KFC in North Lincolnshire

It was filthy and no soap in the toilets . Won’t be going again . The floor and toilets were filthy and the tables were filthy

Avoid this restaurant. Against my better judgement I ordered from this KFC last night for a family meal. I ordered using the machine in restaurant which did not give a receipt so I can't make a complaint to KFC. I ordered the 10 piece boneless box that's £6.99 and got 7 pieces. I ordered a family bucket and you got 4 fries. Each individual bag had about a dozen fries in it and they were very greasy. I should have gone to the other branch in Scunthorpe. Alarm bells should have rung that the restaurant was empty on a Sunday evening at nearly 6 o'clock in the summer holidays.

Stopped over for a fast food dinner with the kids which is not something we do on a regular basis, food was ok but one of the kids went to wash their hands & came out saying there was S**t all over the toile (ladies), the disabled toiltes stunk & it could smelt in entrance back in to resteraunt. I reported it immediately to a memberof staff & we were there about 45 minutes and nothing was done. Absolutely disgusting! Shall not be visiting again in a hurry The facilities are as important as the food & in this instance it was appalling

After preciously getting my order wrong, we decided we should try kfc again one last time to give it another chance!!! But yet again they got my order wrong ! We ordered a zinger tower meal and a fillet box meal. So the zinger was missing salad a fillet chicken and sauce ! It was just bread we received ! The fillet meal was right however it came like it has been chewed first then wrapped in packaging. So all in all we spent £22 approx and it basically went in the bin! We contacted Uber eats and fair enough they gave us £9 refund but that doesn’t cover the state of the other meals! I’ve also tried ringing the restaurant but it rings and rings and eventually get cut off! We will not be giving this place another chance to anger and upset us. This company clearly can’t handle the pressure of eat in, drive thru and yet all The delivery companies we have here in Scunthorpe. You expect rubbish and incorrect food from MCDONALDS but come on kfc how hard is it to get a fillet burger mayo and lettuce wrong ?!?
