteokbokki, pancakes, sushi and japchae In London, just eating one item costs over 10 pounds. It's great value for money so I go often. Boss, may you be rich ^^

I tried a variety of Korean-style foods with acquaintances. There was a wide selection, including various meats, sushi, other dishes, side dishes, porridge, and ice cream. I think it's the best place to enjoy a diverse and delicious meal. The staff are also very friendly. I highly recommend it as a venue for gatherings with friends or family.

It was one of the best place in UK even good money for value compared to Korea. Food is warm and authentic generous portion of meat staff’s quick service clean toilt I can’t fault anything! We would definitely want to come back🎄

There is plenty of food for what you pay

Ive been coming for years and it's by far the best Korean BBQ in London. They've started being a bit stricter on the length of time you can eat for, but that's fine.

Ordered takeaway service and have given up as never delivered. Ordered from somewhere else. Given the run around telling us food was being prepared / on the way for hours. Will never order from here again as its a waste of time

My friend and I waited an hour to get a table but it was all worth it. However, a South Asian guy with a beard and mustache from front reception treated me the worst way possible. First, he came up to us whilst we’re eating telling me I have not paid yet. I showed him my Apple Pay wallet to show him that money has already been deducted from my account. He said he’ll come back and check with me before we leave because his monitor has not been updated. I said it’s not my fault that your records are not updated. My card has already been charged. He turned around, went back to his so-called monitor at the till and came back to our table to say that it payment has already gone through. Next time he came to us he told us we onlg have 5 minutes. I said it’s okay, we’ll just get some drinks. We’re almost finish with our drinks when he came to us again and said, “2 more minutes and you need to leave because other customers might be angry.” I’ve been to k-town bbq 10x and this is the first time I have been treated so weirdly and rudely by their staff there.

Good BBQ choice and food was okay. Well stocked and food kept coming. Dessert was very basic ice cream

Great value for money, you can easily pile up your money's worth. I recommend the ribeye marinated beef and spicy pork belly and paying the extra for the Ssam

Great korean bbq option. All you can eat for 1 hour 30min. Weekdays are cheaper than weekends. But not a huge difference. The meat was fresh and tasty and so was the seafood. The none bbq options were also nice.

Easy queueing system with QR code and once you're in you can get stuck in with food immediately. Most of the meats are marinated well and the hot grill in the middle of the table worked well. It's a pricey buffet so make sure you bring an empty stomach to get your moneys worth.

Food and atmosphere were really good. Only issue is that its so busy Saturday nights that the reservation and walk-in systems are both a complete mess so you end up having to wait past your reservation time

My friend recommended me this restaurant as he knows how I really love korean bbq. I must say that I should book a table ahead as I didn't know its a popular one, my mistake, needed to wait for almost 1 1/2 hour for our table to be ready. Food wise: compare to all meat that I ate in other bbq restaurant, it doesnt really taste special and i'ts just the same. I'm just maybe excited that there is something special with the meat. It's so greasy that I felt like I'm gonna vomit but other food is okay, specially kimchi fried rice. I love it. Japchae doesnt really taste good for me. Just for me and also the tteokbokki 3/10. Ice cream is great. Other food is great , its just that those I mention that It didnt pass my tastebud. Anyways it's just me and my opinions reviews. Still you got to need to try it guys. Please book ahead of time, you wouldnt want to wait for so long. We went there yesterday, FYI.

Front of house (assistant manager) is useless, totally not customer focused, couldn’t care less attitude and extremely rude. I’ve come to ktown multiple times over the past couple of years and never received such disappointing and poor service. On arriving i asked for a table for 2. How could this go wrong? Well, he pointed to the table so we went. We sat. But no service. I asked him about the service and apparently the new thing is to pay first. Ok. Could we pay now? Apparently, despite his fault in understanding the request ‘table for 2’ we had to go to the end of the line. I questioned this and he was very dismissive and walked away. DON’T COME HERE. They no longer respect customers, they treat you like cattle and clearly dont understand the English language least of all customer service. We left and found another Korean restaurant 2 mins away with fabulous food and lovely staff.

