Total chaos. Staff very disorganised. Waited for almost an hour. I got told he's making the order now. Meanwhile he's busy with delivery orders. All we ordered was 4 flavours of ONE SCOOP of ice cream. How long does it take to put One scoop in a container . Messed up our order and ice cream given tasted very bad.TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!

Fabulous evening out with friends, have wonderful experience at kaspa’s. The milkshakes were absolutely delicious and tasty. Ask for usman who is incredibly helpful in providing information about menu. Overall it was a happy and pleasant experience! Would be coming and ordering again very soon!

Food is very delicious, especially kunafa crepe and pistachio milk shake must and should try . Employees are very good . They are asking everything very politely serving food with goodness and hygiene. If we want more sweet we can tell them before making our food then they will prepare according our taste meets.

Kaspas Watford is a fantastic spot for anyone with a sweet tooth! The variety on their menu is incredible—so many waffles, crepes, sundaes, and milkshakes to choose from, all beautifully presented. The desserts are rich, flavorful, and well worth the price. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, perfect for a treat with friends or family. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy times. My personal favorite is the new fettuccine crepe Highly recommend if you’re in Watford and craving something indulgent. Can’t wait to visit again!

I got a late-night takeout gluten free carrot cake and an ice cream at Kaspa's in Watford. I appreciated that there were two gluten free cakes (carrot cake and sticky toffee pudding), and vegan/ vegetarian ice cream options. The service was great. The server made an effort to take out the allergy chart and talk me through which options were safe, and the measures she would take to safely heat up my order. Unfortunately, the desserts themselves really let me down. The ice cream was good, not great. As for the carrot cake, it simply did not taste nice at all. It looked promising, so I was very disappointed! Kaspa's is open late, and the service is good, so I wanted to like it. I'm sad to say I found the product itself lacklustre.

For a dessert shop with a good vibe, this was the one. We bought some cookie dough and ice cream and a few waffles too and the serving quantity to price ratio was very, very good. The least I can say is I was extremely happy with the amount I got for what I paid for! The environment when I was sat there was very good too! It wasn't the busiest place which meant us as friends could actually hear each other talk AND it also wasn't the quietest which means there was no awkward silence at all and no worrying that other people could listen into our conversation. Staff were amazing, holding good customer service and leaving smiles on our faces. I would come here every single day if i had the money

Great evening for a late dessert treat for my daughters birthday 🎂. They put her candles in her dessert and played Happy birthday to her . Lovely evening and very friendly staff. Desserts very generous I think most of us could of shared one between two if us . But very tasty .

I went for late night dessert on Sunday night and I loved this place. There aren’t many places that are open on late Sunday night. Delicious bubble tea and brownie mess. Strongly recommend if you are looking for yummy desserts

It was worst experience as the were not even working as we had ordered and it had been 15 minutes and asked when our shakes will be ready to realise they had just started after we asked. Also the staff were really rude to us

This was the worst experience possible the staff members were very rude and when we ordered takeaway which was in their system they still had to ask us and other members of staff. Another point to make is that they were not making our drinks as it was very empty and we had to complain for them to start

It was for my Sons Birthday I ordered Ferrero Waffles and Cookie Dough... specifically mentioned no peanuts and extra choclate sauce..the guy who was serving me was eating while taking the order.. even though I clearly mentioned no peanuts the order was not taken properly. The waffles was so badly prepared that you don't even feel like eating..with peanuts on it ..and no Ferrero. Been eating this place for years and the quality has gone down completely. The cookie dough was prepared as if it was just for 1 bite....and they charged £8.45 approx for that little quantity... Very Disappointing service and quantity for the money they charge

Disappointed, ordered from here few times via Just Eat, last order was complete mess with items missing (issue with Kaspas staff not sending ordered items). I rang for remaining missed items told nothing they can do and wouldn't be sending driver to deliver - not going back here again.

Gone downhill since my my first review. How u selling food for take out with no cutlery,napkins . Rude service and have noticed how staff always changing . Use to go here regularly with family but now choose to use all the new spots in town centre . At least they kept up on their service and food quality. This shop probably surviving on uber eats and deliveroo

The restaurant seemed unusually quiet for a Saturday midday visit. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, there was no ice cream on display which they normally have. The youngest member was served last so had to wait an extra 5 minutes to receive their order, leaving them enviously eyeing others enjoying their ice cream. Regrettably, the overall customer service experience was lacking, which was disappointing.

Always delicious deserts , staffs are helpful all the time , just fix the air conditioner it’s been more than a year and they said is not working
