KFC in Plymouth

As a Christmas treat for the inlaws we said we would pick up tea on the way on our visit. We ordered on line for collection and went through the drive thru to collect our almost 50 quid order. We were at a stand still for around 20 minutes. We were trapped in the queue so I couldn't even turn around and get out. When we finally made the window, we were told there was no gravy! To us the gravy is as important as the chicken. I pulled over so we could go in and sort it and use their loos. I set foot in the door and went head over heels across the deck. The counter staff were neither quick nor helpful. Needless to say I won't offer to take KFC for my Plymouth family again. Worst KFC experience to date. I sincerely hope they were all just having an off day.

This place offers great service,eat in or drive through, plenty of parking.

Rubbish bin in car park was overflowing, tables needed clearing and cleaning, and litter on the floor. Almost didn't stay to eat. The place was quiet, so theres no excuses. Food and service were good .

Just used the drive through what a lovely young lad working today. Very polite and friendly asset to your restaurant 👍

Not great service each time we go unfortunately, hardly get a portion of chips in the takeaway. I counted 11 chips in the bag. That's ridiculous. Staff don't use manners. No straws, forks or serviettes given with takeaway so you will have to ask for them. This isn't a one of, it's happened before but I like to think everyone has an off day but this occurred a number of times so give up with KFC St. Budeaux now. Always quick service though. Never have to wait long.

Used to be my favourite restaurant when it opened 7 years ago. My visit last night was the worst KFC experience in 40 years. I ordered from the screen and took a number for table service. The restaurant was empty. There was a member of staff smoking outside the front door sat on the floor. Two other members of staff were chatting to each other. EVERY TABLE WAS FILTHY. Floors were littered with rubbish and "trodden in" chips. The self cleaning area was overflowing with rubbish. I cleaned a table for myself!

terrible service, lazy staff, dirty and smelly toilets. I repeat very dirty and smelly toilet.

We had to wait sometime to be served. We did not want to use the touch screen. The staff looked and sounded rushed and said they were understaffed for the shift. In the end, we did not make a purchase. My adult special needs daughter was getting very agitated. We drove to the Union St KFC, and found the staff really supportive and helpful. This could have been an odd day for the shop. But, bad management/staffing/shifts patterns should not a affect the customer. Thank you.

requested one burger without cheese and mayo, this didn't happen and the can were put in next to the burgers, so we had warm soda and cold burgers in a bag that split due to condensation

Wrong items, missing items, cold food.. the only good thing was the delivery driver and that has nothing to do with KFC

thought I would pop in there for dinner as I missed my bus to Cornwall, so had time to kill in St Budeaux. Last time I went in there I did not have a good experience (did not feel the food was very good value for money) so said I would not go back again. But changed my mind and decided to give the place another try, better experience this time. Rice box was good, liked it. Will probably go back some time soon.

Long wait in drive thru , but apologised . But again we asked for no mayo as my daughter has allergies and yes we were ignored again . Expensive burger spoilt .

The delivery driver was the best I have ever had, you should be proud he works for you.

Order placed for delivery. The tracking says the driver has been on our street for 40 minutes and still no food! Tried to call the restaurant to ask where our order is and no answer. Never again KFC, never again! Shocking service and it's not cheap either.

Tarik was my driver he was EXTREMELY late the food came cold and I would like a refund my kids are crying because they have cold food the packages was all wet from the rain I do not think this is exceptble !!!!!!

Yet again I have ordered a meal from Kentucky and it’s been missing several items . This time we were missing 3 mini fillets burgers and 3 mini fillets from our bucket meal

Ordered a three piece meal with an extra piece, with sparkling water, extra as corn, what I got was three drumsticks and a unrecognisable chunk of chicken and still water. I suppose they can say three drumsticks are three bits of chicken. Just felt let down. And I feel sorry for the person that cans read the water bottles to know the difference between still and sparkling. The corn had a odd taste and was soft and the gravy wasn’t up to standard it actually tasted like the powder it’s made from

It wasn't busy at 6pm and went straight through the drive through. Be careful on exit as it was my first time got a little confused which way to exit

Always quick service. Never got an order wrong. Difficult to figure out whether they're genuinely arguing or if it's just banter.

Just a soggy mess of a burger , very poor

Good for the drive through, not great for eating in, the toilets are a mess and it's like a youth club. Seems to be the local meeting area which is fine, the teenagers were fine, however seems not enough staff here to cope and then the place is a left a mess.

Absolutely abhorrent service. If you use the self service screens you will get your food after quite a delay. That's the best part. If you try to order anything-even get the attention of the people who work there woe betide you! No eye contact nothing, they will try their damdest to keep talking whilst looking at the holes in the wall waiting for the food to come through. This was my second attempt and I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt but I have never ever witnessed anything like it the sheer arrogance of the staff that work there. If they spoke, made eye contact or at least attempted to at least serve a human instead of treating them with contempt then at least I'd have something to review. I've given 3 stars for the atmosphere though as their atmosphere was awesome- i think, mine was terrible and I'll never go back. You could take a leaf out of marsh mills book. They are awesome and I'll use them from now on.

I'd rather have KFC than MCDONALD'S . I'm not keen on fast food 😒.

delivered the wrong order, no way to contact them. I phoned the person who's order I had so they got there's but I did not get mine. have to wait a couple of days!!!! for them to get back to me

missing fries wrong drinks and a missing drink and driver rang saying couldn't find me then said my address was wrong which it wasn't then refused to bring order to my door. Am a disabled lady on her own asked to ask my neighbour to go get my and kids food. Not happy won't be using again

Finally arrived, the food was cold, the vegan burger was overcooked and was solid like a rock, chips soggy, inedible. Never again will I order from here and KFC should be absolutely ashamed. Save your money, I just wasted £45 abysmal!

From order to delivery was over an hour and food arrived it’s freezing cold, soggy chips and no bottle of drink AGAIN!!! Ask the driver where it is and he says in the bag. HA,HA.

Missing hot wings and 7up 1.5l bottle Got coleslaw instead of gravy Popcorn box, half full, soggy and ripped Delivery bag soggy and torn All in all, very upset customer.

I've always had great service and the food is always hot and fresh, what more can you ask, and ten mini fillets are a perfect snack when you are on the go 😁

Absolute joke , I ordered at 19:30 and the estimated time just kept getting worst and worst I live two minutes away and it took about 45 minutes to find a driver alone. Food was sound as a pound but an hour is a joke

Very overcooked, practically burnt, dry tasteless chicken. Inedible. Am shocked how bad it was and how it was allowed to leave the restaurant in the state we received it in. I wont order from there again. Wasn't a cheap order either. Very annoyed.
