DISASTER!!! AVOID AVOID!!! Wish I read all these reviews before going in, absolutely agree with all negative reviews… Starting from service, waiter came to take our order while he was taking on the phone! And told us to wait until he finishes talking… Food: absolute disaster and disgusting.. not fresh just reheated only nice thing was the bread… and for what you get it’s overpriced , and we got sick from it when we got home !!! will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, and won’t ever recommend to anyone .. no wonder it was empty ..

This is the officially the worst place i ate food from. I ordered 2 person plater (which was very small) for a 30 pound. pulao rice was dry like a left over rice from last week and very small portion. Seakh kabab was like a rubber and they just warm them in the oven(if i wanna eat frozen food I will buy from tesco). Chicken was good not juicy from inside but still edible. Overall food was so terrible. The service was alright. I dont care about atmosphere I want my food cooked good thats all matters. Would never recommend it to anyone.

Visited 11/12/2024 - Table of 12 Went there from a recommendation and I can say it was the worst experience we have ever had. They must of changed their chef everything was awful. From the service to the food. We was seated and the restaurant was cold. A little fan heather was switched on to bring some heat and it did no justice. The waiter seemed like he didn’t want to be there. 12 people and gave us 3 menus and 5 plates. Had to get up and get more menus and plates ourselves. When the waiter was bothered to come and take our order we didn’t get our drinks after the food came and even then only half of the drinks turned up and had to ask again. The food was disgusting. Found hair in the chicken pakora and when we told the waiter to took the plate to show the chef and came back saying there is no hair. They removed it expecting us to still eat it. Told him we don’t want it anymore and we will not be paying for it. He finally agreed after debating there’s no hair. The lamb chops were very dry. The dall was watered down. Butter chickens were tasteless. The chicken kharahi was bland. The biryani smelt off. Ordered three potions of chicken nuggets with chips and they bought it out all in one plate when I asked to separate there was actually only two portions had to wait for more to be fried. Left there feeling uncomfortable and uneasy. Later on the night 6 people vomited. 🤮 will never return. Will be contacting environmental health. Disgusting. Avoid

If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would. The food was bland and tasteless. Service was absolutely poor. There was hair on the chicken pakora. And the lamb chops were drier than the Sahara desert. Never returning there ever again! 🫣

Absolutely waste of money Very bad experience I have been going to Kebabish Original for about fourteen years and has absolutely gone down hill and I will not be returning back… Reheated kebabs..Luke warm curry. And when I complained they had the audacity to lie and tell me it was fresh as if I didn’t know what the difference between fresh and reheated food tastes like.

Been going here for years with friends. Food is hot, spicy (depending on what you order) and flavourful. Portions sizes are good for the price which is decent. Nice place to go for a curry.

£14 for small meat curry and one naan. This is a takeaway more than a restaurant. Have to say that’s expensive. Also not that tasty which is the most important thing. Used to be a nice place for good priced food. Think the value is no longer there

Food tastes good. But the price is high in comparison to the quantity. Four people bill came too much but we didn’t order much. Was mostly shocked to see the portion size of the biriani. Whatever not going back again. Earlier it used to be a place for cheaper food. But not anymore.

Had a kebab roll for the first time in a good few years yesterday. What a great choice. The kebab was flavourful and hot, the salad crisp and fresh and the sauces topping it all really brought it all together. £5 in this economy? On fresh tandoori naan. Such a great deal and very enjoyable meal. Have had a few of the curries in the past and they have been good but pricey. I’m glad I remembered the classic kebab roll and managed to get my hands on one. Even more glad that the price hasn’t sky rocketed.

Ordered chicken kebab and ended up very disappointed. The portion size is a bizmal.

