It doesn’t give much information about the food when trying to order. Therefore, I judged by the picture it presented the chicken shish. Altough, it wasn’t with rice included. Also, the chicken doner wrap wasn’t very tasty as well as small. The price is very high compared to what you receive.

Portions are really good. The food quality is spot on. Really worth the money

The scampi and chips were hard and tasteless. Maybe I should have had their traditional kebabs! Even the baklava was awful. I will not be going there again.

I have been to kemps on numerous occasions grab a quick takeaway or sat in on a number of occasions and I can only say never fails the lads that work there are absolutely fantastic always smiling pleasant and fill you with a good vibe the young waitress is absolutely amazing and as regards to the food it’s the reason I come back real authentic and how it should be done if I’m going for Turkish there’s only one place to go kemps best in London mr b

unfortunately the delivery driver got lost but he found my flat in the end.

Booked table for 10 @ kempsgrill but they said they had no booking under my name. Service was appalling and food quality and quantity has gone down the hill. Won't be going there again.

This place has gone downhill. It was not as amazing as it was when it first opened. Food portions (we ordered the platter) significantly reduced. Prices increased. Service was terrible. It felt like we were a burden for the waitresses. Almost like they couldn't be bothered. Won't be visiting again. Such a shame as I used to love this place, the quality of food, and the great service. Not anymore.....

Delivery was within time window and still driver apologised for being late! Driver was very polite and the food was fabulous. Delivery much better than Uber and I am switching to use just eat all the time now.

Eaten and had take away a few times and food was lovely but the takeaway tonight was absolutely disgusting the wrong order was delivered it was awful and everything freezing cold called the restaurant and was told to call back in twenty minutes in a rude tone , then called back he said call back again we are busy so called again was passed to two more people who couldn’t understand what we were telling them finally they said would send order again, food arrived wrong again and no chips no doner kebab just crusty cold doner meat half a bit of rock hard bread and some baklava £25 quid wasted will never eat here again whether they’re busy or not don’t be rude as the customers keep your shop going I’m afraid I won’t be ordering or coming in the restaurant again

Bread was missing and why never any onions in the salad? Otherwise as good as ever.

We did not get what we ordered. Lamb ordered and chicken wraps have arrived. Rice very salty. Chicken shish good size. Bread cold and flavourless

Ordered a large Adana only got a medium but got charged for the large.

I ordered as I usually do, but I am unpleasantly surprised to find that the prices have increased but the portions have decreased from what I was getting before. It was my last order...And the cold food also came, the only hot one was the bread.

The food was absolutely delicious!

Chicken shish was very nice, and Adana kebab (minced lamb) was nice too. but for the price what let it down is the tomatoes were mushy, the salad was wet and tasteless, wilted and the bread was cold and difficult to open (actually it didn't open). It had not been warmed up on the grill or anything. I think for the price (dearer than what we're used to) it needed to be perfect.

So delicious and love the free Balavara for dessert.

Is a lovely place to eat or to spend the time with family or friends. The food is very good and the portions are very generous. The most relevant is the hospitality. No matter what you order to eat, there is always a small plate with a selection of starters and bred complimentary from the house. Also, you can get a free desert, very sweet, delicious baclava. Delivery and take away are available, however I always prefer to eat in.

Is ok, just ok for a quick bite. If your taste buds are not fussy, it is worth the money. I can call it a takeaway with sitting area. I've been here on Saturday at lunchtime, for dinner things may be different. Food and service overall os good.

I called this restaurant about a failed delivery they did not care once they had the order. All they said was not “my responsibility” shocking service from rude unhelpful staff. Steer clear of this place if you want decent service

It's very good. Just a little over salty on certain parts of the grilled food. Very good portions. Well cooked. Friendly staff. Decor good. Could do with being a little cleaner although it's a weekend so perhaps just from footfare. Really good spot. Recommended

The food and atmosphere here is amazing. The shish kebabs always hit the spot with the perfect amount of spices and its always cooked to perfection making it nice and juicy. The staff are all great and they know how to deliver an amazing service.

The best Turkish restaurant around Northwood&Pinner. Food was delicious and was so close to meals that I had when I was in Turkiye for holiday. Service was great too, everybody was friendly. Highle recommended!

