Kash 22 in Cheshire West and Chester

Love this place. Paddy has done a Stellar job with it. Fantastic live music, delicious beverages both alcoholic and non. Kept secure by proper smart bouncers. It's one of the best spots in the North West! Mines a White Russian please Paddy!

Great place x excellent atmosphere

Usually love a bar with live music however I wasn't impressed by this one. This bar seems to have a real problem with drug use. It makes no sense for a bar with bouncers to tolerate this sort of behaviour.

Great venue for live music, can get very packed. Went to see a local artist Wilko who was absolutely brilliant and highly recommended. Only had a drink but I can't comment on the food.

Been into Kash 22 several times. The best for cocktails and vibes in frodsham! Recommend the hotdogs and Alabama shakes 10/10!! Jamie is delightful, Can’t wait to come back!

The best comfort food ever. Family night out with no particular feelings about what to eat. We decided to visit Kash and as usual, everything was perfect. Amazing food served by helpful and attentive staff. You could not ask for more. If you haven’t visited yet. you are missing out.

Great atmosphere, great music and amazing food. I had the Sunday Roast which was all top quality and plenty of it and my girlfriend had the best nachos either of us had ever tried. Definitely recommend.

Awesome place to chill with your mates having a beer and just as good to eat 😁. Great venue for live music so don't plan a romantic meal when a band is on. Staff are very attentive, just ask as nothing is too much trouble.

Had a table booked for 5 on a Saturday to soak up a few pints of the black stuff that had already been consumed. Everything was super, the food, service, wine, ale and the acoustic guitar fella was top notch too. Recommend the loaded fries with chilli and cheese, but everyone in our group was happy with their food. Would come back here and it is great for Frodsham to have a place like Kash 22. Some people will not like it, but it was perfect for us. We will be back when up to see our friend Debbie.

Rang for a table whilst the live music was playing on Saturday at 5pm. Amazing table service and amazing atmosphere. We were placed at the rear of the venue as we had children. This was really thoughtful, as the music was playing at the front and was therefore not too loud. I did appreciate this. The food was gorgeous and the children finished an adults portion, albeit stuffed. We will absolutely go back again. Thanks for a brilliant afternoon.

Me and my wife went for dinner, looked at the new menu and thought 'brilliant new choices' however the burger I had 'kash stack' was like a rubber boot, dry no seasoning bland. Told the waiter 'if you can call him that' did nothing. Got the bill, said I left half the burger but got charged full price, his response was..... (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR) I didn't want it free just a discount as it was not up usual standard, asked for the manger and he was as useful the rubber burger pointless! Forgot he apologised for the waiters attitude. But still not what we expected. Very disappointed. Won't be eating there again. Shame 😟

Coctails beer wine live music great atmosphere a true gem of a pub plus a fantastic menu. The staff are a fantastic bunch realy pleasant and helpful paddy is the boss and is loved by all his regulars he sings with his band every now and again called EL MISTY...🤗 The menu is very good serving excellent burgers and fantastic steaks Sunday lunch is a good favourite.😊 they have a fantastic show of beers wines and spirits 🥂🥃🥤🧋🧃🧉🧊🍺🍹🍸🍷🍾☕️🍽🥧🍰 You must visit when the live bands are playing paddy gets in some amazing gigs.. I definitely will recommend this bar for meals and drinks a massive thumbs up 👍I will be returning soon hope to see you there too.😃🤪😜😘🤑there's also a fantastic outside drinking area with toilets 🤗🤑🥳🤠

Just been to Kash with there updated menu and the food and service was unreal, the staff are extremely polite and extremely helpful, had the jerk chicken curry and the it was unreal. The rice was soft and the flavour of the chicken curry was amazing, would fully recommend it

Great food. We had a lovely Sunday roast with all the Family, for my husband's birthday. And the nachos are the best. Attentive and friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble. He had a lovely birthday. Thank you to the team at Kash.