Avoid avoid avoid at all costs. First off its ridiculously overpriced for a kebabish and a complete liberty. 2 of us has a mixed grill, baby chicken and 2 glasses off lassi and it came to £52. I don't mind paying good money for good food but this place is a disgrace. Firstly, the service was awful. Our drinks and salad came after the food which took 40 minutes to arrive and the restaurant had only 3 occupied tables. One guy was serving all of them, he was friendly enough but super slow with everything. Don't know why Pakistani restaurants place zero emphasis on good service. Now, the food. Absolutely awful. Everything was super spicy and ruined the flavour. I literally had to rush home and use the loo. It came out quicker then it took the food to hit the table let's just put it that way. Baby chicken was decent but clearly they used the big nandos peri peri sauce bottle from Costco. Mixed grill was awful. The spice levels made it inedible. Chicken wings were slimy, grizzly, hairy and had more skin then meat on them. Everything was so spicy all the meats tasted the same. The best thing about the meal was the tasty lassi but even that was £5 for a small glass. £14 for a jug which is ridiculous. Avoid this place at all cost. Shabby food, laced in nothing but spice and ridiculously overpriced. Will never go back.

THE only original Kebabish left. The others are all franchises. This place still does the authentic chicken donor, and also the other food is totally on point. If you want to try the original kebabish flavours, and what made it so popular then come here. Over the years has become a bit more pricey, but its worth it to be fair.

Absolutely vile, didn’t have half of my portion and end up having an extremely bad stomach after. Wouldn’t recommend even if no where was open in the entire city not only area

Has always been an amazing place to eat!

The grilled chicken is prob the best in town, cooked in a zesty sauce with grilled onion. The actual setting is probably the best I've seen for a kebabish original.Customer Service can be a hit and miss at times, some staff are great while others are permanently miserable.

Just ordered 3 chicken doners, and the chicken was old meat! Tasted bland and felt slimey! Been here several times and normally the chicken is nice and fresh. Very disappointed!

Same kebabish seven kings nothing has changed. When you walk-In they don’t acknowledge you, no hello, no smile after 5 mins, “yes what you want” lol…always been like this. Half chicken is amazing it’s flavoured right i enjoyed, nan breads sometimes nice and soft but sometimes it’s burnt/hard it’s a hit n miss…sheekh kebab taste like frozen from costco no fresh at all avoid…chicken doner avoid too it’s rubbery and hard 🤮. so yeah only visit this place for its chicken that’s it.

Unfortunately they are under staffed and unable to provide quality service to eat-in customers. The serving size are too small and don’t match the price being charged. On a previous visit we had ordered “chicken curry” but this time we ordered “Lahori chicken karahi” . Both the dishes tasted and looked the same. Upon enquiring, the staff told that the same recipe is served when chicken curry or chicken Karahi is requested because many customers don’t know the difference between the two. I am not happy with the dine-in experience and would not like to visit there in future

Asked for lemon & herb flavour got given spicy. When I told the waiter to change it, he washed the chicken and served my 6 year old daughter. Rude staff demand full money even for the washed chicken. Report this restaurant to Trading Standards. Poor food quality. Avoid just go elsewhere

Empty when I got there for lunch and should have taken the hint! Ordered a Chicken Tikka roll for which I was charged £10.50 yes - £10.50 (most Kebabish’s it is between £5-£7 and anothe £1.50 for a can of sprite… where do this kebabish think they are located Mayfair. The food was okay but not at that price and the service was no -existent! I would avoid.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent dining experience I had at your establishment. My girlfriend and I ordered a kebab, and unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. Not only was the overall quality subpar, but to our dismay, we discovered uncooked rice in the kebab. This not only made the dish inedible but also resulted in a distressing incident where I bit into the uncooked rice, causing discomfort and pain to my tooth. Such a lapse in food quality is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to the well-being of your customers. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future, we were expected to at least get a discount or refund, the woman working there didnt look like she cared as well as the other man just laughed might suggest you start training your staff properly as this is unacceptable. I expect a swift and satisfactory resolution to this issue.

Absolutely fuming with my visit today sat down with my wife and baby, Went to order a single kebab roll with chips for me and my wife i was told that i cant order that unless its for takeaway. What kind of joke rule is that i cant eat something on the menu in the shop. As you can imagine i left immediately. It is unacceptable, do not waste your time at this branch never had this issue at any other kebabish.