Nice place to with friends friendly staff

Me and my partner ordered couple lahmacun and lamb doner by uber eat. Lamb doner was way too salted for me to eat. Lahmacun was lack of any meat on it. They also cut the lahmacun in to smallest triangles ruined my dinner. You are not supposed to cut the lahmacun, you roll it instead! I am sharing the photo of the lahmacun so everyone can see there is hardly any meat on it. Its was a waste of £30. I haven't tried the baklavas yet so i cant comment on that. We will never order from this restaurant ever again!

Love this place. The food is consistently good and service is spot on. This has slowly become our favourite jaunt.

The salmon and king prawn meals were delicious, with mixed vegetables instead of salad. Generous portions, colourful, fresh and full of flavour. 3 beautiful dips with warm bread was a bonus. Exceptionally good value. My best Turkish restaurant so far. I highly recommend a visit.

Ordered through uber eats a portion of chicken shish and this is what I get for £11. No rice, a few chicken cubes and 1 hour late.

A nice boutique restaurant. The food is truly great. The portions are satisfying enough, and the appetizers they serve with the meal are very delicious. It's like the flavors in Antep or Hatay. The prices are very good compared to the quality of the flavor. I recommend it..

Ordered a mixed doner. This is the 2nd time in a row where the food quality has been bad. The doner was salty again, not fresh, oily, disgusting to be truthful. What is the point of having a beautiful restaurant but rubbish food????? They need to fix this otherwise they will loose a lot more customers.

The staff is amazing, the receptionist and the chef actually are so kind that even after a confusion with the order from our end we ended up with the meals which we wanted additional getting some exceptional service and food and ofcourse ending on a sweet note with Tiramisu. Highly recommended to visit!

The food at Kemps was really good and flavoursome. The portion sizes were bigger than we were expecting. The only thing that let us down was the humus because it didn't taste fresh at all. It tasted like it was brought ready-made or been sitting in the tub for too long. It has very nice decor and has a comfortable feel to it. In my opinion the food is reasonably priced and you get your moneys worth. Only negative I have is that the waitresses are not really attentive and you constantly need to called over. It would be a better experience if customers are asked a couple of times if everything is ok and if anything is needed. Overall we have a great time and we'd definitely go back again.

Ridiculous & patronising attitude. I made a special request for my wrap to have just extra lettuce & garlic sauce (there wasn’t an option for salad so didn’t know it was served with salad inside) I called them once I placed the order to confirm my special request (as I’m allergic to tomatoes). They confirmed they will do this for me… I have then received my wrap & it seemed like that were taking the mick as I got just meat. They also said that is the only amount they can give me but my partner had a box of salad for his food & his lettuce amount was way more then mine.. Disappointed as I’ve been ordering here & his customer service was rude. Not ordering again as they don’t take customer notes seriously.

We used to order the mixed platter for two (£20 roughly) and the taste and quantity used to be amazing. Now they increased the price which is fine but reduced the quantity too which is a Shame. Last time I ordered, I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the quantity of the food and requested if they could look into it but Nothing! Very disappointed with the portion size….

Amazing place and food! People working there are very friendly and pleasant. All the time my little girl receives some treats from the staff, probably that’s why she always asks me to take her with me even when we are just taking the food for home :)). Always clean all over (restaurant and kitchen). Food is cooked exceptionally. Definitely recommend this place for families and friends!

First time going to this place and impressed by the hospitality. Also quality and quantity of food were worth the price we paid.

Great food with reasonable prices. The 2 of us (men) had a shared doner /meat platter for 1-2 persons for lunch but we only managed to finish 80% of the food. Would recommend.

Is new in the zone and already everybody is talking about this place. I was and I liked...good food, good valory for money spent . I hope they keep like that. Bonus, good Efes.

Was my first time there. Took my mum as it was mother's day and wanted to try something different. Omg cannot fault the place. Everything was excellent. Thank you so much. Will definitely go there again soon 😊

Was really disappointed with the service of the restaurant. They did not have my booking even though I booked online and the ladies that served the food were miserable and not friendly at all. We will not be coming back here. What a let down for my birthday. I won’t recommend this place so save your money for a happier place.

I eat at quite a few Turkish places around London and this is up there especially for the area and surrounding. Only thing I can criticise is the esme salad is lacking