This place does the most amazing food at a very reasonable price, we don’t live in Frodsham but when we are camping we always go down town to this little gem of a place

Only popped in for a drink before getting a takeaway. Place was packed, really good vibe, great vocalist performing. KASH 22 is alway a great experience. Worth a visit

Disappointed that the menu has changed and now gives you only two options to eat between either a burger or a hot dog. Doubt I will be coming back as certain items on the old menu were the main reason for me and my family always returning

Today we went for a drink and ended up having Sunday lunch To say I was surprised is an understatement My son in law and I had lamb my daughter had pork The meat the roasties the Yorkshires and the vegetables were just bloody delicious I really did not expect the quality and delicious meal we had but it was lush and I would absolutely recommend it

Went for lunch at 12.30 on a sunday. The place was pretty much full by 12.45. We all had burgers and fries and they were all excellent. Superb selection of cask, keg and bottled beers as well as John Smiths smoothflow. Really friendly and attentive staff. Would recommend.

One of my favourite pubs in Frodsham. The food is top quality pub grub. The staff make you feel very welcome and extremely helpful. If you like spicy food, I would recommend you try the hot doggy dog. It will test your taste buds!

Good live music,.busy and buzzing. Does take a while to get served at the bar due to how busy it is. Would recommend though.

Really nice pub! Food was realky tasty. Had a burger and chips. Service was a little slow but only a couple if staff and it was busy. No big deal at all. Staff were very helpful ansd friendly. Decor was amazing, lots of memorabilia and photos. Parking is fine really close by. Decent music too. May have been a little loud but maybe im getting old, lol. Good tunes though, proper music!

Yes! YES!! YES!!!! Single female traveller looking for a good pint, some good grub and a little entertainment. I'd tried the other pubs in the area, which were sub-par compared to this place. Kash 22 is the place to go! Everything, customer service, food, drinks were GREAT. I got everything I wanted and needed all in the one spot. If you are in the area, this is the place to go.

Staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The food was great, didn't wait too long either. The atmosphere was good, nice and chilled out for a Wednesday night but I can imagine on a busier night it has an even better atmosphere.

Great atmosphere facilitated by the owner and the staff. We've been here a few times and it's always a good time. The food is incredible and there's live music to dance to. Best place in Frodsham by far.

Been in here before. A live music venue that sells real ale and good food. Paulicarus had a bitter fron Hawkeshead and a Pale Ale from 7 Brothers. Went outside up to the beer garden. A little shabby but clean; incl 2 unisex toilets. Had chicken jerk x 3 and a beef chilli plus chips 3 ways. All good.

My first visit yesterday for something to eat and can only echo the great reviews previously shared. Great energy to the place and despite being really busy they were still very attentive to the table service. Food was delicious (skin on chips some of the best I've ever had) and can't wait to go back and try more of the menu

We had a great night for food and drinks last Friday. After a shakey start with a drunk table next to us, the management and Paddy were fantastic in dealing with the situation and making us feel welcomed. I’m glad we stayed for a good time capped off with a live band.

Met up with a friend in midweek, we picked Kash 22 due to the TA ratings & so glad we did. Staff great, excellent menu with veggie/vegan options offering good value & food was brilliant. Good atmosphere even though neither of us was drinking that night. Would definitely go again & recommend.

We joined our friends for a birthday treat. I was a little concerned as I have recently become intolerant to possibly wheat and /or gluten. I rang ahead and spoke to Paddy who was so lovely. He said there was a lot on the menu that I’d be able to have and that all burgers were gluten free and would ask a colleague to purchase some gluten barms, should I wish to have a burger. On the evening he was really helpful in explaining what was what, on the menu, that would be ok for me. He was so kind and made the experience one of ease as opposed to my usual embarrassment. I had cheesy chips and a burger with cheese, bacon and an onion ring. It was beautiful! We will certainly make Kash one of our go to destinations for tea. (Paddy has supported Frodsham people so well throughout the lockdowns and personally gone out of his way, and his pocket to help others. I wanted to take the opportunity to mention this also, at the review!) don’t hesitate to go to Kash 22 for a drink and your tea x x x

