Really good kebab!! Honestly one of the best Ive ever had. The only negative is that they don’t have garlic sauce

What a joke ordered an XL chicken shwarma and it was tiny, full up of salad and a few strands of chicken, I would like to see the regular size if what I ordered was XL. Don't waste your money here go elsewhere.

Small. Only offered BBQ sauce and chilli sauce. No garlic sauce. Salad was minimal. Chicken ok but minimal portion. Not a proper kebab.

Owner and Staff are exceptionally rude - they charge extra for everything including putting the sauce on the side (!) rather than on the pitta itself. They made us feel really embarassed and stupid. Take your business elsewhere. They also only take cash and they can’t even be polite to customers! Avoid avoid avoid. Also way more expensive than lots of other places in the immediate vicinity.

Posiblemente el peor kebab que he probado en toda mi vida. Pedí un kebab de cordero y pollo pero me dijeron que no estaba permitido, así que pusieron el pollo a un lado. Sin ajo, sin ketchup, de calidad teribble y las patatas fritas estaban empapadas y horribles. Kebab, patatas fritas y lata de vimto era de £ 25! ¡Qué broma!

Please please avoid this place! Was welcomed by a fairly friendly staff member, ordered falafel, large mix shawarma and chips. The shawarma was weighed and happened to be one piece of meat over so that was put back into the pot that had dry shawarma meat. We took our food out and were quite hungry so stuck in. The meat was extremely dry and did not taste good at all. The falafel was burnt black outside and a gunky green inside, chips were also very poor quality. I have don’t give out 1* as I usually just move on, but I want to ensure others don’t waste their money. I went back and gave the food back after two bites we realised it was not worth the health risk and calories for this very bad quality food.

AWFUL!!! Avoid at all costs … only accept cash … I’ll be reporting you … make you walk 10 mins for cash … preordered when I first arrived … then make you order again before you get anything … paid £12 for a large and ended up with a child’s portion

The quality of food is good considering the poor hospitality. There is a lack of enthusiasm, a tendency to feel like a burden, and an option of a staggering 2 sauces. Could be salvaged with better vibes, larger portions, and more sauces.

The worse kebab shop I've ever been too. Weighs the meat. So you don't get hardly any meat. And the young guy that works there as terrible people skills. Stay well clear

Best kebab place in Fulham, you pay a premium but the portions are large and the food is very yummy. I come here when I stumble out of the Durrell Arms at 11pm after a few shandies. It always helps with my tummy ache in the morning.

Kebab was very good but the xl kebab cost £13.50 and would barely pass for a small at other kebab shops, very disappointing

Very disappointing portion sizes. The kebab was tasty, but I ordered an XL and it was half the size I would expect based on my experience elsewhere. If that was an XL then the regular must be tiny. The fries were good (both quantity and quality). The baclava was also very tasty, but again a bit light on size. The shop should also move on from accepting cash only and accept card. Particularly in a food service outlet, it's not hygienic for the staff to be constantly switching from handling food to handling cash if it can be avoided.

The best kebab shop in London.. by a mile! Been going there for over 20 years and the standard is unchanged! Simple high quality fresh ingredients served with a smile.. try the lamb shawarma!

“Large” chicken kebab is pathetically small and a total rip off. You need another meal after this.

The worst kebabs ever after,, and it beats Megan's on the green I suppose only just, had a large doner kebab,,, I was so disappointed they heated up the pitta bread filled it with lettuce and onions then put a few slices of cold doner meat then put the kebab on a pair of scales to weigh the kebab hardly any meat in the first place, then they used utensils to take back out half a bit of doner meat then weigh it again then put garlic sauce on,, the cheapest slab of meat to serve to the public not generous at all with their servings , the worst experience of a £10 kebab I won't ever go again,,, anywhere must be better than the worst kebab shop in Fulham to eat I can't believe it has 4 star

Food is good but the staff was so unbelievably rude, I love to give the benefit of the doubt and think “maybe they’re having a bad day” but this guy was next level nasty

I returned here having not been for a long while and it was disappointing. They still do not take card which is absolutely ridiculous in 2024. The lad who has been working there for at least 15 years + (who was always pretty aggy) has become even more miserable and is now borderline rude. If you’re reading this big fella Fulham loves you, don’t be so cross with us all. The portions have also got smaller, they used to weigh the portion sizes but mine must of missed the scales, the Large was a Small/Medium at best. This once was a serious culinary institution, please don’t lose your way Kebab Kid. Check your portion sizes and have a friendly chat with your loyal customers who dare I say may consider ‘696 Mangal’ as the backup.

