Kfc in Swindon

Just arrived home, with Chicken and stuffing stacker and chips, after 2 mouthfuls of the burger I nearly threw up !!! It was just a handful of disgusting tasteless mush!!! The chips were tasteless !!! Just binned the lot !!! Never again 😡😡😡

Food was amazing and still very hot when delivered and Driver was very nice Ten out of ten thank you very much

Spent £30 on a order & when it arrived the 10 hot wings, which was for my 10 year old grandson were all raw. Phoned the shop, at Clive parade in Swindon & they were really rude & even hung up once & I had to ring back, so unhelpful & totally unacceptable. Will never use again. Worst KFC in Swindon

Awful never again would me or my family use a KFC in the swindon area. As all of them are awful. Ordered popcorn chicken, I was watery and tasteless 😕😕😕awful. And to top it off myself and my husband came down with food poisening after this. The staff are rude on the phone no help at all. Dirty all around place KFC of swindon is a no go from us and many more

Ordered via Deliveroo and the only part of the order that was correct were the drinks. Everything else wrong. Tried calling to get it sorted and no one answers the phone. Had to drive (about a 6 mile round trip) to get it sorted. Hardly anyone was wearing masks and it took ages to get served. Wishing I’d not bothered - was supposed to be an ‘easy meal’ as we were too tired to cook. Never again - avoid for delivery.

The coating on the chicken was not cooked properly, the fries were cold and soggy and the floor in the shop felt really greasy when you walk on it. Never again!

What a bag of rubbish never eat there again rated it one that's I can do worsted kfc I've had we one in Sri lanka that was better don't go to this place

Ordered "25 worth of food as a takeaway, arrived home and my side dishes were missing, I called the store up and the Manager on duty was rather rude, unhelpful and all he could say was "Its not my fault it was the other staff fault" which was not correct as it was the Manager that served me. There was no "Im sorry" there was just no help at all. & to top it up the chicken was dry and awful. I will never go back again and I do not recommend anyone else

SWINDON CLIVE PARADE Absolutely horrific experience, first time I have ordered from this KFC, I asked for creamy mash, they gave me gravy instead (which I absolutely hate!) and during the delivery the pot had opened up and the gravy went all over the chicken and the rest of the food in the box, I've literally just chucked the whole lot away and not touched any of it because it was disgusting (such a waste) Called up and got a refund straight away and can assure you I won't be ordering from here again!

I visited kfc in Cranford staff inexperienced, no sugar substitute has been found some kfc's they have. Today We visited swindon outlet kfc we ordered 4 meals which they gave us 2 tissues for 4,no sugar has been asked nor they have sweetner they must know what is required for certain items poor service

The food was okay for a quick stop there but the thing that confused me the most was because of the Staff at Outlet Village KFC. They asked us and other customers if they had a smartphone not because of the app but because they wanted to take a selfie with. I assumed that they weren't allowed their phones whilst working.

Food was nice and hot. Staff were very good. The food was very tasty. Only let down is how unkempt the area is outside.

Usual menu, usual prices. Service ranges from good to crap. You go to KFC because you like what they sell, what more can you say!

The food here has always been fine and cooked well however the restaurant often has long queues and often runs out of items. Corn on the cob seems to run out regularly and unbelievably they often have no chicken available. I would have thought that as their main product is the original recipie chicken, this is the one product that would always be available.

I went to this KFC after many long hours at worked and order 3 of the latest burgers the one with no bun for me and my friends when i finally got home i found that i was infact given 3 normal mini fillets, when i went back i got laughed at by the staff and was spoken to incredibly rudely, i was then told that i was banned and was never to then return (even though i wont ever) the staff are incompetent and don't speak a word of english (most likely why my order was wrong), if anyone is reading this i wish you the best of luck if u go to this dreadful place. Hopefully the directors will see this and do something about it before it comes another block of flats because its so bad

Era salir por la puerta a las 8 de la tarde debido a sólo uno hasta abierto! Segunda visita a este kfc y la segunda vez me tenían trozos perdió! Pedimos un cubo wicked variedad que es caliente y filetes de pollo alas de pollo normal y, de nuevo, llegamos a la casa y no alas caliente! No era feliz.

Food was okay and not much more to say really did not find the staff that helpful. But is a fast food service so not really a lot they provided take your order get rid of you as quick as possible

El personal de aquí es desagradable e incompetente. Los pedidos suelen llegar mezcladas y siempre parece que ha sido improvisado. La gestión no puede hablar inglés y grosero personal que están tratando de ser útil. Los pedidos tardan mucho en llegar y esto no es lo que yo considero la comida rápida.

Went with my kids today, the chips weren't very hot and tasted rubbish, popcorn chicken was a let down , the coke was flat aswell.

The Greenbridge KFC needs a good clean! The food is not great and the cleanliness has gone very downhill. Chicken was chewy, not meaty and little bones a plenty. Not good KFC, improvement really needed!

After eating a burger from here, I was very ill, it took 3 days for my stomach to settle down, don't eat at the greenbridge one.
