Kazuko in North Hertfordshire

We were here to celebrate grandson's birthday dinner. Restaurant is located on ground floor with wheel access and has own free car park at rear end. Nice road view if you are seated near window. Decor is good with nice seating area. Fully loaded bar. We had hot sake. Udon Noodles are great. Veg/ Non veg Sushi is also great. Food is delivered by robot which is a attraction. In fact robot delivered birthday cake singing Happy birthday song. It was amazing. Better to reserve table for dinner to avoid disappointment.

My friend suggested we visit this restaurant and I was very impressed. I have not experienced Japanese food before and really enjoyed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was great. Will definitely return!

The food in here is delicious. I've knocked a star off for lack of gluten free options and lack of ambience inside. It's really easy to stock up on gluten free soy sauce so there are more options for coeliacs, especially considering the high prices. Otherwise, everything I have eaten is great. I just wish the restaurant was less "canteeny" and more of an inviting place to sit in.