Overrated place. Reasonable price I have to admit. If you want lots of BBQ meat then come but if you want TASTY BBQ meat then I suggest not. Staff didn’t know how long the seafood need to be cooked so I had to GG it myself :)))

Had great food at this place. Price is extremely reasonable for the food you get. Sushi was so fresh and the barbecue plate was changed mid way which high was great. Tables were regularly watched and empty dishes taken away so our table was nice and clean at all times. 90 mins time for bbq was actually plenty time for us as we were done in 65 mins already. Chicken wings were so yummy. Loved the fresh cucumber kimchi. Great service and waiters are very polite. Daughter wanted to eat her birthday meal there and she made great choice by choosing K Town. She was super happy with all the food and so we were. Price in comparison to all you get is a real bargain. Atmosphere was great too. Can’t fault the place and will happily come back often now that we’ve discovered it. Highly recommend it.

I came to this restaurant last year and honestly I had a better memory of the food. The cleanliness of the place and the bathrooms is not enough. The food has no particular flavor, everything very bare, no variation proposed, always the same buffet. With the same amount that I paid you can go elsewhere ordering a la carte food that is certainly of superior quality. I recommend a change on the menu. There is no parking during lunch hours.

Unlimited bbq, and buffet very good and tasty. Could do with a little more fish and veg for bbq tho. All very fresh and good quality. Sushi and dumplings were also lush

We booked in advance and I'm glad we did as the walk in queue was quite long. Food was great, no complaints at all!

Great unlimited Korean BBQ! Good selection of meats (marinated and plain) as well as cooked side dishes and traditional banchan. Really is good value if you know how to K BBQ the right way! Everything is DIY even when collecting your own plates/cutlery. The only annoying thing is that they often change the grill plate which can slow down eating time as you are having to wait for a new plate to heat up. Perhaps their way of slowing you down or maybe just genuinely good practice to change the grill but other Korean BBQ's I have been to do not change it nearly as often as here. 9/10 would recommend.

£31 for the enormous buffet and bbq or £15 for just the buffet! Be rude not to! 3 had bbq I just had buffet and both were great. They loved the bbq esp the squid and prawns. The buffet was more than enough for me, the wings were great, the noodles and rice cakes really nice the beef too. The chicken gizzards were not for me. Nice sushi, lovely fresh salad. The usual seemingly odd dessert of ice cream and cheerios or fruit. All good. Absolutely packed with Korean families and friends. Well worth a drive up the A3

Can never go wrong with a buffet and we did reserve in advance which helped a lot with skipping the queue even at dinner time. Although we did end up taking forever to sit down due to their card machine being super slow and was held back a lot. Food was great and the fried selections were nice as well. Highly recommend to give this place a try but if in bigger groups, reserve in advance!

Unreal experience! Could not recommend more. Get in and scan the QR code and join the queue, keep an eye on your phone for the texts and be ready for your table. It’s that simple! Sayeed and the team were absolutely wonderful! The food was brilliant. They dealt with difficult customers like experts and they have a great policy to discourage food waste. Will 100% be back again! Can’t recommend the spicy pork and kimchi rice enough. Sushi was great too. Do be patient with the team as they are working in an extremely busy environment and providing an amazing service so deserve some grace :) Thanks guys!!

We went out to try KTown as we were in the area as well as it was a friend’s birthday. As expected, we had to queue. It was a long wait of about 50mins. It was worth it tho. Food was really nice, however it was really time pressured. But everything we had was really tasty and yummy. Can’t wait to go back again.

I am vegetarian (not strict - I will eat dishes with oyster sauce/fish sauce/traces of shrimp/crustacean etc) so I was a bit worried as all the reviews mostly mention how much meat there was. However I was pleasantly surprised at the 'vegetarian' options (some contained the fishy stuff above), especially the aubergine was delicious! The dishes weren't explicitly labeled as vegetarian but said whether they included any of the fishy stuff. I was expecting there would be more tofu options. The dessert options were poor. Plenty of staff around filling up the buffet. I think overall it is a little pricey.

