Just had a lovley meal my self and my husband great service great food .

Had a lovely time when visiting, Natalie and the team were attentive and nothing was too much trouble

Went yesterday evening for dinner with the hubby, food was glorious. All of the team were helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend

A new year visit to the keymastet and again they never let me down. Service was quick and the food was amazing. The lady on the bar, think here name is Lynette, always goes the extra mile to look after me. Won’t be as long for my next visit Thank you

Really shocked with how the evening went visiting this place with the family. Food took ages to come out they brought the adults meals out first and then the kids after 8mins which I believe that the kids meals should have came first. Food wasn't the best either the chicken was pink and the dessert was rock solid they didn't even let it defrost. The lady which we believe was the assistant manager was RUDE we spoken to her and she was like it's busy and we don't have any staff but the pub was actually quiet. Loads of excuses which is wrong. This should have been dealt professionally. Not sure why this place has gone done? Think the team need full training.

I had a really lovely breakfast this morning, was greeted by a very happy Elliott and a lady called Charl served me she was brilliant! Lovely food, lovely staff will definetly be returning!

Had Christmas lunch here today. Outstanding food and service. One of our party was ill and couldn't attend. We were given a refund exempt for the the deposit which was fabulous. Totally unexpected. Key master 🙌 you are fantastic!!

I recently visited for the three course Christmas menu and I was really impressed. I pre-booked the table and my order. When I arrived I was promptly seated to a beautifully laid table by a very friendly member of staff. The food arrived quickly and it was fresh, hot and very good quality. The waiter was friendly, courteous and made sure I was happy and welcome at all times. The portions were large and it was very good value for money. The desert was the best, fresh produce and fruit. It far surpassed my expectations to be honest and probably the best meal I've had at a Hungry Horse pub before. They really went above and beyond to provide a great atmosphere. It was busy and welcoming and this included the bar staff. I'll be booking for next year and can't wait to visit again.

Took over an hour for food to come out and when it did it all came out separately bear in mind we ordered the same meal for 4 of us dirty tables left for the whole time we was there and was still there when we left staff walking past just leaving it sitting on the table won't be coming back place is filthiest hungry horse iv been to

Came for the Breakfast with Santa. It didn't disappoint! Great food and surprise special guest really made my 5 year olds day. Highly recommend and will be looking out for more activities put on by the team here.

Good food and drinks at reasonable prices

I visited the key master on Saturday the 7th of December and i had the most positive experience Ive ever had everything was absolutely perfect the bartender Shannon was very welcoming and very friendly. The food was absolutely amazing i had a mixed which was cooked to perfection. Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the staff as i could see it was busy but they remained very professional and very welcoming

First time trying this pub friday and it was great. The atmosphere was on point, and Shannon the bartender made me feel really welcome. 10/10 will visit again

Come here most Sunday mornings for a full English breakfast, nice and quiet, food hot, fresh and not greasy and hash browns are always crispy. Staff are always nice and friendly.

Had Christmas dinner there, it was appalling, if you like Aunt Bessie's roast potatoes, and frozen vegetables you may enjoy it, the stuffing was rock hard and pigs in blankets were like bullets, definitely won't go there again.

The food here is always spot on, we usually have the 2x Pub Classics for £12.49 which is an amazing offer. My go to is the award winning pie with mash and peas. The pie is always consistent, large size with very soft meat and thick gravy filling. Always lots of offers available and never struggled to get a table. We usually sit 5 people which can be awkward at some pub chains but they have large round tables to cope with this. The drinks are not the cheapest but due to the low cost food available, this is more than acceptable. The place is always very clean and welcoming with no hassle. The wait time for food is always amazing too, never waiting longer than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this place for families and there is also a little play area outside for the kids who like to blow of some steam. Use here at least twice a month for food and will continue to do so. Many thanks

Was here Sunday for a Sunday dinner with my girlfriend it was the first time we’ve ever been out to eat properly, staff was incredibly nice, everywhere was clean I was surprised to see tv screens in some seating booths. Food was just perfect for the price, nice and hot not cold at all wide selection of drinks too would recommend again planning on going next week

Lovely meal this afternoon. Had the Full Monty mixed grill and my boyfriend had the smokin Jack burger. Food was great and service was quic and efficient. Bar staff too were friendly. Will be back again soon.

Me and my husband visited the key master on Sunday,, for a Sunday lunch...!!,, we were told that all that was left was turkey,, which was I'm positive Bernard Mathews turkey roll. It says on the menu,, generous portions of everything,;,; there was a few bits of frazzled vegetables,, roasters were frozen and rock hard,, as was the Yorkshire pud,, we got a spoonful of mash ,,, and a teaspoon of gravy. Will not be going there again.

