I received my zinger burger which did not look very appealing. Looked nothing like the photograph and had one piece of lettuce. I asked the girl at the counter (magdra) if it could be changed. She didn’t even acknowledge me or anything I said to her she just turned around changed it and gave it back to me not apologising or saying here you go. It was rude. She needs a training course on customer service. It’s just common courtesy.

Food was raw, was told to send in picture and got told "that's how chicken looks". I know raw chicken when I see it and I do not appreciate having raw food and then told it isn't raw and that I wouldn't be able to get a refund.

No one who works here know what they are doing , long waiting times for food in the drive through drinks orders are so full on taking of the lid the contents goes everywhere food in the takeaway bag is not what I ordered . KFC get your house in order or else these reviews will get worse.

Ordered a 10 piece bucket at the drive through.Received 8 drumsticks and 2 thighs.Expect a selection of pieces.The batter was also over diluted,very thin and not crispy.Had an ice tea as well which was virtually tasteless.Been here a few times some of which were good but have had a couple of bad meals from here but not complained.Could not recommend this to anyone on this offering.Just lacks consistency.

Atrocious experience, delivery originally said 30 minutes, kept creeping up without explanation, took 1 hour 40 mins to rececive food and it was stone cold and missing an item.

Despite the restaurant being empty and the serving staff just stood around chatting, my order still took almost 20mins. At one point the manageress/supervisor looked over and realised we were still waiting but never came over to apologise. The icing on the cake was when we finally received our 10 piece family bucket. I noticed before the server had got back to the counter that there was not 10 pieces of chicken in that box and when I asked if there was i was told yes definitely 10. Upon immediately checking, there was only 7 !! Good job we were eating in and I was able to call the server back over to prove it. The female supervisor/manager was informed and I could hear discussions taking place and a few minutes later a bag with the missing chicken was brought over. No apologies and no effort from management to speak to me, they just stood there chatting away. A definite requirement for customer services training for the whole team and a question as to what the supervisor/manager is being paid for as clearly not interested in the customer.

Wish I had checked reviews first but thought we would just pop in. We were one of three families in KFC, there being just two of us. They got my order wrong, no worries mistakes happen but the way they reacted was very odd. The man presume a manager as didn’t do anything but tell a girl who was clearly stressed what to do. The girl was displaying grade D level GCSE drama as she acted stressed with having an order to pack and to replace my mistaken item (shouldn’t be difficult). Both members of staff barely spoke to me or looked in my direction. Very strange behaviour. The food was as expected for KFC.

Long story - I went to the ‘restaurant’ last week as I was in the area and was hungry. I sat in the restaurant and ate what was possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever eaten - fries cold and chicken flabby and limp (Cherry Pepsi was nice however!) I contacted the helpline via email and a nice gentleman named Dan was so apologetic and issued me with a £5 (yes - £5 voucher!) I had to go back into Thetford today as I needed yet more stuff from B&Q and thought (stupidly) that I would use the voucher as it was lunchtime? Even worse mistake than going in there the previous time - fries were worse (if this were humanly possible), Chicken overcooked and stringy (yet cold - that takes some doing!) Again contact the helpline as I deplore bad service and was dealt with by Chloe who advised me next time to go to the sub 20 year old behind the counter and raise my dispute with him! Passing the buck to another level! Why would I want something else when the first thing was so rank?? Awful, never had worse food in any takeaway in the country - avoid at any costs, KFC need to look at how other restaurants are run in their franchise and start employing people who can ‘cook’ to a better degree.

Possibly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Not only did they get our order wrong so after driving home we discovered many items missing. The chips were so undercooked we had to reckon in the oven. The coating on the chicken was poor and the gravy disgusting. The only thing that was fine was the corn. Also had a Krusham and it was more like frozen water with bits of Oreo in it. Tried multiplying times to call the store but no answers. Please avoid this KFC site and go to McDonald’s across the car park.

This is the worst review I have ever given. The place was filthy being run by young people. The Wrap my wife selected was awful and went in the bin. Half a dozen cold fries with minute chicken portions. £17 for an absolute disaster of a meal. Please please please do not waste your money at this “ restaurant”

I visited Joe the Juice with a friend on Wednesday the 12th. While the smoothies were enjoyable, unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived at around 7:15 pm and ordered two smoothies, the waitress made a joke about the high price, which was unprofessional. To make matters worse, 15 minutes later, they turned up the music to a loud volume, even though the closing time was not until 8:00 pm, making it uncomfortable for customers to stay. Additionally, the bathroom was marked "Out of Order," which seemed to be a tactic to encourage customers to leave before closing time. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and not worth the cost. I will not be returning to Joe the Juice and cannot recommend it.