Not the authentic steak and chicken. The original has thin slices of meat and this restaurant had meat slices with bones. Overall food variety was great! Service was really good too! I was surprised that you had to pay 2.5 gbp fr lettuce, something i didnt imagine paying for. Something else that really bothered us was that servers are going around checking the food on your table every 2 mins. I was a bit uncomfortable with people looking at me eating. It was nice of them to change the bbq a couple of times but they kept coming around as if we had a school quiz and the teachers were checking if theres any cheating.

Recommended by one of my friends. A delicious Korean BBQ buffet offers a great range of fresh food, including chicken, beef, squid, and shrimp. The time limit is one and a half to enjoy your meal. A few minor cons are the ventilation, there was a noticeable cooking smoking smell. Also, the fried chicken was a bit too sweet and greasy. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider going back.

The food quality on the day we went was really awful. Expecially the meat. Food was really blad. Servers were very nice but the whole thing was very confusing. Would be a great spot if the food and expecially the meat quality improved.

Best buffet I’ve had, didn’t expect the quality to match that of restaurants (usually buffets purposely add extra salt but food here is appropriately seasoned). There’s a good variety of food to try, from seafood soup to kimchi pancakes, and seaweed salad side. We went at 12pm when they just opened and it was already busy. The downside is that this place is quite noisy so you can’t really hear each other, and it was busy at some point that you had to queue a bit to get food. Time limit is 1.5hour, extra charge if you have food leftover or want to stay longer. We didn’t get around for desserts but already full from the amount of food we tried.

Their Korean hot dishes are good. There are many choice of meats for Barbecue. but just don’t expect the meats for barbecue are Korean style. I came for Korean barbecue that why it’s not quite meet my expectations. Overall, their food is nice.

We went there and first of all the guy of the reception was just charging money without even explain what we need to do. Food: not that good quality in comparison of the price , was just 1 option of chicken Crispy and we were waiting for 30 min to get more cakes because was empty , the ice cream was so basic and cheap quality . The rules are so strict there and we couldn’t even enjoy because we were feeling pressure. Atmosphere: so busy and noisy , not a enjoyable ambient We were so exited to get there but wasn’t a good experience, definitely I wouldn’t come back. PD: we just enjoyed the egg fried rice , paying £70 pounds just for that ….

It's nice, But due to the barbecue, the air in the restaurant was full of smoke.

It is exactly what you want from an all you can eat BBQ place. The meat itself is of great quality and has its array of chicken, pork, prawn, squid, beef and has mushrooms and onions if you fancy grilling some of those to go alongside your meats. Decent selection of sushi and dumplings to scallion pancakes and pickled vegetables like kimchi and pickled radish. I wouldn't recommend if you're vegetarian, but they do offer options like soft tofu and vegetarian dumplings and soups. Desert is lacking but it's ok because the main idea is to fill up on BBQ. They offer bottled water but also have tap water jugs you can take for the table. They regularly change the hotplates to make sure they place doesn't smoke up and with everyone grilling and chatting it makes for a great hour and a half challenge. There is a £10 charge for food wastage so don't be too greedy.

Had a booking for cousins birthday we drove there for over an hour and was turned away even though we were in the line for ages. Staff were rude and abrupt and no customer service

This is not a Korean experience. Dirty place. Small a old restaurant who is never been cleaned. The toilets are more horrible then public toilets in Asia or Africa. Non of people who was there spoke Korean. Too expensive for the food what is not properly prepared. The sweets are just a Korean biscuit cut in 4 pieces (shame). How is possible to come at 6 PM when they open and on the floor under the table to find food from last time when was open? Means they don't clean. I will never come again. The guy who invite me to table give me impressions that he was interested on my pin from my card when I do payment (no privacy). Hope the owners of this restaurant see this comments and do some change. I 'm so disappointed because I drove 166 miles from Manchester to get at this restaurant for nothing. Just lost my money and time.

Great food and prices. Ideal place for a party or celebration.

As others have said the seating system is chaotic, stressful and confusing. If you are not a regular there is no way of knowing that there is a mass changeover at the time booked and so what you have is lots of people pushing to the front as they have 'a reservation'. Seated 15 minutes late and rather cramped when finally at the table. Floor filthy. Food was okay and it is a good experience cooking protein oneself at the table. However I feel it is extremely expensive for what it is and there is certainly a canteen feel to it all. Decent experience, if pricey, but wouldn't go back.