The staff are always so welcoming and friendly, me and my children visit here most weeks and their kids entertainment and parties they put on are brilliant my kids absolutely love coming to the key masters events and always have a lovely meal while here.

Visited the Key Master Pub recently and had a fantastic experience. The food was excellent – everything was cooked to perfection, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Charl, who served us, was incredibly polite and attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She was especially kind to my son, which added a personal touch to our meal. The warm and welcoming atmosphere, combined with top-notch service, made for a great outing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a friendly spot with great food!

Came for late lunch, everything arrived fast, tasty ,hot and was enjoyed by us both. Service was friendly and helpful assistance given to carry drinks. Thank you we will definitely return.

Visited here with family last night for the first-time. We ordered food and drinks via the app. I ordered scampi and chips and a real ale. I was told no scampi was available and there were no real ales available at all. Nothing to replace what was advertised on the app. So I just opted for a coke. When I later checked my bill I had still been charged for the ale which obviously was a light higher in price to a coke. I questioned my bill and was told a refund would occur over the app. This has not happened. So I've been charged and not refunded for something I didn't receive. I don't understand how an app can advertise things and then you find out from the kitchen they don't have it and same with the beers. I opted for steak after. This was not good either. It was very very dry and it had been reheated. The Jacket potato had been microwaved. So for £10.49 it wasn't very good. This was my first visit here and I'm afraid I wasn't impressed by the food or service received. The staff seemed miserable when they came to the table. Such a shame. I'm afraid I won't be visiting again.

We came for a family dinner tonight 10 of us the food was fabulous and not expensive BUT when our little granddaughters food came out the server basically threw the plate on the table no customer service no smile she was very rude and I said to my family wow she wouldn’t win a competition for customer service so then she marched back out and said that’s because I can hear you !stinking attitude again so I said may you should try smiling and and being polite to your customers at this stage she stormed of again. So my daughter fetched the manager who was very good gave us a free drink to apologise but she had already spoilt the mood of our meal the rest of the staff we great so was management it a shame 1 bad staff member spoilt our night out.

Staff were friendly as always, beer and atmosphere were good as always.. ordered food for a change and wasn't disappointed.. nothing too much trouble for manager or staff

Superb breakfast this morning as usual, always have a friendly welcome from Chris and his team, warm cosy atmosphere, start your day with a good hearty breakfast at a very reasonable price Pop into the Keymaster you won't be disappointed.

Food is decent, although occasionally some portions are a bit small in regards to chips and beans. Service was quick and staff are friendly and polite.

Had mix grill nothing is grilled the chicken is boiled and pale it was like something a dog would eat the waitress looked like she had lost 20 quid had a right face on her the sausages had consistency of a carrier bag no thanks

Had the quadzilla for £14 with fries, buy one get one free on Fridays. The chicken in it was so beautiful, the beef burger was a little dry but we still enjoyed it. Fries were good. I brought a side of Mac&cheese and added it to the burger. The place looked clean . Waitresses were friendly and they accommodate gluten free diets well.

Came here for a meal with my sister's . We have been here before and the food was delicious,but on this occasion it wasn't good. It took ages for them to bring our food out and when it came out it was luke warm had to send it back.

I am absolutely disgusted by the way we have been treated here today. We have ordered 2 meals, and have spent 20 minutes chasing the second meal with multiple servers because of the incompetence of the people who work here who cant bring 2 meals at the same time. We have been fobbed off by multiple people and almost ended up going in the kitchen myself to ask where my food was. This is a poor display of how a pub should be run . You should be ashamed

Staff are great. Good drinks reasonable price. Adriano has been great again. Asking regularly if we need help with anything aswell as checking in frequently

The food is great but the wait time at the bar is a pain sometimes although I appreciate it get busy there is only 1 bar person. Only a suggestion maybe have a stand in during busy times. I visited the Keymaster with my mom for breakfast. My mom had the normal sized breakfast but I opted for the Mega breakfast. I wasn't disappointed, it was huge and more than enough for myself. Charlotte who served us was very pleasant and polite. Thoroughly enjoyed the food here and we will definitely return

Food is cheap, hence why it tastes so bland. There are never enough staff on, so are waiting to be served for a while.

The mixed grill was banging the other day. Was cooked to perfection. I think a member of staff (a manager) Said it was his daughter. It's not very often you order your steak med rare and it arrives medium rare.... Bar staff wise I've gotten to know Leah, she's always very friendly and has a lovely smile that she greets you with and is very hard worker, which is what stands out with her. She is ALWAYS doing something.... Anyway that's it, highly recommende a visit, it's a great pub 👍

Fish chips tasted the fish thinking it was cod , was nothing like it , found out that cod is too expensive for a multi billion profit company hungry horse , to cater to !fancy selling fish not stating what it is !