Dreadful. They were ok at one point, but they now have the stingiest portions I’ve ever seen for a kebab and the quality isn’t good either. Ordered a large (which I’d consider a small anywhere else)… no Mayonnaise or garlic mayonnaise, no tomatoes, or anything but some wilted salad and onion, dire chilli sauce and subpar meat. After this time I’ll never go back. It’s been getting worse and worse as the years go on. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

My favourite kebab shop ever. Kebab kid is a great place to get dinner and I would never go to any over shop. I usually get a medium chicken shawarma and chips which fill me up after a whole day of walking around and not eating all day. The owner of the shop is very nice and the shop is well managed it’s kept very clean and the meat is very tasty. It’s never left out over night like some kebab shops do and it’s not fatty. Personally I feel like the amount of meat they give you is more than enough and the people that say it’s scarce may just be a bit greedy.. this shop is cash only and the chips are also very flavourful so I would definitely recommend coming here. You get what you pay for good quality lean meat which is the reason I will only eat here as you’re not eating fatty cheap meat. Keep up the great work

I asked for a vegetable kebab and they only had salad on offer. No mushrooms/peppers/onion….. responding ‘when do you ever get that in a kebab’’. They also don’t stock garlic sauce. Miserable staff. Would not recommend.

Not the kebab kid I used to know. Menu is limited, overpriced and the staff are rude to be honest. Running off the laurels of their past. This is en route home and certainly will not be stopping there again.

RIP OFF, not a proper kebab. Tiny, accurately weighed sliver of chicken shawarma in a minuscule pitta, no option of garlic sauce ?! Defeats the whole point of a kebab shop which is cheap and plentiful, owner was rude and frankly behaved terribly to both myself and the poor staff he has working for him, place was so bad someone even came in to tell me not to order but it was too late. The Kebab kid was okay. However, we ordered 2 x chicken shish kebabs and 1 x chips. The total was £24 in cash as they do not accept card payments. The shish was healthy and had very little grease which was good but nothing special in my opinion and not seasoned very well. We should have ordered the shawarma instead as its supposed to be really good and we will take a trip back to get one.

Best kebabs in London. Once you've had one from here you won't want one from anywhere else. Still the best but don't go there if you want a swanky shop and atmosphere as its a kebab shop at the end of day and that's what you get plain and simple.

He comido de aquí por más de 30 años y me están perdiendo como un cliente semanal regular ahora, ya que han puesto allí precios demasiado altos y están cobrando casi un cinco por una porción de papas fritas y usted obtiene muy poca carne / rellenos ahora también. El costo de la comida rápida no es justo y estoy sorprendido con ellos por ser tan codiciosos y ahora solo para los ricos cuando están borrachos y ya no para el trabajador normal tristemente.

Now it is VERY OVERPRICED and not for the normal working man or woman nowadays. They've got too big for their boots. I've been a loyal customer for years and years, but that's coming to an end due to their robbing prices now and they're only here for the rich drunks of New Kings Road. Sad. It's a shame.

Really disappointed with Kebab kid. My father took me here 30 years ago and have been coming ever since. The owners really need to take note of the comments on reviews, or I fear it will turn into "just another Kebab shop" in the past 18 months. I would say I have had 1 Kebab, which was outstanding in the last 12 months they have all been average. They need to get back to the old ways before the bad reviews outweigh the good. Chicken has gone from being succulent and well marinated to dry and mundane and the lamb which my wife is partial to has been much fattier or late. It has been a disappointing decline, however, I will continue to drop by when passing and hope the owner heeds the comments and makes this back into the best Kebab shop in SW London.

Best quality kebabs in London. Staff are great and food is consistent. Chips are all handcut & not frozen, meat is lean and tasty, Been a regular here for years now and no other kebabs compare.

Decent quality meat and veg, but the default sauces of bbq and chili sauce were lacklustre. Pricey.

So over-rated. Cheap and friendly staff but god knows how it’s got this much hype. The food was so unseasoned and boring. Really uninventive and the chips were so soggy and wet it’s like they were fried in boiling water.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I have ordered 2 large portions and i have told the lady I want a lot of meat me and my friends we are very hungry. She said yes and after all the waiting I got the food and I saw the potions and they were like an XS in the other kebab. I understand if the food maybe is a high quality but they should say to people the size of the portions are not big as hungry people aspect to have. I will never go back there and any persone i see I will tell them to not go there. All the best

Wanted a diet coke with my kebab, was told they don't serve coke because of Israel !! What the hell nonsense is this? Are they running a business or a political institution. The kids are ruining the business their parents built. Pathetic

I have been coming to kebab kid for approximately 15 years now and I honestly have never had a negative experience. It’s a good, honest, clean alternative to the dirty doners and greasy shawarmas served at most other kebab shops. The meat is ALWAYS lean and gently seasoned, the food is always cooked fresh and the chips are out of this world. The fact they weigh the meat means that you consistently get what you pay for. They only offer two sauces (bbq and chilli) which at first seems quite bizarre, but it actually works, and helps to keep things simple. You know what to expect EVERY TIME. The chips, covered in lots of salt and vinegar are a treat on their own. Service is always efficient, even at peak times. Some staff are friendlier than others, but even the most ‘unfriendly’ members of staff provide a professional and pleasant service every time. One down side is that it’s cash only, however co-op is just along the road with a cash machine inside.

