Food all squashed in a delivery bag . Driver rude

This is in relation to delivery. Food is cold, drinks are warm as they are packed with the hot food. The chicken was dry as a bone and the chips have clearly been fried in very old oil. Awful, food quality...

Dry dry chicken, unable to even swallow it. KFC have fallen in standards. Disappointing meal but nothing is done about it. Order from a new establishment and give them a try instead of these corporate money grabbers.

Good was fatty and horrible and ordered 5 bits of chicken 3 legs and no breast just 2 other small bits of chicken. Absolute rip off.

I usually order from here because it's somehow better than the other KFC restaurants, but on this occasion everything was overcooked (very dark and bordering burnt), even the chips. 🤷

I called the Brentford branch ahead of ordering on Uber eats to check if specific food was available and was greeted rudely by a man called Shankar. I was told I would need to make the order on Uber eats prior to checking, which I explained has never been done before as I typically call before placing the order to avoid being charged for food which is not available. I proceeded to ask for his name to issue a complaint due to the unnecessary difficulty, he then stated ‘Go on, you can make a complaint about me’ and was very dismissive. There was no effort to assist me in a general request which would have taken less than a minute to check. Very appalled by the service displayed from this member of staff.

the delivery guy went past our house i tracked him on the app.he went all round Brentford then doubled back toward us and I had to shout very loud 3 times or he would have past us yet again. I challenged him about this he said his app wasn't working so I said no excuse customers should not have to endure this I told him the food is now cold he didn't answer that. had bad experiences before with just eat not happy at all.

This restaurant lies about its opening times on Christmas. Supposedly, it opened at 11, but when I went, there was nobody on site.

KFC chicken was breaded terribly, the flour coating was loose & coming off in clumps just from picking it up - it's like they had a newbie working the chicken breading & coating area. It was also really hot, like way too much pepper had been used.

no.problems as usual ..highly recommended Brentford kfc whoever is in charge there..is brilliant..never a missed order or a mistake ever made food arrives ...unlike Chiswick kfc

I ordered a kfc to where I work. I went to collect prior to the delivery time. I was looking for a Just Eat bike so I would know it was mine. There was a man on a bike with no clear sign he was my delivery. After standing outside in the freezing cold I went over to this man and asked if he was Just Eat. He was rude from the start, shouted that he had been waiting for me. I responded and said I have been standing in front of you but there was no clear indication you were from Just Eat. He raised his voice and said he had called, yet I showed him my phone where it showed nobody had. Not to mention he also addressed me with a cursing word. He was rude and abusive and blaming me for not knowing that he was from Just Eat when there was no clear indication he was as the bike he was on was advertising something else nor did he have a jacket on which stated Just Eat. What sort of service is that? Not an acceptable one that’s for sure! I have conversed with JustEat whom have told me multiple different excuses and contradicting exactly what their last email said. I will no longer be a customer of JustEat as this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

The courier went past our road by 2 miles, then was massively late and the food was cold. I did report it, was offered a refund, which I haven't received after over a week.

I asked for original no seasoning chips and they didn’t follow instructions also they gave wing which I Dont eat

I want today and got a Wicked Variety bucket: 6pc, let’s start with the chips they was nice and hot, not crispy at all more like stodgy chips I would give it 4/10 rating, my dog did not even like it and that say something as he like to eat everything, now the chicken wings they was nice and warm I’m sorry to say it was over cooked or under the heating lamp too long, they was really dry a let down but it was nice and spicy I give it 5/10 they are usually amazing, the chicken strips was nice and warm and crispy it a lot of flavour I would give it 8/10, now the chicken drums they was nice and hot and crispy but the flavour is missing it’s been like this for a long time it’s not been them same since KFC had a chicken shortage, after that it has gone down hill

Came at KFC Brentford and ordered a wrap,ater pay and waitthe wrap,the lady told .e,I'm NOT allowed to eat inside because ots after 10pm.. Why they don't display at the door toghter with the opening times,that Customers bot Allow to eat inside after 10pm? Till today,only KFC Restaurant tell me this... Sad. Nit gonna make difference,bur Never Again KFC!!!

This is the fourth time I've ordered from this KFC and the chicken is uncooked. This is a serious food safety issue. You should really check food safety and make sure the chicken is cooked properly before sending it to customers.

Only thing I can say is - please do not put the cold canned drink into the same bag as the food - it doesn’t help keep the food hot during the delivery

They served me pink chicken and then refused to give me a refund because "I already bit into my food" and "It's spicy it's meant to be that colour". I would have been okay with everything if I got a refund or a replacement (mistakes do happen and that is understandable) but they fact they tried to gaslight me is disgusting and testament to their poor customer "service".
