Kebab Way in Havering

Tonight was my first time using this kebab shop. The kebab meat was grease free, very light and not salty. I'm going to say this is the best kebab I have ever had (They also take card).

Food came late by 30 mins wasn’t given updates and when I called the restaurant he said he wasn’t bothered.

Lamb doner was fresh and delicious. Thanks 5 stars. Will order again

Never ever putting a foot in these greedy, ungrateful and rude staff members!! They're charging double to what your paying elsewhere for the basics, portion sizes are a joke, can easily count each chip and squeeze fat out of the meats 🍖!! No wonder why the country has a major issue with obesity etc.

The food was really greasy. The bread was soaked in oil,dripping. And the chips were very soggy and also soaked in cooking oil.

Food is good but portion size not value for money. But the quality makes up for quantity

I recently ordered home delivery from Kebabway, and the experience was outstanding. The food arrived promptly, still hot and fresh, and the quality was just as great as dining in. The kebabs were perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides, including the bread and sauces, were equally delicious and packed with authentic Turkish flavors. Everything was neatly packed, ensuring the food stayed warm and appetizing. Amazing meats and chicken great quantity

I haven't had such a nice kebab for some time probably the best kebab in 2 years,the chips were very nice too not pale white but had a bit of colour to them .....I will definitely be using this place again despite there being at least 5 kebab shops near me this food far surpassed others

Good food good service very politfull employees

Food was super late then came so cold it’s like it was got out the freezer. Phoned about 6 times chasing order up to be told different stuff from round the corner, busy, driver shortage, traffic (10:55 at night hardly a car about). Very poor service

The worst timing I ever experienced from any take away on the whole of just eat. From the time of placing the order, it’s taken nearly 2 hours for two kebabs. Will never order from the place again. I called the restaurant and the were very relaxed with how long the order had taken. Worse customer service and delivery time. Stay away from the place.

Another lovely meal! We were both satisfied with the delivery and the quality of food! Wouldn’t order from any other kebab shop again! The chicken shish is second to none! 🤩

Time changed twice, called the restaurant and just kept getting told it will be 5 more minutes. Which is probably why half the order was cold!

2.5 stars. Didn't have an option so got rounded off to a 3. Needs vast improvement on pricing, freshness, flavour and portion size. The only way these establishments will change is people let their feelings be known.

The quality of the meat was very poor it was hard and tough chips were undercooked and tasted like a freezer. the pitta was wholemeal didn't ask if we wanted wholemeal pitta. I use to love the food from here but won't be ordering again

The order was delivered late, about 1.5 hours after order and the order was incomplete, one bottle of soft drink not included in the order.

Lamb donner meat tasted foul to which almost tasted like cheese couldn't eat that not fit for human consumption. Would not even let my cat touch that. Dissapointed and will never order from there again.

Great Service, Speedy Delivery And Delicious Food!

Honestly I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. I had ordered a chicken platter and a large portion of chips as I received the order there was hardly any meat and on top of that the large portion of chips were just a handful of chips and as we phoned to complain about the issue they said they send another fresh batch out at 7.20pm and after we phoned again and again same response " we will send it out in 5 mins" but after all of that the order was received at 9pm. Honestly the worst restaurant for customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was abysmal, with long wait times for receiving our food. The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive to our needs, making the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. Additionally, the food quality was subpar, further adding to the disappointment. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Ordered three kebabs new years eve. All three is us fell ill with food poison. Me personally did not recover till 17th January. Will not recommend and will not be going there any time soon.

Unfortunately after 1 hour wait for food delivery the food turned up barely warm and driver sat outside finishing his telephone call before delivering. Usually nice food but this experience has put me off reordering

Meat was under cooked I ordered meat and chips x2 opened up the box to uncooked meat called up to ask them what happened and explained I’m pregnant and can not eat any of it they send they well resend only sent meat for one not 2 and even had little bits of uncooked meat again and same cooked could definitely see the difference. Plus no due to touching uncooked meat chips!!! unable to eat £24 on uncooked meat !!! Don’t go here or order !!!!!

Ordered a 15” pizza for dinner. The food arrived quickly but the quality and taste was disgusting. The dough wasn’t cooked properly and it was extremely salty. Really disappointed with the food.

One of the best Turkish places in Collier Row Romford. Order dinner for 3-4 people , the food was amazing! Arrived still warm, portions are big, delivery person was lovely, and most importantly the food was delicious! Everything was so tasty, will order again!

Great tasting food! Very friendly delivery man!

This is a complete waste of money food cold and not worth the money £14-90 the so called platter was cold and not enough for one l called to complain and they said it isn't a main well l understand that that is why it is a platter a plate to share the dictionary says a large dish well this was small and cold with poor quality food customer service crap at least own up to your poor quality food WE WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN I gave 1 star not even worth that it is in the bin.

