KFC in North Down

we went through the drive through and had asked for an item when the girl on the headset simply said “no”.. no elaboration. so then had to ask again when the girl bluntly said “can’t do that.” so then sat in silence for another minute, then had to ask again for why she couldn’t do that to which she eventually told us the options that we had. then we get to the drive through window and were dirty looked by pretty much all the staff, then practically got our things thrown at us when it was ready. anyways overall a very miserable experience and all i have left to say is to the staff and that’s ‘cheer up’.

Huge thank you to everyone at Tom's today! We had our work Christmas lunch with a party of 25. Staff were friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely, cooked really well and great portion sizes. Have been here before in a small group and it was great but there are always some nerves when it's a larger party but we couldn't have asked for better! Thank you 🎄🤦🏻‍♀️

My husband and I called in with his parents. We ordered coffee and were told the coffee machine was broken, so we ordered tea instead. When it eventually came, it was cold. My husband ordered " a couple of plates of the chicken strips ". One plate came. We were told "you only ordered one". We were not impressed and will not be back.

Always have a lovely meal, tasty and well presented. Staff always quick, efficient and polite. Atmosphere is cosy and quirky.

I absolutely love this place! Food is always 10/10 , huge portion size , flavoursome and fresh! I love the burrito box and the beef burgers are out of this world. The people that work there are lovely! Great place and Is my favourite go-to takeaway!