To be honest, i was looking forward to trying this place due to its legendary status and i was thoroughly disappointed. The lamb meat didnt have enough salt, stingy portions for cost and only chilli or bbq sauce options which i found a bit strange. The food took a while to come but we were excited. The food was pricey and didn't taste really good it was rather bland and mcdonalds taste way better and cheaper for the price I don't think it's worth it and the portions are small. It was quite disappointing we ordered chicken nuggets, wrap and a burger.

Oh my heavens - do yourself some serious culinary self-care and visit this place. The shawarma lamb is like having the best Sunday roast in a kebab pitta bread - it's truly lovely. Good value for money too and lovely staff. Just perfect. Cash only though.

I have been going to Kebab Kid for a number of years. I have always found the food to be of good quality. Unfortunately, the young man who seems to be the owner, I have always found incredibly rude! My most recent trip was the final straw. I stopped off with my partner to get a kebab on the way home from London. My partner asked for ‘lots of salt’ on her chips. After having to endure the owners big headed-ness with other customers before us, he then, while we were choosing drinks, proceeded to hold the salt upside down, pouring it on to the chips to the point they were inedible. I will not be going back after this, the quality of the food has always been good but the owner needs to be brought down to earth. Also, the weighing of the meat is absolutely ridiculous. It’s a kebab shop not a prestigious restaurant!!

I travel over an hour each time for kebab kid, one of the absolute best!! Highly recommend, don’t forget to try the baklava too ;)

We bought two XL size döners and we've got literally 2 small portions of döners that weren't even fulfilling for about £10 each, so we ended up getting more food from somewhere else. I was even asking her, is it extra large? She said yes, with a smile. Ridiculous. We never ever gonna go back there.

I ordered an extra large kebab anticipating an extra large portion. The extra large was a medium by any normal standards. A real shame because I heard great things about Kebab Kid. Greedy owners.

Bought a Large Mixed Shawarma with a side of chips, pitta was cold, dry and a bit stale, meat was dry and flavourless, chips were cold as they were already laying there cooked by the time I walked in, when asking for sauce I was told they only had chilli sauce, no mayo, ketchup, bbq or garlic, a kebab shop without garlic sauce…..seriously? I ate half and left the rest as it was just unpleasantly dry and flavourless, £15 for a shawarma and chips is way overpriced especially for the quality of this one, only good thing was the service, lady was really friendly and always smiling when serving me. Recommendation: Season the meat better and find a way to cook it a way it doesn’t loose all its moisture. Toast the pitta after filling it with the meat and salad to make it nice warm and crispy. Order some sauces so customers have a good selection to choose from. I used to come here a lot 4 years ago and the food was a solid 9/10, don’t know what happened but please go back to your old ways, your food used to be amazing.

This used to be one of the best places for a quality kebab but sadly now a shadow of its former self. Go there if you like a bit of overcooked tough unseasoned lamb on a kebab with only a bit of dry salad and then ask for a bit of tahini or hummus added and you’ll be charged extra. Outrageous! Legendary it used to be with a queue out the door but pass there now and you’d be lucky to see a victim or two parting with their money for something completely forgettable

It was a nice kebab don't get me wrong but I don't think it lived upto the hype. Lamb shawarma was tender and you could see it was a proper shawarma when cooking which was great to see. Salad was average and the pitta was ok. Chilli sauce was spicy. I just don't think it lived up that the hype as since they weight the kebabs, fine for portion control purposes but a bit rubbish from the customer perspective, I think it could have done with some more kebab meat. Also being cash only is a bit of a negative considering the year we are in.

One of the best quick kebabs in London, not your average dirty kebab. Quality meat and I like the chips. Only hot sauce and BBQ is available, however the hot sauce with the lamb is 10/10

So after alot of hype from internet i went to try this place out, what can i say apart from alot of people do not have very good taste buds i reckon. The meat was smothered in hot sauce simply because the meat has no god dam flavour to itself what soever; it is as bland as they come. Nice workers though. Shame about the food.

Always get shiit chips. One time it was re-cooked cold and hard. The other time it was uncooked. Very upset to come back home and then find I can't even eat the chips. Never again will I visit this establishment.

Portion sizes: small, medium, large, and XL. XL portion is smaller than any small portion in any other shop. They gave me a box full of chips, with a Little bit of meat. No salads, I had to come back to ask to add salad or any vegetables. Wasted 10£. Do NOT buy anything there! Rip-off

Was so looking forward to my son sampling Kebab Kids chicken Shawama for the first time after I had enthused how good it was only to be seriously disappointed at the measley amount of chicken in both our Shawama's. Also ordered a side of fries which at best were manky and frankly pretty disgusting and overpriced. I for one will NOT be going back.

Place has gone down a bit since the last time I went. Portion is quite small for the price. Lack of sauce only chilli or bbq. Poor customer service. Meat was dry.