My friends and I drove nearly 2 hours to come here after seeing it on TikTok. I think it’s a little over hyped, nothing special. I guess the buffet element is appealing but other than that I’ve had better food elsewhere. Good value for money though, but ultimately not worth the journey.

As someone who loves Korean food but hasn't had the privilege of enjoying it in Korea, this place gives me an opportunity to still enjoy Korean food in London. It's absolutely worth it, the food, the atmosphere and the vibes. Go there and won't regret it. I have never seen a buffet with so many options.

We booked a table for 10 yesterday for my girlfriend’s birthday. We came from far so we were 15mins late to our booking. But we let them know in advance. They were not very accommodating. We were not told that we would need to pay up front upon entering so one of our guests who arrived earlier had to cover it first. The receptionist also was very condescending when we asked what time we had to finish. In addition, we ordered some drinks, we waited 15 minutes before following it up with the waitress in which she denied receiving that order, one of us had to stand up and approached a different waiter to check in order to get our drinks. This was very disappointing and we believe that the staff needs to communicate with each other more effectively and if they are overwhelmed with customers they should employ more. Aside from that, the restaurant does good food and the atmosphere was decent for a buffet. A bigger space may help but I believe their service staff needs to improve on their customer service and accommodation towards their guests.

Was seated at 9:15, they started taking away the food at 10. You only get 90 minutes to eat as much as you like but we couldn’t even do that because they took all the food away and started packing for closing time. We didn’t get our foods worth at all - they didn’t give us the option to eat after 10. Not really a buffet if you come at this time. We’re owed an hour to be honest.

Very poor service (no service at all) given the price... The separate charge for drinks was also rediculous. Totally ruined my birthday. Not recommended if you're celebrating with your friends or family. I'll never come back again

Such a great place and concept. You pay by stomach or person size and eat as much as you like on the grill on your table. Great staff, good cheapish cuts of meat to sizzle on the grill, delicious rice and lots of pickles to add. One top tip - don’t wear your favourite clothes unless you like the smell of the grill when you get home. I shall return!

If you want Korean style food this is a great restaurant to visit. We have Korean visitors and they are very happy to go to this restaurant due to the amount they can eat and the choice. For people who have not tried Korean cuisine, it's a great introduction as you get to see the food vs having to choose from a menu. Cooking the food on the Korean BBQ hot plates is always fun. The food looks very fresh and doesn't last long so make sure you book and/or arrive on time! The staff quietly work in the background changing the BBQ hot plates, adding more food and providing drinks and cutlery. The manager has always been very accommodating to us especially if we have a large group.

Had got a great service a few times but today was thrown together. Wings were half covered. Burgers were flat and tasteless. Never again.

Totally disappointed. This wasn't the KTowm that I used to know. Not sure if they're under new management. But they need to sort out their booking and/or entry system. If they would want to let the online bookings in first, they should at least communicate to other customers that they are strictly online bookings only and not let people queue outside with the staff yelling like a hawker to form different queues for bookings & non-bookings. I don't know, like a poster by the door so people will see right away? Their new system now is to pay before getting seated, which doesn't make sense if they start the 90-minute time as soon as we step inside which would take at least 5-10 mins if a group of people would want to decide on whether or not they want the add-ons like the drinks or the lettuce. So then of course they will rush the group to be seated because there's two different queues outside. So if you didn't pay on entry, they will come to your table and ask if your group is ready to pay. While your group is eating. So it's pay on entry, pay whilst eating and then pay for add-ons before leaving? Also, the 90-minute time is no longer accurate due to the wasted 5-10 mins on the entry, but they will still do the 15-minute reminder based on your booking. Make it make sense. And then as your group leaves, obviously another batch of customers are coming in, trying to pay before getting seated, thereby blocking the way for the outgoing customers. It used to be worth the travel to get good Korean BBQ. Not anymore.

