Usually we go service is good Last week of November we went , bad customer service, the restaurant was super cold , we were haven a table by toilet door !!!!! Which was really bad smelly , I asked one workers to shut the door his reply to me was this door never meant to be closed . I was like wow really ! I think when the boss is away this is what customers get ! To the attention of you manager

Went there today. Service was terrible staff were very rude and food was NOT tradition afghani food. Taste horrible. And the fish tank under ground absolutely stunk out the whole restaurant. Wouldn't recommend at all..

We booked out the upstairs for my daughter’s party. Their food was absolutely delicious, their service to all my family and friends was 5star. The manager in the southall branch (Ikram) is commendable for making sure everything was served at the right time. Excellent restaurant, 5 stars for their customer service. They were so busy on that day but still gave us their time when asked for anything. 🎉 👏 👏 👏🎉

Ee ordered hole collection chapli kebab portion. My son collected the chapli kebabs and when we reached home it was without naan very poor service for the takeaway. They need to be extra careful and no to waste peoples time. In return we wasted so much time to go back and collect the naan and food was old cold by them. They must compensate people for their mistakes.

We had bad experience of family privacy. I booked separate space some hours before when we set there (upstairs curtain area) the staff used all the different entrance sides to serve us. I have told the waiters but they were doing same all the time. Also, the toilets are dirty even the dryer is not working.

Lovely fish grilled melted in your mouth absolutely Divine. Hmmm the rest of the food was also good, freshly cooked. Served well. Nice ambiance

Fabulous food and outstanding service by two young Indian ladies. Really helpful and attentive. Really enjoyed the sheeryak ice cream and the chicken and lamb dishes.

we went as a family of 13 and from start to finish we had an amazing service. The manager is very friendly and always treats us with respect and goes above and beyond to help us with our order. The food is amazing. The grand platter has a lot of variety and is very tasty, even their mycha(afghani pilau) is a must try. We definitely recommend to go and be served by Hussain. Thank you once again everyone at Karwan.

Their food is incredible, from Chapli Kebab to Mycha(Afghani Pulao). Always fresh. A must try for Afghan food lovers.

I had a terrible experience at their Southall branch. Visited with family (4 person). After ordering the food waited nearly 55 minutes. During that time our neighboring table (10 persons) who arrived after us and their order was taken at least 20 mins after us were served their food. We asked several time about our order and each time we were told 5mins, that lasted for good 20 mins. Fed up with the wait and no sign of our food we left the place.

Went to this restaurant today with my family. The food was not good at all. chicken curry seemed burned it was absolutely awful. We ordered chapel kebab it was burned and the customer service was absolutely ridiculously bad. We waited for green tea for 20 minutes then when we went to ask about the green tea they said it takes time what it took you 20 minutes to make green tea ? Don’t bother going there it’s wast of time and money.

Went to this restaurant on 15 April 2023 . The manager told us to wait so he can give us a table . We waited for 45 min until it was time Iftar [ Ramadan ] . As the guy was about to give us a table , two new customers came in and apparently they were the friends of manager . They whispered between them and our table was given to them and we were told , SORRY NOT TABLE FOR YOU TONIGHT . We left the restaurant hungry , angry and tired . Bought a pizza and went home . Ruined our night . I leave it to you to judge this behaviour. zero respect for people .

The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the meal was full of flavour and delicious. Loved it there 100% recommendation

I really recommend this restaurant, the food is delicious, the prices are not so expensive - the served portions are really huge, very nice service especially Manpreet and Salim. I highly recommend to come and try this Afghan cuisine.

The best Indian food in Southhall. Although is an afgani restaurant but serves all eastern cuisines. So if you are Indian, Pakistani or Afgani or any food lover with spicy foods, head straight to Karajan

Had a take away last nte, ordered rice with lamb shank it was ok, mix grill was awful the only think that was nice form it was the chicken kebab lamb Shish was awful what a waste of money. No chops no wings very boring but way too expensive. The chutney they gave one of them opened up and leaked all over the naan in the bag. The traditional ice cream was nice. Will not go again. Things to improve for the owner 1. Prices too over the top 2. Stop selling the shish it’s crap meat 3. Listen to your customers Good luck

We always come here and get a standard size food but now they’ve started to make the portion too small and charge the same price won’t even give you enough salid before they would give you more salid if needed now they want to charge you £4 for just salid plate rip off and the boss don’t have basic mannee to speak to his customers arrogant behaviour made us very upset will never be coming here again.

My family and I waited around 20 minutes to get a table, as pre-booking was required. It took 1/2 an hour to take our order. The starters were two different sauces and a badly made, small portion of salad. Waiting one and a half hours to receive our food. After, complaining three times. Finally, the food comes although I can say that it wasn't the best food that I have had either, due to the longing time I was furious with the service, to a surprise of finding hair in two of my dishes. Overall, I do not recommend coming to this restaurant at all.

First of all we called to book a table and they only take bookings for the floor seating area which is ridiculous because we ended up waiting for 30mins to get a table, once we got the table it took 20mins for someone to come and take our order, and once the order what placed it took 1 HOUR AND 15 MINS for our food to come out. The food was so cold it felt like it was given to us from a fridge, the meats wasn't cooked fully and the mantu was not how it usually should be, it was rubbery and all of the food was bland. I wasted 2.5 hours of my evening to eat a cold meal in 30mins and leave with the worst experience ever. I'm not usually one to complain, but this was genuinely the worst meal I've ever had and what made it worst was that the staff was rude and unattentive to it's customers.

Great tasking afghan food. excellent customer service, nice and quiet atmosphere. the staff is very friendly. so far the best Afghan food I have tasted in London, I have been to many more restaurants but this one still the best.

We went to this restaurant thinking it was the Lahori Karahi, but it had changed to the Karwan (Afghan food). I have eaten in a lot of Afghan places, so was expecting some good fare.
