It was very busy when we visited. The service definitely suffered as it was quite slow & the tables needed cleaning. Food was delicious.

Clean lovely place in the middle of Leicester. The staff is helpful and friendly. I recommend you visit the place.

Extremely poor quality of food, literally the wings I ordered were re-re-reheated. It's been very dishonorable to give such a bad smelling and odour wings, it happened with me many times, I understand when the place is busy, but this time it was not brown but black colured wings though it was quite. Also the lady staff should talk in a polite way to the customer. According to her my kfc qr code was not accepting snack bucket offer, she repeatedly denied me saying your barcode is faulty and cannot be used with a high pitch voice later, and then it got accepted when I asked her to write the numeric code in the device. Really, the taste, the food, the quality, the staff has been changed and is seriously Impacting customer needs. If you don't have good food, atleast dont supply re-re-reheated food. Hope you understand. Thanks

I am visiting Leicester and this place was my first stop . The food is great as well as the service. I highly recommend.

Enjoyable food but need more staff to keep on top of cleanliness. Bins where full to the rim and although floor was mopped when entered it was like a skating ring.

Ordered specific parts for my order, had arrived quite quickly and was such an enjoyable meal.

I usually go kfc because of their wings i really like that. Its a nice deal with that.. and thier signature fries that really very good also with a singnature dip.

Absolutely appalling delivery time. The order arrived 1 hour after the eta. I understand it is an estimate, but 1 hour is unacceptable and I expect a full refund for my order as my time has been paid as I waited for my food. Very disappointing.

This order took 3 and a half hours from when it was ordered to when it was delivered not the restaurants fault no driver turned up even though multiple couriers were assigned they just canceled last minute

Lovely scrumptious vegan burger very busy on Friday lunch time, hubby had two piece chicken with fries, everyone happy.

The food never came. The customer support was non-existent. Then I tried calling the courier support instead and was met with a really rude team member accusing me of putting the wrong address when I was not at fault.

I did not receive my food as ordered although the app shows that my food has been delivered. I called the restaurant and was told to contact just eat as there is nothing they can do about it.

I used to order regularly, sometimes it was good, sometimes bad but stopped after a day when I got an order of rotten KFC chickens!! Just remembering it makes me like vomiting. Complained it and found out it was same for other customers as well. By the way, how can you pack an order and don't realise the rotten smell of chickens?? I think they just wanna sale everything whether it makes their customers disgust, sick or even kill. Make money!!! Completely stopped ordering from here from that point.

After I ordered and waited for 30 minutes and it wasn't given to me, went to the front desk and asked for the wait staff, the wait staff told me they didn't receive my order and I had already paid for it after this they didn't give me the food I deserved, a bad order. I don't think they respect their customers at all.

I wanted someone to serve me so went to the counter the girl who served me told me I had to go to the machine kiosk which I did order and paid went back to the service waited for my order while I was waiting other customers came who she served face to face .When my order came through I told her why could she not serve me face to face I WAS DISGUSTED WITH THE SERVICE FROM HER WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH !!!!!!!!

it took over an hr and normally it’s pretty early. the estimated time was 8:30 and it was delivered at 9:30 which was really late for me and the food was cold. very disappointing service didn’t except this from just eat.

Food arrived on time but was cold and missing significant items from the order. Restaurant couldn't care less when asked about order pick, just told me to take it up with Just Eat, easy way to mug off customers.

The food never arrived. I don't know were it went has there was a delivery code and my name. I have had enough of this retaurant. It's not the first time I have had problems.

The food is amazing it tastes fresh and juicy and is always hot . But the one thing that worries me is the toilets the toilets as I know the boys ones have locks but you can open the toilet locks from the outisde and it’s a lack of safety and needs to get fixed . Please change them and cover the slit on the outside of the lock!!

Item were missing from the order, not sure whose fault it is though, might be KFC's but when I called them they advised me to contact Just Eat to get the missing items delivered. However, customer service sent me an automated email that they will deal with my query within 7 days. That is absolutely ridiculous.

The courier had taken a few orders with him and it seems like he had my order with him as he did other drops only to accept that he had picked up the order when he was close. The restaurant also lied about the time the courier picked up the order because I called them twice and they told me different pick up times. I accepted the delivery because I had no money left and refund may take a few days. The food was delivered cold

Ordered the new buffalo tower meal and got about halfway through the burger and the chicken hard & unable to chew. I'm not sure if it was reheated or something else, but when I asked for a replacement, I got no because I had eaten half. How am I going to know if the chicken is bad in the middle without biting into it? Absolutely disgusting service by the manager or team leader. I will not be going again

I recently visited KFC Leicester and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The chicken I ordered was not crispy at all. In fact, it felt like it wasn't even fresh and had been reheated before being served to us. This was far from the quality I expected and definitely not worth the money. Additionally, the service was terrible. The manager was so rude and showed a complete lack of care for her customers. This experience has left me with no intention of returning anytime soon.

Chips were cold and burger was like warm also my burger had bbq sauce on in a tower meal that was meant to be just normal