Great tasting meat on the skewers, sadly I’ve tasted better doner meat. Pizza is fantastic, American hot 😘staff are very welcoming. Sorry guys need to be honest here. Donor meat could do with more flavouring. Also chips portion could be a little bigger for the price.

Asked for kebab well done sliced thin. I got chunks of undercooked doner. You can tell they sliced the doner raw and then put on a grill.Never ever would I order from here again.

Staff does not listen or don’t understands English. I have customised my order but absolutely nothing what has been requested have been done! That’s one. Secondly the food was disgusting and went strait to the bin. Meat was off, salads were at least few days old. Never again!

I have visited this place a few times & today was the last as my food was cold again. Cold and dry kebab and re-heated chips. I rang to complain, the staff member was rude & unhelpful. Very poorly run business. Advised to stay away. 👎

We've eaten from them before and had a decent experience, but this last order we had from them has disappointed us greatly food items were missing from our order and when we call them they say it's not included in our order and we'd been ordering this stuff for ages, they've changed and it's not been for the good don't buy from here if your getting it delivered, your food will get cold by the time they fix your order. Which they didn't.

This place has really gone down hill. We have ordered from kebab way for about 2 years and used to get quality food delivered at reasonable prices. Not anymore! Kebabs were cold, no chilli or garlic sauces, missing one salad and burger had no cheese. And chips nor cooked . This is not the first time and what makes it worse is the cost has spiralled and the quantity you get has reduced. And all you get when you call to complain is sorry but we are busy. Not Good Enough!!!! We will not be ordering from here ever again.

We ordered kebab usually came with rice this time no rice and they say it doesn't come with rice, I ordered £30 worth of food from them and I got no sauces with my food, you call them up, and say we'll give you extra sauce next time you order I ain't ordering from there ever again. So for any of you thinking about ordering food from them don't, unless you got your own sauce and rice. Or you're eating in there.

Quite disappointed with food for the price I paid. Lamb doner was nice. But chips and falafel wrap not tasty at all..garlic sauce also not good. Wish they could improve so I could have delicious food near my home. Fast delivery tho.

Extremely disappointed with our order. I think this was possibly the worst takeaway we have ever eaten. The chips looks delicious but taste awful. They are hard and chewy. Chicken burger is not a fillet, it is cheap large chicken nugget. The donor meat was hard and chewy too and the nuggets look raw 🤮 avoid!!

Food was amazing, you have to try, best kebab in Collier row sofar, chicken sheesh was full of flavour with Turkish bread and garlic mayo. They have great lunch menue for £5.

Got the leaflet through the door and thought I'll keep that as I may want a takeaway soon, well im glad I did as it was delicious and so worth the money (that wasn't to expensive either) will definitely go again. Portion sizes was brilliant and I feed to big teenagers and a husband, could of done with a few more pots of garlic sauce as it was so nice we ate it to quickly. Overall 100%

Over price rubbish, lamb donner was nice, chicken shish wasn't bad not a lot of it though, chips were undercooked and the saveloy looked like it had been sitting around for a few days, it was all mushy and had a brown tinge to it, it was inedible, I will not be going back here again and I recommend that others don't either!

Ordered twice from here and enjoyed both times. Food was delivered quickly and was still hot. We had the Chef's Special for 2, portion size was good and had lots leftover for the next day. Food was flavourful and juicy, and they provided bread, salad and sauce as well as a rice pudding dessert so basically a full meal so excellent value for money. Will definitely order again, very happy with the service and quality!

We were driving past here tonight and decided to pop in for the first time. I could not fault the service and the quality of the food. But having the fish cooked fresh, I would of thought it would still be hot by the time I drove the five minutes home. After I warmed up the handful of chips and paper thin cod and sat down to eat the food, it was great. Just have something to eat beforehand.

Staff where polite and courteous but the food was not so great. Chips looked divine but they where so hard i could barely chew through them that much so they hurt the ridge of my mouth when attempting to eat them so gave up after the 6th chip and threw them away, the savaloy was no better either... it had no flavour and plenty of bone too. I can honestly say that i wont be getting food from Kebab Way in the near future if ever, a shame really because i have been getting food from there since it first opened under the name Best Kebab several years ago... saying i am disappointed is an understatement

My boyfriend and I ordered from here last night chips were very undercooked, chicken shish was covered in oil, today I’ve been sick multiple of times because of this food! Do not order from here unless you want to get to the point your throwing up yellow liquid like myself!! Can not put anything in my stomach without bringing it straight back up 🤮

I normally get a great kabab from here, I’m really disappointed with the lamb shish I’m pregnant and have been served very under done food hopefully this will not happen again
