Ramen was delicious and service really friendly the only but is that this is airways freezing inside!!!! They should put the heating!!!

I’ve been coming here for a while. Service was a disaster. I waited ages to order and then my ramen took more than 40 minutes. I sat watching Deliveroo order after Deliveroo order pass me by. They should prioritise customers in the restaurants! After 35 minutes I asked where it was. Staff attitude wasn’t great I paid the 12.5 % service charge even though the service was abysmal, but will not return. It’s a shame, as the ramen were very tasty.

went here for dinner on an (early) friday evening the place was not full a guy arrived ahead of us, sat down and moments later his order was taken we were seated......and waited. I even managed to lock eyes with the waitress twice and was ignored Another couple entered, were seated and had their order taken When I told the waitress we are waiting to order as she passed by, she was actually annoyed! The food was alright although one of the entrees never arrived (it was at least taken off the bill) Absolutely awful service. We heard good things about this place from our Japanese friends, but we will never ever return and we will certainly recommend others to avoid Shameful service

After doing our research to find a Ranen that competes with Ipupdo, this play was very recommended. The fact that they only have pork or veg is very disappointing to say the least. The serves was so slow that I even thought it was a self serve, drink took longer than the food. The veg is really not very, but more mushroom and the broth was so thick, that it was horrible and disappointing that they even try to say they are on par with Ipupdo. Why Soy milk with the broth 🤮 Chicken gyoza - horrible and no veg gyoza and just port or chicken. Not a great variety whatsoever and the menu needs rethinking. I will not return for sure.

the service is really good. our server latifah was very attentive and our table chef Mr lobba lobba was amazingly funny. I had a great time here for my mum's birthday.

22 Penton StreetLa primera vez que fuimos a Sanzokuou era justo después de que abrió sus puertas y la comida era buena, con servicio amable y servicial. Por desgracia la segunda visita no fue hasta ese nivel. A pesar de que había muy pocos clientes la comida era muy lento con la cocina y camareros alrededor buscando aburrido. Cuando mi salteados con tofu llegamos, no tenían ninguna tofu, nos quejamos y nos dijeron que algunos dinero sería tomado fuera de la ley. El dueño estaba parado en el bar, pero en ningún momento nos dijo que venir para averiguar qué era el problema y sólo nos ignoraron. Es una pena, ya que me gusta probar y apoyo nueva, pequeñas empresas, pero tienen que ser mejor que esto.

149A Upper StreetEste restaurante informal y barato cerca de Shepherds Bush Green en Goldhawk Road sirve buena comida femenina de la calle. Al lado de una sopa de fideos auténtica cerveza de carne y burbujas té Taiwán están en oferta. Este lugar es una excelente adición a la comida que ofrecen en el oeste de Londres