Overall, our dining experience at the restaurant was delightful, with exceptional food. However, the restaurant has strict timing policies. Despite arriving promptly at 6 p.m., we spent around 10 minutes on payment procedures and only got to start our meal around 6:10 p.m. The restaurant has a 90-minute dining limit, which I anticipated would end by 7:40 p.m. Surprisingly, our time was cut off at exactly 7:30 p.m., which was calculated from our arrival time rather than when we started eating. While I understand the need for time management, it seemed unfair given the nature of the establishment, particularly as Korean BBQ requires cooking time. I recommend extending the dining duration to 120 minutes to allow patrons ample time to enjoy their meal without feeling rushed.

The BEST place to go for Korean BBQ buffet style in London. No place quite like it, wide selection of meat and plenty of side dishes. Only issue is it’s so good you may have to wait in line for a bit due to their popularity, but it’s well worth it!

Great food and good friendly service. Quite expensive overall but the food was plentiful with items replenished regularly and new items bought out at various points. Service was also excellent with the hot plates regularly changed and used plates/ bowls cleared away to make room on the table.

Worse service before even getting there. Gave my mothers Day table away. Got no contact number to contact them as we were stuck in traffic. He points to me that there is an app again, no contact. Need to get your business sorted. My recommendation is to go elsewhere. Response to the owner - no, this is not the first time you have done this. We have known and come to Ktown for 6 years, and each time there is 1, 2 to 3 hour waits for a table. And exactly right it's Mother's Day, and I booked for a good reason. At the point of making the reservation, I put a contact number. Your business doesn't show one. Maybe start there and get one so your customers can contact you. The message said to manage your reservation on the app. Go to the app, and the only button is to cancel, so we shall permanently. Angry put aside, We drove 40 min to you, and we just don't think it's worth it anymore and don't recommend your restaurant.

I have read some negative reviews on here. However I speak as I find and I just love this place. There are various soups, starters and mains to select from. I really like this concept as it allows me to try dishes I might not normally order. However the main reason for visiting is the fresh raw meat and fish which you select and then BBQ at your table. We had chicken, beef, pork, lamb, squid and king prawns. There are various sauces and seasonings. My companion is great at overseeing the actual bbq process. I liked that the staff come and frequently clean the hot plate for you. Okay, so you get 90 minutes at the table, but this is plenty long enough. Tbh there are people that would eat all day, and this is a business after all! I will be visiting again soon. Thank you.

I feel like this place has become a victim of its own success and service is pretty poor now although the food is mostly decent. The last time I visited we were made to sit 5 people on a 4 person table and with only one grill and some non pork eaters that meant we couldn't try any of the pork meats. Also we paid for food in advance and twice during our meal while eating someone came to ask us to to pay for our drinks even though we were told we can pay at the end on entry. That was very rude and is not an acceptable thing to do to any customer, don't disturb a clients meal to harass them for money, its not a normal or polite thing to do. Be prepared to queue on weekends too. Henry, come back and sort your people out please, standards are dropping and people will go elsewhere for better service.

Great self serve kbbq if you’re looking for the ‘buffet’ type. The meats are fresh and some even marinated, with a wide selection of pre cooked meats and side dishes. I didn’t have dessert as I was too full enjoying the main course. The air is a bit more smokey than other kbbq chains but that is due to the large amount of grills available, I can imagine on a quieter day it would be much better. Staff are polite and attentive. No problems, Thank you ~

Wish they could offer more kids food. Other than that, it was a great 👍

Always a good feed at K-Town. The place is set up to churn through sittings but that is understandable given the format. Would recommend and will return.

Some good food with loads of options, from cuts of seasoned meats and fish to sushi and rice and lots of other sides. There was lots of choice but nothing amazing, nothing you couldn’t get elsewhere. Service was definitely lacking. Whilst you serve yourself, staff were just unnecessarily abrupt and rude when it came to sitting down at our table and paying. They were running late so we came back when asked but then they told us if we didn’t take our seat in one minute we would be cancelled. I understand it’s busy and it’s in and out but there’s a nice way to speak to paying customers, and at every opportunity staff were needlessly blunt and impatient.