I can't say enough good things about Kash 22. It feels like home. Paddy and bar staff are amazing and I always feel welcome. Food is delicious and drink choices are great. Cool, funky decor, which is very personal. Service is absolutely spot on. Covid friendly and felt very safe. Jam jar cocktails, burritos and wings my favorite. The Kash boys have done so much throughout lock down too - helping the vulnerable with nutritious meals for free. They deserve so much credit. The live bands were amazing when music was allowed, I just hope we can start going back to normal again because the vibe in this place when it is full is the best. Booked ahead, arrived early but table was still ready for us. You don't have to book a table but with the current climate its probably best, so you definitely get one, even if only drinking as you can't stand around the bar.You could order at bar but there was table service, which is great. Ordered our drinks and food and settled in.Food was quick. Was hot and looked delicious. All burgers come with a side of chips. The burgers are quite big, definitely worth the price. Drinks are priced the same as others in the area. They have a good selection.Staff were attentive and quick with drink orders even though the place was pretty full.

Went out with friends for some food and this place did not disappoint. The food was delicious!!! We didn’t wait long and it was hot the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.....

Amazing burger! I can honestly say that after years of searching for the perfect gourmet burger in restaurants all over the world I think I found it 2 miles from my door! Fantastic service and craft beers top off a fantastic place to go and eat. Can’t wait for the live music to be back

The food is good from a fairly basic menu. The burgers are good as is the beer. Fantastic variety of musical talent most nights.

We ate here on the off-chance as our original choice was closed - how glad we were about that! We;d been here several times before for drinks, the live music and the atmosphere and have always been really pleased with the service and the atmosphere. Now we know that the food matches that! The choice of food is immense and looking round at others who were eating it looked really tasty. We both opted for burgers with Cajun chips. the portion sizes were incredible! As lovely as it was, neither of us could manage to finish our meals. It's a busy place, full of character with a great atmosphere and a fabulous mix of people. The staff are really friendly and attentive without being invasive, a great bunch!We can't wait to go back to try some of the other dishes!

Went early Saturday nite with work friends unbelievably busy at 4.30 ordered some food which was great nachos with pulled pork, cocktails were amazing and so was the band that was playing great place would highly recommend

I have been going to Kash for quite a while now as its been a good venue for live music as they have bands playing on a regular basis. As the girlfriend has now moved to Frodsham and is in striking distance of Kash its always on our radar to drop in for a quick snifter as we did around the Christmas period. We had a very enjoyable and entertaining New year's celebration in there. Every time we go in it always feels good and we can relax in there too. A good live music venue, a good place to just bivouac and if you fancy a burger/hot dog or a steak then you can mix it up with a meal there too. Its always busy and I don't see a time when we don't drop in for a drink etc. Bravo Kash 22 bravo.

Another visit confirmed amazing burgers! Service from Robbie great and cocktails in jam jars a real treat. To top it all music is fantastic, great bands and an enthusiastic audience makes it a great night out. Tip if you’re eating at weekend ask for a table middle/back as front tables do get a bit squashed by people at the bar,Would definitely recommend.

After travelling all day and wanting somewhere to have a nice tea where you don’t need to get all dressed up so stopped off here and it was a good choice. I had the jerk chicken and my partner had the bacon and cheeseburger. He got defeated by the chunky chips, portion sizes are very generous and the food is very tasty! Thank you

We have visited Kash 22 three or four times since my initial review last August. Yesterday six friends & family attended to celebrate a birthday. We had food across the range from Sunday roast, burgers, and Mexican. Personally I had Sirloin steak which was excellent as was the accompanying salad etc. Below I repeat my review of 2018, comments of which still fully apply....
