KFC in Cambridge

Delivery driver was rude and the delivery time kept being delayed up to 40 mins.

Came extra lateand one of the food i ordered did not come with my order

Food was cold, part of order was missing

I didn’t get my drink with my order

Delivery guy very very late he didnt update the info kn the app that he pocked up . I had to call restaurant

This review is not against kfc its is against just eat as my food was awaiting a driver which never showed in the specified time so when it arrived to me it was very cold !!! This is unacceptable considering I live less than a mile away

bad delivery man not even want to come out imof his car!

Food was a touch cold (weather being cold so no fault there) but the driver got the food from the city to the outskirts quick 10/10 for speed and service.

diver had problems coming outside as he was worry about his bike to be stolen

KFC in Cambridge, both of them, they give really bad service. They always leaves items out. I have ordered few times from them and always had problems. Always gives small pieces of chicken . I spend over £40 and it’s not worth it. Don’t order from them….

Food would have been better if the courier had come straight here and then stood on the doorstep say code What code. Code for your delivery what code. Oh they now want you to tell them the last four digits of your phone number

I ordered a bit of food for my family and it was about an hour later so I checked where my food was and apparently it had been delivered but we had no food? So turns out the delivery person took our food so be careful next time you order

Hi!. I ordered a big sharing bucket. 10 pieces. 8 hot wings and 4 strips, 4 fries. It came out super fast. Delicious. No queue, sometimes it is a bit more busy. Ordered from the touch screens and order came in less than 5 mins. Thank you to the nice lady at the till :)
