KFC in Redbridge

He tenido la intención de probar este lugar durante siglos, habiendo aparecido para batidos hace mucho tiempo.El servicio es muy amigable. Hay un buen menú de restaurante pseudo estadounidense.La comida y los batidos son sabrosos pero un poco caros.Si planea pedir algo en su salsa BBQ, asegúrese de pedir servilletas adicionales. Son muy pegajosos.

One of the worst experience I have experienced. The customer service was awful. I asked for mayonnaise to be removed and replaced with ketchup due to me not being able to have mayonnaise they said they cannot do that as they can’t changed the menu I never had any issues with other KFCs. Then when they gave me the burgers I told them to have my burgers in boxes they again refused as they said their burgers don’t come in boxes. Found this to be rude and bad customer service. The burger was also hard and didn’t seem fresh.

The place serves big portions and for fair prices. very welcoming staff members. Fantastic work.

We ordered a hot dog which did not mention spicy, but was in fact mildy spicy and overcooked. We ordered a piri piri chicken wrap which is ok, but piri piri sauce is pretty much water, so it went everywhere and didn't taste of much. The service was slow, and the manager was on the phone to her friends all the time. The strawberry milkshake was ok. Giving feedback at the end was met with stone cold faces and no empathy. In short they don't care. Avoid. Food is 2 out of 5, service 1 out of 5.

Delivery - ordered a large popcorn chicken meal and instead got hot wings (which i cannot eat). Tried to call the store three times and got no answer. Got a refund on uber eats and so ordered another large popcorn chicken, which took 45 minutes to arrive. The second delivery delay is due to uber however, if we got the right order in the first place this wouldn’t have happened.