Went in as have free evening parking opposite. Large well laid out seating area We had onion bhaji, fish Kebab, bhindi, fish curry, pilau rice All were very tasty and the fish portions were very generous. A nice reasonable price. Service was good and as not many in the food came out reasonably quickly. Judy quick enough for freshly cooked food. A very pleasant evening

Wonderful service, staff are attentive to customer needs. Food fantastic as usual. The lovely lady at the counter deserves a special mention as she went the extra mile for me picking up food to take to my mother in hospital.

Have been coming to this place for 20 year, first time back in a couple of years, was very disappointing, the many dish we ordered were so poor. Not somewhere I will ever be going back to.

I paid £20 for a Chicken Karachi, but I received a regular curry instead. When I contacted them, they insisted that this was the correct order. It's important to be cautious before placing an order and ensure you're getting value for your money. The staff at the shop seemed disinterested and unhelpful, which was disappointing.

Ordered 3 takeaway Kebab roles. The food was nice and kebabs were spicy as well as juicy. Real other reviews re other foods on the menu and the service, but a takeaway and cost it was reasonable.

ordered a chicken Biryani £9.99 portion was small and few pieces of chicken on plate , had a kebab roll £4, this was the worst in town , it tasted full of mixed spice I had to literally bin it, I'm.not going back there again.

Pop in with a friend and we only order 2 double kebab roll in naab bread with chilli and mint sauce. Unfortunately no pictures to show but I can say enjoy very much and would recommend people to try out you won't be disappointed.

Wouldn’t go again, food was very standard. Spent around £35 for 2 people. Went for the platter for 2 with two drinks. I went around 10.30pm and the food didnt not taste fresh. Their sauce was nice though but thats all ill rate them for. Waitor there was very nice, hard working individual. Thank you sir.

I went in on a Friday for Haleem thinking it's the weekend and it's made fresh. They had me waiting 1 hour whilst it defrosts!! Everytime I asked why its taking so long they continously avoided to answer the question.

Way too expensive and not worth the price, better options available in the area for half the price.

Terrible service, will no longer return here unfortunately after being my main go to. Spent near £30 on a takeaway and asked for a tub of chilli sauce for each of the kebab rolls and chicken tikka rolls that I had ordered - only to be refused. Tried to reason with the guy but was told there’s enough chilli sauce in the box already. Was surprised as this has never happened before and have always happily been given a tub of chilli sauce per meal each and every time. Unfortunately kebab roll ended up being on the dry side when I got home.

Great little restaurant on high road. Parking facilities opposite the restaurant and free on side roads after 6:30pm. Good clean and nice decor inside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We came with 5 people for iftar. The staff offered us some dates and pakora with sauce snd salad and rose water drink to break fast. We then left to go to the mosque and came back after half an hour for our main platter food. The platter was a large generous amount of chops, kebabs, chicken tikka, wings, biryani rice, shawarma chicken, meat cubes and tandoori chicken. The food was hot, tasty and fresh. Food came with salad and sauces. Staff top up sauces as required. We got water and ordered mango lassi for drinks. The mango lassi was tasty but a bit thick for some of us. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. Toilets were clean with hand wash etc. The price per person was fair for what we were offered and received. The waiter who served us was very friendly, caring and very co-operative. A nice local place with lots of variety of food to try inside or takeaway.

Just ate here this evening. Would not recommend, the waitress didn’t explain the menu properly and we ended up with food we didn’t want to eat. Lamb karahi was cheap lamb meat with a lot of fat. Ordered chicken nuggets for the kids, was expecting a meal but it was just nuggets no chips. Coke cans over priced for a local restaurant, £1.50! Water glasses were more of a shot glass. Chicken was over cooked, only thing I enjoyed was the buttered naan. I will definitely not return!

Great customer service. I ordered online and received my food really fast, the naan was fresh as well as the karay gosht, I love this restaurant and highly recommend. Been coming here for over 15 years and never have they once failed to deliver, definitely thrill of the grill 🔥

Just bought full chicken and naan. Naan was chewy and hard, may be cooked hours ago. Not satisfied with the food.

Been going here for years absolutely love the food they serve tasty and flavourful. Even travelled 30 mins just to go and get it. Highly recommended

Absolute useless staff. They have no clue what they are doing can't follow simple instructions and then they don't accept when they are wrong. Stay away unless you want to be disappointed and get absolutely 0 customer service. Never ordering here again. Stupid staff that's all I can say.

Everything at this place tastes great, specially Lamb karahi and grilled chicken. We had a dinner for 20 people and everyone loved it.

There's no passion in what they do. No love. All the curries look and taste dull. Has no flavour. They can't even do a lamb samosa right. What the hell has happened to these chefs??? Lamb samosa use to have Juicy spiced keema with lots of sweet onions chilli, cumin and dhaniya. The ones they serve are pastry filled with sand. To be fair the Kebab with naan and salad is nice. Up the road is Khyber Pass. Now their lamb and chicken Karahi are delicious but very pricey but worth it if you compare with KO and the price of their dishes

I do enjoy KO food. Freshly cooked Grill food you can't go wrong. Their baby chicken and chops are my favourite. Their prices have gone up a fair bit over the past couple of years, however the food quality has not dropped, which is what I like. I would rather pay the extra then the quality dropping. Update 14/08/2020 Unfortunately I've had to drop my stars here from 4 stars to 1. Over the past 2 years the service has gone awful and the management seem to think the customers deserve no respect. I went with a group of 20 and we were served food without any plates on our tables. We requested them and they eventually came whilst starters, mains and Naans were getting cold. Seriously who has to request plates and cutlery, especially after food has been served? We requested drinks with tap water, again tap water is no longer available, although it's not a requirement for them to offer tap water, something they have served in the past and now removed is always a disappointment. I know times are tough but your prices have already gone up which would cover any additional costs, no need to stop offering this service. Sauces had to be requested several times, again in the past something that was usually put on the table from before they served food. We waited about 40-50 mins before food arrived. We had a large group so we understand this could take time, but when the food arrived eventually they served starters, mains and naan all at once. Whilst we were having our starters our mains and especially the naan were going cold! To top it all off, I get the bill and guess what, a new service charge was put on. Again something new! Unfortunately a full disappointment, especially as I had guest with me which left me with a bad impression. A big thumbs down👎 for KO!

Very clean, tidy and beautiful decor restaurant. Customer service was also good. Mix grill was really yummy and delicious. Highly recommended for families and friends.

Bought two chicken kebab rolls and they put a pinch of salad in there as if I was a beggar. Rip off they charge you but they don’t even provide you with the right amount of food.

Kebabs seem to not be pure meat - they’ve changed the recipe and it seems like they’ve substituted the meat with something that has resulted in things being dry. They use to be much better!

Hi,we had really bad experience in seven kings kababish ,the food wasn't really nice and really bad service with kids I have to go and get glass for water and tissues , I never recommend to anyone .

The service was really bad and we had to wait 25 minutes to be served. There were only 3 of us, originally the waiter got the order wrong and then they gave us the wrong food. We ordered at 1.20pm and were finally served at 1.43pm.

I have been going here over many many years it's Still a very good place chickar sholey and the grill chicken are really good chilli and mayo mint sauces are as good as they always were a little on the pricey side for what and where it is but you get what you pay for

23.5.21. Three bro's. Catching up. Hungry! Halal YES. Outdoor seat front of restaurant YES. Quality of food not so great. Total bill for three of us was £53.80 and then they tried charging for service charge on top. To be honest what service charge there wasn't any! Then theirs the sign Cash Only and not informing customers prior on entry until we had to pay for our meal they had informed. To many warning lights... And sounds like entrapment. The food wasn't anything special in taste and in portion compared to other restaurants. Late evening barely any customers around. Toilets not so clean either. Will never be going back there. Sorry no images. This time.

Customer service is terrible! Don't bother wasting your hard earned money here. If you're not Pakistani the server is extremely rude and makes you feel uncomfortable, as well as getting our order wrong despite being repeated back. Overpriced for what the food is. Won't be going back.

Rude staff, arrogant people, food is overpriced which outweighs the taste of the food and would not recommend.

Had bad experience there twice now. Got food poisoning from there both times. First time I thought maybe it was something else I ate but after the second time I’m 100% sure it’s the food they served me.
